I reached out multiple times by phone and email requesting a refund, and my calls and emails were repeatedly ignored. It was incredibly frustrating to be met with complete silence instead of a simple acknowledgment or apology. When someone finally addressed the situation, I was offered a free session as if that would make up for everything. It felt like they viewed this as a minor inconvenience, when in reality they completely wasted my time, failed to communicate, and then ignored my repeated attempts to resolve the issue. My biggest issue isn't just the missed appointment--it's the complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. If a business can't be bothered to notify clients that no one will be there, and then ignores multiple requests afterward, why would anyone trust them with their time or money? This experience was handled poorly from beginning to end. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend a business that shows so little respect for its customers.

In my experience, she is definitely not money hungry if anything, it's been the complete opposite. She will straight up tell me if she doesn't think a treatment is right for me or if she doesn't think I'll get the results I'm expecting. She could easily take my money and do the treatment anyway, but she doesn't, and that says a lot to me. From the beginning, Farrah has also been very clear that these treatments are enhancements, not miracles. She's never promised me unrealistic results. She explains what the treatments can help with, but she also makes it clear that I have to put in the work too. I appreciate that because I'd rather have realistic expectations than have someone tell me what I want to hear just to sell me a treatment. I've personally never felt body shamed by her. When it comes to body treatments, there are different factors that can affect someone's results, and I want someone who is going to be honest with me about that. I'd rather know upfront what I can realistically expect than spend my money and be disappointed afterward. Farrah really is amazing at what she does. I've never felt like she brags about it either.
