While I don't have deep wrinkles, I've noticed it really has helped to brighten my face and makes me look more awake and less tired. For my chin, we added some filler to elongate my face and make my face less round. I feel like it's a subtle change, but I've gotten so many compliments on how it just makes my face look more dainty. (Most people think I just lost weight in my face, but when I tell them I got chin filler, that's when they say how good it looks.) For laser hair removal, I was a bit apprehensive to get it since I have dark hairs and a lighter skin tone. I was afraid that I may get dark marks from the laser machine, as I had once experienced before. However, they listened to my concerns and reassured me that they would go on a low setting to prevent that. I didn't get any dark tracks afterwards, and I now only trust them to do the laser on my face. As far as professionalism goes, their staff is great at that. Dr. Jeng, Adrienne, and Sherry were great at listening to what I wanted at my initial consult and made me feel comfortable by addressing my concerns. For example, with the chin filler, I wasn't really sure how it would look and was a little curious if if would fit my face. They recommended to inject only half of my syringe first to see if I would be happy with the outcome. 2 weeks later, I came back to inject the rest and was happy they gave me that option. Some other places may not give you that option, so I can tell they really want their clients to have a positive experience.

I guarantee this company is paying people or using employees to give them good reviews. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. Do not go here! It's a chain and their machines aren't up to date. Not only that, they offer NO REFUNDS if the treatment doesn't work or harms you. They literally took a picture of my vagina during an "assessment" with a nurse that reports to LaserAway. Not only that, they told me I probably had PCOS and to go get checked by my doctor IMMEDIATELY. So I did, and my hormone panel came back completely normal. The doctor also told me there was no medical reason why hair removal shouldn't have worked on me, my skin and hair were prime for that treatment. They said it was most likely faulty or outdated machinery. To top it off, the Sales Associate really pushed a payment plan with GreenSky - DO NOT DO THIS! She told me there was a promo for 0% interest if paid within 24 months. I thought, great I get 2 years! Well, they lied. It was for 18 months and they set me up with a payment plan that didn't get my bill paid off in time. So that entire time I was accruing interest so now I owe almost $1,000 more than what I should have paid FOR A TREATMENT THAT DIDN'T WORK. So please, run away from this place. There are so many other better options, some with even better pricing. read more

Late post, happened September 2025. I tend to be a busy person. But I never forget. so I bought a deal of 300 units. And in my first visit at the Huntington Beach location an Asian nurse, not to be racist but I forgot her name. Noted down 40 units, but she only injected about 5 units in my forehead. Do keep in mind that I was suppose to get units in my bunny lines and the eye area. She only placed about 5 units in my forehead. But still injected me in the other places but didn't release the liquid. I get Botox often so I noticed but didn't tell her anything. I told the manager that only gave me a coupon that does not equal 40 units of Botox. I believe the nurses are stealing Botox units from clients and this is fraud. This business is hiring people that steal from paying clients. I now have to go to costa mesa away from me. And the manager nurse at Costa mesa justified that they did not inject 40 units. She even apologized for my experience. I lost money, time and now I have to drive further. Horrible experience. And the fact that the nurses steal Botox units is ghetto. read more

My new favorite Laseraway location! Let me just start off by saying everyone here is so nice and sweet since the moment you walk in, they greet you and ask you if you like anything to drink! The girls at the front desk are so nice. I came in to get my lips done today with NURSE DAKOTA, and let me tell you, she is super sweet! She told me step-by-step what she was going to do to me. She was very nice to take little breaks because I cannot handle the pain. She kept complimenting me and telling me, You got this. At the end she massaged my lips and gave me an ice pack!! I loved how she did them! They look so good. Overall, I recommend this place. The staff are very nice. It's a clean place, and they know what they're doing!! It was my first time with LaserAway and this location is amazing!! Super friendly (and understandable about your fear) but nothing to be scared of. They reassured me that it wasn't as painful as I expected since I've gotten laser hair removal before with another company. My nurse Ellie was quick and explained everything very detailed to me. Lights throughout the establishment were flickering, and even the bathroom lights were not functioning properly. For a med spa offering medical-grade treatments, the environment did not feel professional or reassuring. I came in for PRP microneedling and was informed that the provider performing my treatment had only been working in a med spa setting for about four months. During my appointment, my blood could not be successfully drawn and I was poked three separate times. Afterwards, the provider forgot to even give me a Band-Aid and stated it was because she was nervous. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this did not leave me feeling confident or comfortable continuing treatment here. They did offer to substitute the PRP portion of my treatment with hyaluronic acid instead, but considering PRP microneedling is a significantly more expensive and specialized treatment, I did not feel that would have been fair for the amount of money I paid for the service. I purchased my session through Groupon because I had seen mixed reviews and wanted to cautiously try the service first before committing to additional visits. After today's experience, I asked about the refund process since the Groupon had not yet been redeemed. The receptionist with red hair initially stated they could not refund it because it wasn't redeemed, but when I asked if it could be redeemed so I could request my refund, she contradicted herself and said there are no refunds through third-party groups. I would have completely understood policy limitations if the conversation had been handled professionally and respectfully. What stood out most was the attitude of the front desk staff from the moment I walked in particularly the red head receptionist. As someone who works in customer service and as a receptionist myself, I understand how important first impressions are. I did not feel welcomed, acknowledged, or treated with kindness during my visit. I drove all the way from Long Beach to Glendale for this appointment hoping I would be in good hands, and sadly that was not the case. I strongly encourage Skin Agency to provide additional training for both their front desk staff and employees performing medical-grade facial treatments to ensure future clients have a safer and more professional experience.

They've claimed to be "working on a resolution" for months, but now I have to file formal complaints and disputes just to get my money back. Even when Katrina from LaserAway reaches out, it's just BS and no real action. Records I paid for still haven't been sent. I even got a fraud call pretending to be corporate and had PatientFi accounts attempted in my name without consent. I'm switching to a real plastic surgeon and medspa -- this place is just a scam. They use predatory sales tactics, bait-and-switch practices, and scam-like behavior. I agree with all the other bad reviews -- they're right. The people leaving good reviews just haven't seen their true colors yet.

After waiting, I finally reached out today to get back on the calendar. First, they hung up on my call. Then, they ignored my follow-up text. Finally, they sent a generic, robotic message stating that their practice was 'not the appropriate fit' and outright refused to schedule me. Translation: because I only wanted the promotional service and refused to be upsold into extra treatments, I was no longer worth their time. It's a classic bait-and-switch. Take your money to a spa that actually honors their promotions and respects their clients' boundaries.
