Edit 1/5/24: After my service I had some complications so I had to come back for a follow up. Unfortunately, my questions and concerns were met with impatience and attitude rather than understanding and care by the nurse. It's with vulnerability that a client comes in for a service so to be met with this type of care was unfortunate. Explanations to how the service would be performed and what to expect were not properly discussed before the consult nor day of treatment so it came as a surprise when it happened. Fortunately Lilly, the manager was beyond awesome. Every place should have a manager like her. She was understanding, listened deeply, was kind, and compassionate, validated my experience, and took care of me in all the right ways that made this experience redeeming. And the girls at the front desk were consistently very nice and sweet. It's a place with good business and customer service values, but some of the practitioners should be more mindful to give their clients a better experience. Came here for a skin treatment and right away the front desk is very visually pleasing. I was greeted by Kristina at the front reception. Kristina was friendly and chatty and we chatted away about everything. I was nervous and she was comforting and reassuring. Nurse Christina did my procedure and she was very confident, knowledgeable and reassuring. She's knew I was nervous but reassured me everything would be ok. She stopped several times throughout the process to make sure I was ok and comfortable before proceeding forward. All in all I was well taken care of. The girls here are very good and very sweet. I would return. They offer virtual consults which is very helpful since the drive is a bit far but worth it. read more

I came across this med spa on ig. I haven't had lip fillers in over 2 years and it was time. I was able to book online which I love because it is so convenient. I booked for the same weekend and they sent me a text message to see me at an earlier time than what I requested. I made an appointment with Christina. When I arrived I had to complete some forms electronically. When the forms were completed Christina showed me the room where she was going to inject me. She asked me what I was looking for and put numbing cream on my lips. I waited about 15-20 minutes and Christina came back in to start injecting. When she was injecting it didn't hurt at all. It felt like a soft pinch. She even stopped when there was a little bit of juvederm left to make sure I was happy with the size. I told her to finish the rest and she did. When I saw my new lips I was so happy. I was in love once again with my lips. Even though they were bruised for a week I could see the final results. I'm in love with my lips and I have Christina to thank for. She knew what I was looking for and she accomplished it. If I need a touch up I will definitely be back.
