Ended up getting to the door around 3:05 because I had difficulty finding parking. Regardless, the door was locked - rang the doorbell multiple times with no answer. Called the number for the location I was at - no answer. Called the number for the additional location they have - no answer. Left messages at both locations. This was Friday. It is now Sunday and I still have yet to receive a phone call back. I understand sometimes things get screwed up when booking appointments through third parties like ClassPass.
