Yikes. * The 4th session (the worst and last for me) was done by an inexperienced nurse who accidentally targeted my eyelid/eyelash area with the laser. * This caused significant pain, tearing, and irritation, and part of my eyelash was burned/cut off by mistake!!!!!. * Her reaction was unprofessional when I pointed it out. * I immediately reported the issue to reception. * I was later connected to a remote nurse/clinician via video call, but the response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting castor oil and saying it would regrow. (yay for me ;) 5 months I hardly got to regrow my lash) * No proper care, apology, or resolution was provided. * They contacted me twice afterward: the first time I was unavailable, and the second time the caller was speaking in a loud and aggressive manner, so I asked to be contacted another day as I was not willing to continue the conversation in that tone. * It has now been several months with no refund, no resolution, and no proper communication from the clinic management. I unfortunately only took a picture right after the incident. After that the eyelash fell out & only grew back several months after (with intense care) but I didn't take any photos during that time. Summary: Very inconsistent experience, not suitable for sensitive skin, and poor professionalism, skill level, and customer service throughout. I absolutely do not recommend.

I'd never done micro-needling before and came to find out that it's not for my skin type. I now have broken capillaries where I had none before, and I'm not sure if that was due to my skin type or too deep a treatment. All good. These things happen. I realize that I tried this treatment at my own risk. I reached out on two separate occasions to the Skin Agency to try to help me navigate a path forward, and they have not acknowledged me. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a consultation and a potential pivot to a different treatment that would be better suited for my skin. I was really disappointed to learn that The Skin Agency is not interested in helping me develop a skincare plan or navigate treatment plans moving forward. We have SO many options of med spas and treatments to try these days. I'm sure they wont miss me, but I personally don't care to invest in a company that's not interested in investing in me.

As a business owner, you should be receptive to both good and bad reviews and not try to silence those that had bad experiences with you and your team. It is very unethical of you to try to silence any bad review and turn it as it being fake or malicious just because you want to market your business a certain way, this is unfair to all the patients and the community to do such a disservice. This would be fraud and your comments below as professional business owner, the tone in which you speak to your patients especially those that spent time to travel and money to see you, this is very unfortunate. In terms of your comment of " ..we haven't the time or the willingness to address your false statements..... as you didn't get the answer you wanted.." As you being an owner of an aesthetic clinic, your response, reconfirms that you clearly do not care for your patients feedback or concerns as it pertains to their face instead you have time to video tape and show off your clothing items and so forth. So again how do you not have time...? In terms of Kelsey, your best friend and marketing rep, I do remember exactly what I spoke to her about, I shared my concern with her on the phone for about 15-20mins, of which she did not care and I had asked her to ask you how much longer will this injection last. She said that you would get back to me, of which you never did. So what was the answer again I was wanting for...? Anush, please be honest with your patients, and your business page, I understand you are building your practice and would like to eliminate the negative reviews, but you are deliberately trying to silence our horrible experience that you have done and this is unethical and absolutely wrong. People go on here to see the service and work you have done and what you are doing is misleading the patient population. I cannot recommend ROUTINE by Anush Movsesian enough. She is truly one of the best injectors in Los Angeles--honestly, in all of California. I trusted her with my very first Botox and my first filler, and I'm so happy I did. Anush has such a gentle, almost angel-like touch. She's extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very honest about what you need and what you don't need. Her goal is always natural, balanced results.
