I've been coming to this LaserAway for almost 3 years now working on getting my tattoo removed. I have to say, it's coming along so nicely! I'm so excited to be able to wear a low back shirt/dress! I've experienced nothing but good things coming here, from the girl at the front desk to the nurses that work with me! Especially Rita, you're my favorite! I have to make a side comment though because some of these comments are crazy to me, when I spoke to the person helping me decide if I want to start this journey or not, they were very clear with me, it will take more than the initial 10 sessions I bought. They also explained how color takes longer to remove than just black ink and it may take longer to remove depending on the location of my tattoo! Also, if you're on your second 10 sessions tattoo removal package, let alone your 3rd or 4th session, I mean heck you got a tattoo! And you don't know how to take care of it yet. Each treatment for a laser tattoo removal we had a different nurse - nurses who have medical certifications - giving us different and contrary advice on the removal care and process. After purchasing 2 10-packs the tattoos are still visible. Caroline from the Glendale location is a great company girl but has zero interest in helping the customer. If she doesn't like your question she will tell you she doesn't like the way you're talking to her. No, she didn't like the question because the question was valid and she couldn't answer the question. She kept wanting to repeat herself - great job at memorizing your company answers - and I did not need her to repeat herself. I just wanted her to answer my question, which she seemed unable to do. I'm extremely disappointed with my experience. My appointments are constantly being changed even after they've been confirmed, which is very frustrating when I drive an hour each way for these appointments. After coming consistently for 9 months, the results are still not what I expected. What made this experience even more disappointing was being told that I had one more session left. My appointment was confirmed, I drove an hour to get there, and only after arriving was I told that I had to pay for the session. This was completely different from what I had previously been told. The most disappointing tattoo removal experience. I felt completely taken advantage of financially with no proper results. I booked a 10 session package for 3 different tattoos and 6 sessions in the nurse informed me I would no longer need any sessions on one of my tattoos as the ink was out! Fast forward to my package being completed, the tattoo they stopped treating due to it "being gone" is still visible. I called to request those 4 sessions that I lost and they offered maintenance sessions of roughly $200 per session. There was no accountability for the misinformation their nurse gave me and no care for my experience at all. Please consider anywhere else other than LaserAway for your tattoo removals! read more

I would not recommend going to a med spa for any Laser Removal tattoo removal. They don't even have a lot of before and after and try's to trick customer into purchasing more packages when they don't do a good job. Personally if you got a Laser Tattoo Removal here, you been tricked hard. Personally using very low settings and then shifting blame saying it's your fault that noting is being removed. Laser Away Glendale had tried to delete my negative review. They had not worked with me on a resolution. They also have appointment issues where they forget they were going to numb people for tattoo appointments, like the one that occurred back in December 2. 7 sessions here and my tattoo still looks the same. On top of that, during my 7nth session here, my technician told me they hadn't really started doing my blue on my arm. I came here for a good year and a half, expecting them to target my colored tattoo. I paid for the color to get targeted. They had lied to me on my consultation back in 2025 that it would be unlimited sessions over the phone call. Recently I learned it was 10. I would like an itemized refund for my last 3 sessions LASERAWAY AND QUIT TRYING TO DELETE MY REVIEW. I showed up to my appointment 10 minutes late, but was notified it was cancel due to clinician's family emergency. I understand, however, there was no accountability. Also the office should have called clients once they knew the clinician needed to leave. I showed up at 2:10 pm and didn't leave until 2:30 pm when I was told my appointment will indeed be canceled. read more

Everyone was very nice but the expensive package of six IPLs I bought from the pushy sales team did next to nothing. Every time I came in, I told the nurse that the spot I was targeting looked the same. Nurses would supposedly turn the laser up and I think maybe I finally saw some lightening after the final treatment but it's negligible. Then of course at the end they recommended a different type of laser treatment to target the spot they originally recommended IPL for. read more

I did my first round of Potenza RF (3-pack) with Rocky. I had some hyperpigmentation and texture issues from chickenpox scars I've gotten as a kid. Rocky was so great - really made sure that she was thorough and covered every part of my face. She was very kind about having to take breaks. Since it was a microneedling treatment, certain parts of the face and the second pass were a bit painful despite all the numbing you do before. Pain was overall pretty tolerable and well worth it. Great bright, clean rooms, friendly staff. Easy parking which is free with validation. I already booked again at this location! Super easy booking and options to finance. Upon my first visit, I found myself a bit lost and called in for directions. Lauren's cheerful assistance and clear guidance over the phone was something I was really grateful for; she definitely went the extra mile since she stayed on the phone with me until I arrived to make sure I got there OK - something I really appreciated but didn't expect. I'm really bummed writing this review, but long story short - this did not work for me. It doesn't make sense to me that they "recommend" 10 sessions, but the $5k package only has 8 - I mean it does make sense, they're setting you up to buy more. I will say I have super dark hair, but the nurses always cranked it up to "ensure maximum removal" (which obviously doesn't feel great), but I appreciated it because that's what I'm here for. I have a few random strips where it looks like the laser didn't even hit, and then the backs of my legs and bikini - it's honestly like I've never gotten it done? I understand this process might not be for everyone, but I recommend doing A LOT of research before picking a hair removal solution, and especially before spending $5k. If I could do it again I would have done something else, or honestly for the results I got, just stuck to shaving. I know it's no one's "fault", but in my opinion, it's WAY too expensive to not get at least satisfactory results. Maybe laser treatment is just too rich for my blood. A note: I went in the other day and received a "gift package", with a bunch of stuff that honestly was wasted and was completed unnecessary - I'd rather they put that money into making the prices better than buying stupid stuff that literally no one needs, or wants. read more

***THEY BUY THEIR GOOD REVIEWS DON'T BE FOOLED*** I bought a full body, face and neck package with them during their 2023 Black Friday sales (fake sales). And they burned my private areas during my second appointment to the point where it hurt to sit and walk for weeks. This wasn't my first experience with laser and I had gone to different med spas for years, so I was aware of the pain but it was tolerable in my past experiences. During the treatment I kept complaining about the pain and how bad it was but I was ignored and told that it's normal and next time I can get numbing cream. I ended up with second degree burns all over my privates. Don't waste your money on their fake promises of permanent results and their laser machines being different. I was told that on the phone by one of the Laseraway sales reps (Hailey) and then the nurse doing my treatment advised me to buy a second package of laser treatments for maintenance. I'm sure you can imagine the look on my face hearing that specially since they charge 3x what other med spas charge because they promise permanent results (false advertisement). Some background: Scheduling with my regular location is a headache. This was the second time I had to reschedule due to such limited availability where I usually go but... This new location is awesome! Parking is easy and ticketed, however, they do validate for you at the end of your appointment so you don't need to worry. You can exit out of the glass doors then follow the sidewalk along the street (turn right at CA Pizza Kitchen) and walk until you find it just before BJ's. The receptionist Carina was very helpful and a sweet smiling face when you walk in! She was able to book my next appointment at the time I needed without issue. She also wasn't trying to pressure me into purchasing more sessions or renew membership which usually happens every time I visit. I appreciated her focus on just getting me booked with no hassle. My nurse Ellie made sure I was comfortable and paid close attention to necessary details throughout the process more so than other nurses have. While she did tell me to let her know when I needed a break from the laser, she also proactively paused longer in known sensitive areas which I more than appreciated. Ellie is also super friendly and approachable with questions. She was able to answer exactly what I wanted to know about laser intensity and settings which other nurses haven't been able to tell me. This company is all about sales. Their reps are compensated on commission and under pressure to sell un needed services. Their tech/nurses are not well trained and lack laser basic knowledge. When you complain, they never admit and argue with you instead of taking ownership. Last time I went they burnt me and then argued that it did not happen. I had my first tattoo session and they were so careful in handling the laser onto my arm. I was however, disappointed that my tattoo didn't fade as well enough during the 4th session. I'm on my 6th session so far, and my tattoo has faded slowly . I didn't see much of a drastic change over the course since my fourth session.
