So I was a little hesitant on getting laser tattoo removal but after speaking with them on the phone, they helped answer all the questions I had. I got a really good deal on it as well which I was very happy about. Every time I go in for my appointments they are always so kind and offer refreshments which is nice because I have to drive about an hour out to my nearest location. The nurse, Ellie is AMAZING.! Laser definitely hurts, but she is always checking in during the session and making sure that I am able to tolerate the pain. She also is super friendly and always has a smile on her face. Overall, I've been very satisfied with my experience so far and I'm excited to see my results. read more

My review is for RN Joi, it was my first time getting laser hair removal on my legs and underarms and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Not only was she informative and professional about explaining to me the procedure, she made feel comfortable and less nervous about the pain level. I think I just worked myself up about the pain or she has a magical technique because I didn't feel any crazy pain. I felt a little pain on the ankle part of my legs and the knee area but it felt like a fast rubber band motion hitting that area quickly with some cold air. Thank you Joi for being friendly, understanding and patient with me and making this experience a great one. read more

I am so grateful my friend told me to try LaserAway. NO REGRETS. I bought the package where you get your underarms, Brazillian, and legs lasered. Just after my first visit for underarms, I was sold. Nothing grew back until 2 weeks later and it was just tiny hairs here and there. Ellie made me feel SO comfortable and stopped when I got nervous. Tina and Carina are absolute angels! They are so welcoming and made me feel like I made some new friends. I was so sad when my appointment started, I was having way too much fun talking to them. Paula did my legs and she did an absolute amazing job. Only one session in and I am seeing a huge difference. I was told that Rita is the go-to for Brazillian which by the way i was terrified when I went in. Rita made me SO comfortable I felt like I knew her forever. IT DID NOT HURT AT ALL. I am in awe of my experience and have no regrets!! Thank you staff and can't wait to see you girls soon! Don't get me started on their cute office! New location, EVERYTHING is brand new. read more

Love this location! Clean, modern, and Nursery Ellie was amazing during my treatment.

I had the best experience at LaserAway Glendale! Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Right away, they asked if I wanted anything to drink, and all had smiles, which made me so comfortable. My nurses were Stacy and Danica; both took their time with me and asked me what I wanted to enhance. I could tell they enjoy their job and love making their customers happy. I will come here again and will ask for Stacy or Dancia. Even if I don't get them, I know I'll be in good hands. Thank you, LaserAway Glendale! read more
