She asked all the right questions and clearly cared about my pre-existing conditions and what I wanted to get out of the session. Throughout the appointment, she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that I wasn't being overstretched. She never tried to force my body into positions it wasn't ready for. I've been to another stretch company before where I was overstretched and the person didn't listen to me, forcing me into positions that left me afraid I'd get injured. I've come to the Vie Co over the last few years and it's always a wonderful experience. Firstly, it's so cool to have a place like this in Glendale, that focuses on healing modalities for self care and recovery. They have a lot of different options for what you can do, such as Cryotherapy , compression, red light, facials, stretching. My favorite is the Red Light therapy and luckily they use top of the line bed that is truly special. I can't think of any other places that use such top notch equipment. I feel amazing after every session, less pain, better mood, and much more that's harder to explain but it's just a feeling and I can feel the difference. The atmosphere here is also super peaceful, never crowded at least when I've come, and the staff has always been so kind and helpful. They really help you feel at ease and answer any questions. You can feel that they really care about the experience you have. I had never tried leg compression and I was nervous, Maryam guided me through the process and help me put the sleeves on as well as adjusted to my comfort level. I've had other position experiences with other staff too. Parking is super convenient and close by.
