I want to thank Immunity Center for helping me gain my energy back from dealing with chronic fatigue due to my multiple sclerosis autoimmune disease. Alice, RN, has been exceptionally pleasant as a nurse to aid me during my IV infusion of NAD+. She is very well educated and experienced in this field and I felt I had enough information about NAD+ to try it out and see if it would help me with my brain fog, fatigue, and overall focus.
