I had my first laser appointment with Samra yesterday and it was the best experience of my life. first of all the front desk receptionist is very welcoming and check in process was super easy. Once I was checked in with Sammy, I had a phone call appointment with their medical offices NP to clear me for laser. The NP liya was very sweet and made sure all my questions were answered. I recommend going to Betty. She explains everything and has great bedside manner. I went for filler in some areas of my face I was insecure about like chin and lip. She told me I didn't need the top lip at all which was nice to hear. I did have a emergency complication on my lip with the filler but she handled the situation right away by keeping calm and dissolving it and explained why. She kept in contact with me post filler to see how I was doing and the nice receptionist made me a follow up appointment to get re injected. Most nurses in other facilities probably wouldn't have done what Betty did by checking in on me after a procedure. I might go back to get the lip filler done again once I heal. I love this place. It's so serene and definitely feels more like a specialty boutique vs a factory like other med spas have become. The staff is amazing from the front office to all the RNs and NP. I've had Morpheus and laser done by Sammy (so nice even through all my questions) and filler/Botox by Betty (very honest and conservative). There's plenty of metered parking out front.
