Since I'm currently nursing, I'm limited in what I can do, and I really missed her microneedling--the skin-tightening and overall glow it gives. We decided to skip the numbing cream, and I was willing to tolerate the discomfort, and I'm so glad I did. Today was extra special because I got to try something new: microneedling combined with a CO2 carboxy facial. It was such a cool experience--I actually loved the tingling sensation. We started with the CO2 treatment, followed by microneedling, and finished with a cooling mask and red light therapy. One of my favorite parts is when Kim applies the finishing creams and massages my face--it's so calming, I could fall asleep every time. She has such a lovely, warm energy, and both my skin and I absolutely love her. Thank you so much, Kim

There's parking in a private parking lot, as well as a nice waiting area to lounge until you're called. There's a kiosk available for sign-in, and the space has actually been newly reorganized so that check-in is at the entrance. Love that! As for the lasering. This is my first time ever doing laser, and it seems different technicians give different time frames. At first, I was told to give it about 4-6 sessions, and then other techs started saying 6-8 as I was nearing my 6th. Maybe they all have different ideas or training, but it felt a bit uneasy at first, and I wondered if they'd keep moving the number as I continued treatment. I saw major results after the very first session. It took a second, and at first I thought it couldn't have worked, until 3 weeks in, I just so happened to realize my girly girl was almost fully bald! Haha, I didn't even realize! Then of course, some started growing back in, but that was an awesome result for a first session. Now that I've done my 6th session, I can say that it's pretty great and thorough, but I do have 2 stubborn spots. The annoying thing is that they have you shave before you come in, so you can't accurately show them the exact stubborn spot. I do wish they'd let me come in as-is and shave THERE after they located the stubborn spots, since I am basically spot treating now. They do have the time for it, as your booked window is 15 minutes, and the treatment part isn't even 5 minutes. Everyone is super nice, and people are clean. FYI, they will not do the inner part if you're on your cycle. This happened for my first session. I waxed before, and every wax technician allowed a tampon. Since lasering is less hands-on, and gloves are used, I assumed I'd be good to go with a tampon. But nope! She only did the top part, which I believe is why the inner area is more stubborn, because technically I got 5 treatments for that part, unlike the other parts. There are patchy spots on the top part too, so I know that's not the sole reason some parts still need treatment, but still. Just be mindful of your cycle when booking! I'll be back for my 7th session in about a week. Hopefully I don't need monthly sessions after this one. We'll see! It's definitely great value when using classpass, so no complaints there from me!

When I returned to correct it, a different filler was used, which left my lips uneven and with an unnatural shape. Despite this, I was told I would need to pay more if I wanted additional filler to fix the issue, something I felt was caused during the initial treatment Communication was also very frustrating. It's intense, like super intense. Be prepared to see a lot of your own blood/fat and to be very sick after the surgery. But 13k later and my "results" look pretty much the same as before. Not only was the surgery like I said intense, but recovery was crazy painful. This surgery was definitely the hardest thing I've ever done and to not even be happy with my results is extremely infuriating. My biggest concerns were my hip dips and lifting/enlarging my butt. Now (months after surgery) my hip dips are still there and when I told her about it she said she likes it better that way because it looks more natural.... I didn't pay $13,000 for it to look natural nor did I say I wanted that look. I know some people do, but not me, and she was told that. I also still gain a lot of fat in my stomach area, more now than I had before the surgery, she said she did that so it would look more natural as well.. why would I get lipo on my stomach if I still wanted to gain weight there... they completely disregarded my concerns after and told me if I was unhappy then I could get another surgery done and that they "have new financing options".. why would I pay for a 2nd surgery when I'm super unhappy with the first one?? Other doctors do touch ups for free if the results aren't what they should be and they didn't even offer me sculptra to temporarily fix the hip dips. Not to mention my left leg is botched and has a super weird and noticeable indent. I understand I didn't have a lot of fat to move, even though the surgeon told me I had enough, but when I tried moving my surgery date to later that way I could have more time to gain more weight they convinced me to keep my surgery date and that it would be okay fat wise. Well it wasn't, not at all, so I'm sure they just wanted me to hurry up and get the surgery so they could lock some sales in. Not thinking about how it would affect my results, especially when I told them the look I wanted. Surgery aside they were not helpful with post op care, faja knowledge, and anything else that would help with my results. It's like I went in for surgery and that was it. They also said I could sleep on my back/butt the 1st night, I have never heard any other dr say that, everyone says you can't sleep on your back for at least 6 weeks cuz it could kill the fat and flatten your results. I didn't sit on my butt for 10 weeks and I still have a flat butt! My one week post op was done over FaceTime and the doctor was on vacation, at a restaurant in public while FaceTiming me (nude). Also their endermologie treatments are not real endermologie treatments, they do lymphatic drainage treatments and say it's endermologie. 2 completely different treatments and they are trying to get more money out of you by calling it that when it's really just lymphatic drainage. If I paid 5k for this surgery fine, no big deal, but 13k and awake for that price I should absolutely be in love with my results. I'm just as insecure with my butt as I was before.

Definitely a change in my body, but in all fairness after 2 1/2 months came by and my swelling went down I noticed during the surgery I felt more injection on my right side hip than my left. I didn't think anything of it but like I said as the month went by I notice that my left hip dip was coming back so when I went in for a follow up , I felt completely disregarded unheard but most importantly, just disappointed this wasn't just no thousand dollar procedure. I spent a good amount of money on this to feel good about myself so for me to find something that I was insecure about and to see it come back it was very upsetting, but not as upsetting as the doctors response, she denied seeing it and of course grabbing one of her assistance and her stating she doesn't see it either. Of course she's gonna say that she works there, it was sad hearing them deny something that is clearly there. After that they didn't follow up with me anymore. It took literally almost 6 months for me to get my paperwork because I wanted to see everything that was done that day unlike some people, I like to keep my medical records for any case. It wasn't until I threaten them and stated that I would report them to the medical board for neglect of patient care. I've contacted them and they canceled my last six month Follow up, and I mean it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a reschedule, I'm pretty sure it was because Dr. GEVORGYAN didn't want to see me anymore due from our last visit. Pretty sure they didn't want to hear how I was still upset about my left side hip. While I was awake during my surgery, I noticed that she inject more on my right side than my left side I mean and all honesty I was AWAKE so I know what I'm talking about. I'm not trying to milk this medical office for more money, I just wanted what was suppose to be done the first time get corrected but if you have unhappy patients about certain things. In order for your practice to look good and succeed, you should take a listen to those patients who are spending a good amount of money on this. My suggestion if you're considering this place don't do it find a doctor that will really truly hear you out and if you're unhappy, with certain result, they'll do best to fix it, this office doesn't care about you once you've done the procedure it's like a kick out of the door. I wish they really heard me out and fix my left hip dip, that's all I wanted free of charge bc again, I told her before and DURING the procedure I want my dips gone, bigger hips. I guess I got the price of one lol just SO SAD SO DISAPPOINTING. I hope this review encourages you to find a doctor better than this doctor I worked with. If you have to spend more money at the end of the day, it's worth it. I wish I had save up my money more and found someone that would've got the job right the first time if I give them zero stars I would I'm just really upset of the money thrown away, it's probably nothing to them, but for someone who worked hard to get their own it took a long time for me to save that money. To the business owner commenting under my review stating " she's glad they know I love my results" I don't, please reread my upsetting review right above. Staring at my body straight ahead and seeing that hip dip everyday upset me more than anything. Free Touch up should have been offered, but honesty should have been there since the beginning.

The Aesthetics Provider and facility you don't want to pass up: Honestly, I don't even know where to begin. The reviews do speak for themselves, but my experiences and outcomes are something to talk about. I've been going to Go Flawless Now for almost one year. The services and skin care offered here are top tier. The Aesthetics provider Gohar Abrahamyam is top tier. Her team and the type of care and communication you will receive, is next level. Gohar is not your average provider. She stands behind her services. She has an extensive education, (licensed PA) who is highly skilled, knowledgeable and experienced in every aspect of each service she provides and performs. Knowing she is the one doing my procedures always makes me feel incredibly safe. To date I've had CO2 laser, SylfirmX RF micro needling and PRF (to hair, face, neck) and botox. The procedures she has performed have really delivered - I HIGHLY recommend both of these procedures, my results speak for themselves. Another important part of my experience is that i never feel pushed into anything I do not need or want. Gohar will give you the utmost care, attention, advice and advanced direction for all of your best aesthetic results. I highly recommend a consultation so she can discuss everything pre-treatment which is extremely helpful. She is very meticulous about care and provided me with before, during, and after treatment recommendations. I never felt like a "one and done." She cares about her future relationships. I leave each time knowing I am not only gaining results I came for, but she has educated me ongoing for the health of my aesthetic journey and future, which is priceless. Once you meet her you will get it. She also has the kindest staff who always make me feel incredibly comfortable there and never leaving with insecurities, like most places I have been and feel like a number or complete outcast. Needless to say the facility is stunning and environment is relaxing and peaceful and most importantly, the results I have gained, have exceeded my expectations. They do offer an extensive list of services, if you are looking to improve your skin quality or any other overall body aesthetic needs, with a relaxing, pleasant atmosphere and want to know you are in the BEST hands, this is your place. Photos to follow soon. read more

simply put.....I LOVE Gohar and tell her all the time! I've been going to her for years. She is so accommodating with scheduling appointments....and will see you in a last minute's notice if possible. No waiting! I'm 55 (next month) and people still think I'm in my mid thirties. She is the the very best of anything you are looking for in terms of appearing younger in years. She is conservative and is incredibly honest. She will tell you straight up what will look good and what won't. She is interested in YOU, how you look and how you feel.... Not her pocketbook. I totally admire that. She's been giving me Botox injections for years and I've never had that "frozen" look. I just got my first filler of Juvaderm last week and can't believe how amazing it was. No pain. No bruising. No swelling. We did one syringe total in 2 areas (nasal-labial folds).....because that was all I needed. It was perfection. It immediately took another several years off my face and no one saw a difference other than saying, "wow! You must have had a great weekend of rest!" Gohar, you are awesome.....and yes....once again....I love you! Go see her for yourself....and you will be saying the same! Promise! read more

Calming and luxurious atmosphere. Sweetest, most welcoming staff. And of course the ARTISTE.. Gohar! This review is long overdue. Four years ago I came to Gohar with the thinnest lips. She SLOWLY created a perfect pout. Now I have to beg her to touch up on it. Oh ya by the way she's quick to say NO! But I love her for that! She wants you to look natural and have people guessing if you had anything even done to your face. Today I came in to get Botox. Thought I'd throw in nasolabial filler and honestly was crossing my fingers hoping she would touch up on lips. She highly recommended I skip all of that and focus on touching up my under eyes. Although I was hesitant..GOHAR KNOWS BEST! I was in awe with the results. Tired sleepless mom was gone! Didn't even need to fix what I originally went in for anymore. Facial balancing at its finest. Oh and love seeing my before and afters every time I visit. The glow up is real! From the bottom of my heart I want to say thank you Gohar! Your honesty, knowledge, skills and heart are unmatched. See you soon for lips! ;) read more

I had 3 sessions of SylfirmX RF + PRF Hair Restoration treatment at Go Flawless Now with Gohar and I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience and results. My provider, Gohar, was absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, attentive. I even unknowingly showed up to my second appt extremely dehydrated and we couldn't draw any blood and I felt so bad for wasting her time but She made it so easy to reschedule. Sorry Gohar. But back to the hair...my results have truly blown me away. The amount of new, healthy hair growth I am seeing is AMAZING, and the reduction in hair fall before, during, and after showers is mind-blowing. I went from losing an alarming amount of hair every shower to barely any at all, and my hair feels stronger and healthier than it has in a long time. The whole thing is painless. If you are struggling with hair loss or thinning and have been looking for a treatment that actually works, I cannot recommend Go Flawless NOW enough. you will not regret it! read more

I never have taken the time to make reviews on yelp, but felt I absolutely needed to give feedback about my experiences with Gohar. Honestly, the relationship I have built with Gohar and her practice (over the last six years!) has changed not just my physical appearance, but given me a sense of inner confidence that she fosters through her complete focus and true caring of each one of her clients. She is meticulous in her work, I always refer to her as an artiste, as she pays such particular attention to even the most subtle of details, and is a master at her craft. Above everything, she listens to her clients wants and needs, but uses her vast knowledge and skill to direct them accordingly. To say I recommend every treatment, from botox, fillers, to facials, is the understatement of the century. I am a client that will NEVER take my business elsewhere. I love love LOVE this dermatology center!…read more I have been going here for maybe about two years now and all I can say it's been the BEST decision I've made for my skin! I saw 2 dermatologists before seeing Tammy. They both told me I needed to go on Acutane - but after seeing some friends/family members on it I truly felt like my skin didn't need a solution as intense as that. I decided to try one more location/derm to get a 3rd opinion. Without Acutane (or any intense or invasive procedures) Tammy and Shakeh have TRANSFORMED my skin!!! Perks: - they are very flexible with appointments - Tammy is extremely kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I appreciated her kind words and guidance while I was dealing with my acne. She truly listened to my concerns and has been extremely supportive during my entire journey. - Shakeh is just as amazing! I see her for facials every month and she does miracles! The facials I receive are the ones where she just really gets the "gunk" out - which is exactly what I want. My skin has never felt so smooth. All of that to say, it's not a very "relaxing" facial (which I'm sure she can do) but for me I want to leave with really smooth my skin and that's exactly what she does. No other esthetician has done work like her!!! - parking is always available (and it's FREE) - they have taken my multiple insurance plans - front desk/receptionists are always kind whenever I'm running late or need to reschedule. Shoutout to Giselle!!! - the assistants are also kind too, I can't remember all of their names but the last one I met with was Nayra and she was super sweet and helpful! Honestly if I could give this location 10 stars I totally would - I actually found this center on Yelp!!!

It is important to research what laser is used and also the pricing method. This place uses the best laser technology available in order to minimize the amount of sessions and maximize saftey of the skin. They also price based off sessions and dont charge 10+ sessions upfront like other places as you might need less sessions. A wonderful lady here who's name has escaped my memory sat me down and explained to me everything about laser removal, what to expect, and their laser technology and how it works. Immediately I got the feeling that these people not only are pros in tattoo removal, but also that they are honest and accommodating. I would highly recommend this place.
