There's parking in a private parking lot, as well as a nice waiting area to lounge until you're called. There's a kiosk available for sign-in, and the space has actually been newly reorganized so that check-in is at the entrance. Love that! As for the lasering. This is my first time ever doing laser, and it seems different technicians give different time frames. At first, I was told to give it about 4-6 sessions, and then other techs started saying 6-8 as I was nearing my 6th. Maybe they all have different ideas or training, but it felt a bit uneasy at first, and I wondered if they'd keep moving the number as I continued treatment. I saw major results after the very first session. It took a second, and at first I thought it couldn't have worked, until 3 weeks in, I just so happened to realize my girly girl was almost fully bald! Haha, I didn't even realize! Then of course, some started growing back in, but that was an awesome result for a first session. Now that I've done my 6th session, I can say that it's pretty great and thorough, but I do have 2 stubborn spots. The annoying thing is that they have you shave before you come in, so you can't accurately show them the exact stubborn spot. I do wish they'd let me come in as-is and shave THERE after they located the stubborn spots, since I am basically spot treating now. They do have the time for it, as your booked window is 15 minutes, and the treatment part isn't even 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice, and people are clean. FYI, they will not do the inner part if you're on your cycle. This happened for my first session. I waxed before, and every wax technician allowed a tampon. Since lasering is less hands-on, and gloves are used, I assumed I'd be good to go with a tampon. But nope! She only did the top part, which I believe is why the inner area is more stubborn, because technically I got 5 treatments for that part, unlike the other parts. There are patchy spots on the top part too, so I know that's not the sole reason some parts still need treatment, but still. Just be mindful of your cycle when booking! I'll be back for my 7th session in about a week. Hopefully I don't need monthly sessions after this one. We'll see! It's definitely great value when using classpass, so no complaints there from me!

If I can give this place 10 stars, I would! First of all the space is so beautifully decorated, very aesthetically pleasing to look at. I was trying to find a good lip injector that can work with my thin lips. I have really hard lips to work with because anytime I got it injected, it would just stick out like a duck. I've been through a few of them and they didn't give me what I wanted, they always made it stick out, rather than giving me a lift. Then I found Evelyn, and first off she's REALLY SWEET! Super nice, and listens to what you want. Unlike all the other injectors I've had, she really takes her time to sit and listen to what your looking for. She analyzes what she can offer and what's best for you. She noticed I still had some product in my lips that I needed to dissolve. We did 1 round of dissolve, and honestly it was bearable (mind you. I did it without numbing, so she has a really soft hand). I came back a week later, and she suggested we do a syringe of Kysse Restaylne. Again I didn't do numbing and her hand is soft. She takes her time putting in the product, making sure it comes perfect. And I LOVED MY RESULTS! My lips didn't stick out like a duck, it gave the lift that I wanted!!!! They were using a thin blanket but i was told if i got cold from the ac, she can bring out the thick blanket. Before she started, she also asked if i wanted a quiet or a talkative treatment. Isabel told me what she was going to do and changed it based on the products i used at home so that my face wouldnt break out. Isabel also used a steamer and she adjusted it based on how i felt because the closer it was, the harder it was to breathe. She moved it further away until i said it was okay. After the facial. I had red light therapy and be warned even with the eye covering it gets really bright. At the end, i was provided recommendations on what i should do for my skin, which was mostly mosituring. I also got sample of moisturizer but they ran out of the sunscreen sample so i couldnt get any. Had a wonderful time. Was recommended a coffee shop to try and it was amazing. They also have alot of different services too. Will be back in the future. Parking on the street only.

When I pointed this out, he checked the website and admitted the prices were different, but then claimed the website was "under maintenance", even though it was working fine. He also mentioned that he doesn't really pay much attention to the website, which I found surprising and confusing. At that point, I already felt uncomfortable with the lack of transparency and decided not to move forward with the service. Be sure to verify pricing information in advance for dermal fillers, because what you see online may not match what you're told in person.
