Tried Recovery Lab in La Verne and it was excellent. Started with whole body cryotherapy. The cold hit hard but left me feeling energized and less inflamed right away. Followed it up with red light therapy which was super relaxing and left my skin glowing. Finished with a hyperbaric oxygen session that made me feel clear headed and recovered. The place is clean the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and the results were noticeable. Great spot for recovery in the La Verne area. I will be back soon. Highly recommend. read more

Visited RL for my first time today for an injury on my wrist from jiu jitsu. Chris took care of me and within that one 30 min session of stretching, scraping with heat and shock made my wrist feel better. I was able to bend it farther and better grip strength.
