I know how my face typically responds, and historically I begin seeing results within a couple of days. Recently, I received 160 units of Dysport and, after a full week, saw absolutely no change. Concerned, I returned to discuss the issue and suggested the possibility of a compromised or ineffective vial. Rather than having my concerns acknowledged, I felt dismissed and was told that perhaps my face needed a break from Dysport. The response I received was unprofessional and left me feeling unheard as a long-time client. I ultimately paid for an additional treatment, and within two days of the second injection, I was completely frozen as expected. This strongly suggested that the initial treatment was ineffective and validated the concerns I had raised from the beginning. What was most disappointing, however, was seeing a social media post that appeared to reference me and my personal situation. Regardless of any disagreement, discussing or alluding to clients on a public platform is, in my opinion, highly unprofessional and crosses a boundary that should never be crossed. Over the years, I have spent a significant amount of money at this business and referred numerous clients because I believed in the services being provided. Unfortunately, the way this situation was handled and the lack of professionalism shown afterward have ensured that I will not be returning or recommending this business in the future. Clients deserve to be treated with respect, to have their concerns taken seriously, and to know their privacy will be protected.
