They each go out of their way to accommodate schedules so you can get the care you need. I think I've had nearly every treatment they offer from red light therapy to the infrared sauna to Lipo amino to lymphatic massage to body cavitation. I just started treatments related to perimenopause I'm already feeling better. The office is immaculate and has a calming energy as soon as you walk in. I used to love coming here daily to use their red-light therapy (RLT) for years before the new owners bought the business, since then it has completely changed, and not for the better! It is recommended that you receive red light therapy daily to get the most health benefits. I used to swing by whenever I had time in my busy schedule and could easily get in for some quick pain relief. I suffer from severe sciatica daily from 3 bulging disks in my back and most days it hurts to drive, sit and walk so laying down and receiving RLT for 30 mins a day really helps provide some relief. My husband recently gifted me a two month membership as a Christmas gift for the red bed because he knows how much it helps my debilitating injury. However now I can't go without making an appointment first and they're usually booked a day in advance since there's only one red bed! So after a few weeks I've adjusted to this transition with no problems and go 2-3X a week instead of daily. They used to be open 7 days a week but not anymore. Today, (I had booked an appointment yesterday) after my painful physical therapy session down the street, I could barely walk in or out of their newly remodeled facility, which btw, has two restrooms and both have signs stating they are out of order! So, after my 45 min treatment, desperately having to use the restroom I return to my car in their 3-car parking lot behind the building, painfully position myself in the car, look down to put my seatbelt on before starting the engine, check my rear view mirror to see that a vehicle has parked behind me completely blocking me in! Let me remind you that here's dozens of parking available surrounding this business. Now I have to walk back up to the front of the building because they no longer allow direct access from the parking lot like they used to before when previous owners had it... There's a man standing at their front desk thankfully he was not a customer in a tanning bed for 30 mins...so I ask him if that was his vehicle parked behind mine and he says yes, with no apology or sincerity, and continues to handle his business as their store manager! Nice way to treat your customers huh? I told him he can't double park and he raises his voice at me saying 30 seconds as he continues to sign employees checks. I told him this wasn't cool and he asked me what car was mine. I said the one you parked behind! His response was even louder this time: 30 seconds! It was a huge inconvenience and completely disrespectful! I wish they would refund my membership because it's not worth coming here to deal with this kind of stress. read more

I really wanted to LOVE this place as it's so close to me and I need a new tanning place. The place looks clean and pretty and the front desk girl was so sweet! Unfortunately the stand up bed has not been maintained in god knows how long.. I should have known.. there was 2 missing bulbs AND several burned out. That's unacceptable for a tanning salon. They need to upkeep their machines or they can cause harm to us.. and my skin is terrible because of it read more

I went for my first round of cavitation at Body Lounge LA - and the experience was really great. I was a little nervous about what to expect, but Avenia is a total pro, and made me comfortable. I'm at an age where belly fat is really stubborn, so the extra help with cavitation is a must! The treatment is customized and based on your specific needs. I love love love the infrared sauna post-treatment. Sweating out toxins and helping to do lymphatic drainage is a bonus that I'm thankful they include. Highly recommend this spa. I have been a customer of Paradise Tan since it opened. When it was bought out, they closed for renovations. I had my tan exactly like I wanted it and was going once a week to maintain it. When they closed in November, I lost my tan and had to start over with the sessions I had purchased to maintain my tan. I don't think that is right. I would be willing to meet them half way if they gave me a few free sessions while I built my tan back up to where it was before then closed for renovations. When I mentioned it to the employee, I was shut down immediately She could have at least contacted the owner with my compromise. Now I'm looking for another tanning salon close by. read more

The staff is extremely nice and knows exactly what a women needs when it comes to self care. Purchase a new customer package and was not able to go due to Covid restrictions. I was sold this package with no limitations per representative at the time and paid fees up front. Location was recently bought by new ownership and my package which I paid for up front was voided. They told me it had expired and new owner was not willing to honor it.
