I guarantee this company is paying people or using employees to give them good reviews. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM. Do not go here! It's a chain and their machines aren't up to date. Not only that, they offer NO REFUNDS if the treatment doesn't work or harms you. They literally took a picture of my vagina during an "assessment" with a nurse that reports to LaserAway. Not only that, they told me I probably had PCOS and to go get checked by my doctor IMMEDIATELY. So I did, and my hormone panel came back completely normal. The doctor also told me there was no medical reason why hair removal shouldn't have worked on me, my skin and hair were prime for that treatment. They said it was most likely faulty or outdated machinery. To top it off, the Sales Associate really pushed a payment plan with GreenSky - DO NOT DO THIS! She told me there was a promo for 0% interest if paid within 24 months. I thought, great I get 2 years! Well, they lied. It was for 18 months and they set me up with a payment plan that didn't get my bill paid off in time. So that entire time I was accruing interest so now I owe almost $1,000 more than what I should have paid FOR A TREATMENT THAT DIDN'T WORK. So please, run away from this place. There are so many other better options, some with even better pricing. read more

Late post, happened September 2025. I tend to be a busy person. But I never forget. so I bought a deal of 300 units. And in my first visit at the Huntington Beach location an Asian nurse, not to be racist but I forgot her name. Noted down 40 units, but she only injected about 5 units in my forehead. Do keep in mind that I was suppose to get units in my bunny lines and the eye area. She only placed about 5 units in my forehead. But still injected me in the other places but didn't release the liquid. I get Botox often so I noticed but didn't tell her anything. I told the manager that only gave me a coupon that does not equal 40 units of Botox. I believe the nurses are stealing Botox units from clients and this is fraud. This business is hiring people that steal from paying clients. I now have to go to costa mesa away from me. And the manager nurse at Costa mesa justified that they did not inject 40 units. She even apologized for my experience. I lost money, time and now I have to drive further. Horrible experience. And the fact that the nurses steal Botox units is ghetto. read more

I have been going to laser away for a couple of years at various locations getting a variety of treatments. I most recently came to get a touch up of my Botox at the Glendale location with the nurse Ellie! To say I was impressed is an understatement. First off, since I have never been to this location I wasn't sure where it was so I called and the front desk person directed me and went as far as to stepping out to flag me down. Such a great first impression. She then offered me refreshments and was very sweet. Then I got to meet Ellie! She informed me of how many units I had left in my bank and gave the recommendation on how many more I should buy to get the look I was wanting. I never felt pressured she gave me full autonomy over what I wanted. She was professional, accommodating and very knowledgeable in her job. I will be back to this location for future treatments! My new favorite Laseraway location! Let me just start off by saying everyone here is so nice and sweet since the moment you walk in, they greet you and ask you if you like anything to drink! The girls at the front desk are so nice. I came in to get my lips done today with NURSE DAKOTA, and let me tell you, she is super sweet! She told me step-by-step what she was going to do to me. She was very nice to take little breaks because I cannot handle the pain. She kept complimenting me and telling me, You got this. At the end she massaged my lips and gave me an ice pack!! I loved how she did them! They look so good. Overall, I recommend this place. The staff are very nice. It's a clean place, and they know what they're doing!! It was my first time with LaserAway and this location is amazing!! Super friendly (and understandable about your fear) but nothing to be scared of. They reassured me that it wasn't as painful as I expected since I've gotten laser hair removal before with another company. My nurse Ellie was quick and explained everything very detailed to me. She was super sweet and I was glad I could make conversation with her because it distracted me from the laser. I just completed my first laser hair removal session. I also did my first lip fillers everrr! I did underarms, legs, arms and bikini! Puala did an amazing job at constantly checking in on how I was feeling. She was so nice and patient. My lip filler session was a tiny bit painful, but the numbing cream helped.
