I can't say enough about Suzanne. I've been avoiding Botox for the past two years because I've had other injectors drop my brows and make me look more tired. I was very specific on how I wanted my face to look and Suzanne listened carefully and told me exactly what she was going to do and why. Not only did she give my brows a lift ( turned 54 this year) but I had loose skin and a little pucker when I smiled on my left side (my sleeping side). She flattened it all out. I told her, this was my main area of concern and magically she fixed it! She did a lot of small "pokes" I feel like this technique made all the difference in my face. This place is my go-to! I love their monthly specials. I do the underarms, half legs and brazilian special. I have been coming here for 4 years now, maybe even more since I would be switching to laser and sugar wax. I have stuck to laser the past year. I coule go 2-3 months with lottle to no hair growth now. The office provides snacks and drinks while you wait. I always take a drink home ^.^. I've had good experiences here with laser overall. The receptionists are always welcoming and kind, and the nurses are consistently sweet, professional, and make the visit comfortable. The services themselves have been great and I've been happy with the results. However, during my most recent visit, I did notice I think it was the owner or manager speaking very rudely to employees. This review is for GALI at the GLENDALE/LA CRESCENTA location. I had a full leg laser appointment on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at the Glendale/La Crescenta location. I usually get whichever nurse is available, but going forward I will avoid Gali. When she took me in for my appointment, the first thing I stated to her was that I have a tattoo on my ankle in which she acknowledged she would avoid it. Unfortunately, she was careless, inconsiderate, and in a rush which resulted in her burning part of my tattoo. The tattoo I previously stated to her as soon as I walked in the room. Not only that, she finished in less than 15 minutes which is extremely short for a full leg laser appointment. This goes to show that she was in a hurry and wanted to leave since I was the last appointment of the night. I am extremely disappointed that this happened. I really thought Flawless Skin Center had higher standards for their laser technicians. All I got was a $50 credit towards a future appointment and some cream to help heal the burn that GALI caused. I should have got a full refund and for Gali to pay for my tattoo that I now have to get redone since she burned part of it. I would avoid Gali at the Glendale location if you are getting any laser treatment done. read more
