She asked all the right questions and clearly cared about my pre-existing conditions and what I wanted to get out of the session. Throughout the appointment, she checked in regularly to make sure I was comfortable and that I wasn't being overstretched. She never tried to force my body into positions it wasn't ready for. I've been to another stretch company before where I was overstretched and the person didn't listen to me, forcing me into positions that left me afraid I'd get injured. Asia never made me feel that way. She was also extremely knowledgeable about anatomy, and I left feeling well cared for and nurtured. I highly recommend her.

Maryam and Berenice have been so nice, helpful and accommodating, especially when I'm trying to squeeze a session into a tight window during my lunch break or just before closing time. They're both quite knowledgeable about their services, too, and can clearly break down how the therapy works, before or even during a session. VIE has been a big boon to my routine. If you're aiming for better athletic recovery, definitely seek them out!
