Every time I've visit this location products are clearly labeled , staff is highly knowledgeable and products are clean and highly effective, I've walked in a number of times and they almost always have deals on some of the best nutrition products , and if they have discounts available staff will regularly state so even if there aren't any sale markers on the shelf this helps stretch your dollar and in many cases get more bang for your buck by allowing you to upsize on containers of your choice nutritional products. Get Yok'd ? You know not too long ago, in America, there was a saying: "The customer is alway right." Apparently, if you've read many of my reviews- that saying has become a rarity. I made a purchase last Saturday, August 27, 2022. I was told by the cashier, that by joining their membership rewards program I could earn discounts. After five solo attempts at trying to input information required by the "Get Yok'd" system & finally, with the assistance of the cashier- it appeared that I was registered for the "Get Yok'd" rewards program. For what it's worth when I asked the cashier for the prices of various shaker containers- she advised me that with my purchase of the protein- I could elect to use $5.00 of my reward points to reduce the price of the shaker container- I elected to do so - there . I bought a 5 Lb. tub of Metabolic Nutrition 's MuscleLean weight gainer. I've been using several different protein supplements for decades- with no issues. I selected this protein due to its very low sodium content. I also took into consideration the "per scoop" protein quantities: 1=21g, 2=42g, & 3=63g. The manufacturer's instructions on the side of the tub indicate: either 1,2 or 3 scoops with either water, or milk are suggested, twice a day. I took 2 scoops with milk- only once on each of three days that I used this product. The product mixed easily, and completely, and tasted great. For three days, this stuff gave me DIARHHEA about six hours after mixing it with milk, and ingesting it. My diarrhea had a horrible smell- as if I had picked up either a viral, or a bacterial infection. Today, 9/3/2022, with my receipt, I attempted to return the unused portion, and to exchange it for store credit towards another purchase. Be advised, that unlike GNC, "Get Yok'd" does not allow returns on opened items. No apology. Just "tough sh$t" for me. Be advised. My friend, I won't ever do business with "Get Yok'd" again. And after my experience, well folks, all I can say, is my thanks to all of you who have shown your support for my Yelp review. Just wanna say I always come here for my supp needs. Miguel and Alex are always here, and super helpful. If I ever have any questions or need some recommendations they always have answer! The team is super helpful and informative and that's just one reason why I come back. Next reason is because the prices are ridiculous! There are times when it's cheaper than buying online and that's saying something. They never break the bank and the rewards program is super cool. They are hardly ever out of stock and if they are it's on the supplier( I did my research).
