Outstanding customer service. Cryotherapy and sauna is my "go to" must give it a try!!!

I have been coming here for a very long time but have yet to post my review. To state that this place is a hidden gem is an understatement. From their prices, to their respect, to their customer service just everything is too notch. She is very accommodating especially if I call last minute. The nirdatech boots for compression is so perfect for injury healing and for drainage. Love the localized Cryo and ofcourse the cryo therapy machine. Her prices are fair and you wont get the same experience going to somewhere else. Definitely recommend. read more

I love this place. Eileen is amazing & she is extremely knowledgeable! My first visit I booked cryotherapy & it was definitely a shock but the 3 minutes flew by whole Eileen talked to me & distracted me from the cold. I've done normatec compression & I loved it. I feel like the compressions helped with my soreness from running. I tried the foot detox & oh my gosh! I was shocked to see how disgusting the water ended up. If you're thinking about Cyro or literally any of the services offered here, I encourage you to do it. read more

Can't express it enough to Eileen and thank her enough for having this business. The place is super clean! I have medical conditions, and over the many, many years, I'd be on different medications and then too many, which was a way all my doctors saw to control the conditions. It's been three years off and on cryotherapy. There were long months missing the cryo sessions due to eggressive surgeries, but once well enough to continue, I would go back. My health conditions are for life, but cryo is worth it! I'm able to get through the toughest days of flare-ups. This is my experience only. My Husband and I finally got to get our 1st session in just recently! We had been wanting to do this because of all thr benefits we tead about and let's face it, it just looks so cool! We walked in om a Sat morning and were greeted by Eileen, she was super friendly & informative. She explained the dofferent types if therapy she offers & the process for each. My Husband and I got to get ready in thr cryo room together (robe, gloves & slippers), while Eileen prepared thr machine/Equipment. She stayed in the room the entire time while we each did our 3 min session so we felt very comfortable about the entire experience. I love this place! It's super clean and cozy. You won't want to leave. Cryo is on of the best form of recovery as well as for arthritis. It's a must try. Eileen is amazing and super friendly! When I first tried out the full body cryo session, I was a little nervous, but Eileen kept me entertained, and it was not as bad as I imagined. The cryo facial is also fantastic. I now come here on a regular basis and will continue to do so. I feel a lot better after each session (both the full body and facial sessions), and Eileen is such a great listener and great to talk with! So Cal Cryo is wonderful. Great customer service and clean. My daughter went in for her ankle and was unable to walk on it and it was so swollen you couldn't see her ankle. I love coming here. First of all, it is super fast to get in & out with or w/o an appointment. The atmosphere is so relaxing. Eileen is very nice and knowledgeable on the equipment. This place is awesome. The owners are super nice and knowledgeable and you will feel immediately at home when you arrive. Even though cryo is very beneficial for crossfit athletes or any athlete it can also be used for non athletic people like me. Yes cryo helps with aches and pains but if you suffer from insomnia like I do, a couple of minutes in the chamber and you will be having a good night's rest in no time. Added bonus, this also helps lose some lbs. Wink. Wink.
