Again (their non-greeting style), the guy at the checkout counter didn't even acknowledge my presence. Some other guy sweeping, ran his mop over my toes and grumbled for me to move (I was trying to put my cart items on the counter and hadn't seen him). I let him move through and the checkout guy still never even looked at me. He gave me the total and I put in my card, grabbed my receipt and split. Not even a 'Thank you'. Bad Management, Bad Manners. Done with Sprouts. Not the end of the world, but I don't like spending very hard-earned money at a store, without even an acknowledgement that I'm standing in front of them.

My significant other and I have a fondness for the Raspberry Cream Ghost flavor. As it is a limited time flavor, it is quite hard to find literally anywhere. Searching online yielded few results, but a promising offer from Get Yok'd showed that they had a 12 pack of the flavor in stock on their website, and at a competitive value, no less. Naturally, I jumped at the opportunity to purchase the pack and have it delivered to my home. Please note that it is key that on their website and throughout checkout, I was actively purchasing the RASPBERRY CREAM flavored ghost. As soon as the order was placed, I checked my email for a confirmation and at a quick glance you can clearly see the image of the raspberry cream flavor that I ordered, however it is also very easy to overlook the "original" next to the image, which to my dismay I did. Upon arrival, I was both surprised and frustrated to see that the flavor we were so excited for was simply the original flavor. I immediately sent an email to the support team and waited patiently over the weekend and a couple more business days for a response. There has been no response since posting this review. Whether this is intentional on the part of Get Yok'd or simply just a misunderstanding, the evidence provided and my experience as an online customer, paired with the fact that any returns have you paying for shipping AND a 25% restocking fee has me feeling that the former is more likely. I've had bad experiences in stores before, but at the very least every store has done what a store was supposed to do in the end: give me the product I paid for. This is the only time I have ever made an account with specific intention to write a review. New labels are hard to use - only the name, medication, and dosage are in readable font on the front.
