Found this place through Groupon I'm glad I never purchased anything. I called before buying anything to confirm that the IV they were advertising included vitamins . Which the women over the phone confirmed they did and went on and gave me the list of vitamins it supposedly included. Once I got there I did park on the street on the meters but apparently there is parking in the back. I walked in no one greeted or acknowledged me to even be like hey we will be with you in a few minutes . Nothing and The Doctor himself was up in the front as well Eventually a lady asked for my name and had me sit down . Maybe another 10 mins pass by when she yells from across the room if my name is Jackie or Jennifer. Which I responded to Jackie and she proceeded to ask me other questions from again across the room where other patients/ clients can hear. Umm yall ever heard about HIPAA? ANYWHO after getting up to go to her to avoid this yelling across the room I finally was checked in appropriately vs told to go sit down. Maybe another 10-15 mins go by. I get put in to a room which I think is for massage therapy because it smelled like those odd essential oils and creams. Now I'm waiting for the doctor to do my consult for IV. When the upselling began and basically what I found on Groupon wasn't what is advertised and apparently the women over the phone didn't know what she was talking about. So overall this was a huge waste of time and energy. And just a really weird experience. Like all the these other reviews had me very excited to try this place out! It's been 5 years since my first review and he's still my first choice. I love Dr Z and what he stands for. He's honest and kind and will not have you do anything (cosmetic) if you don't need it. He doesn't try to sell you on procedures or pressure you to buy anything. His work is amazing and he's the only aesthetic dr that makes you come back 2 weeks later for a follow up. I don't let anyone else touch my face except him. I've also done the PDO threads with him and that lasted a little over a year; will be doing that again soon. I've visited his urgent care when I was sick, brought my mom there to see him (she's infatuated with him) and I've gotten trigger point injections for back and shoulder pain. He's a one-stop-shop. The address mentioned on the Groupon wasn't accurate. After contacting them because the building was closed, they direct you to their "urgent care," which is a rundown office in poor condition. After waiting in their reception area, the doctor/nurse finally arrives. Adding to his incredibly bad bedside manners, he immediately begins pressuring me to purchase more products upfront. When I refuse, his demeanor changed, he seemed colder. Usually, the doctor prepares the syringes right in front of me. But this time, he just retrieves pre-prepared syringes from a small pink fridge. I have strong suspicions that the dysport from that refrigerator might have been diluted. That being said, despite the noticeable bruising the procedure left me with, the results weren't too shabby once they eventually faded away, which, I must note, took over a week! The nurse or owner of this business contacted me in response to my review, in which I felt like I was being bullied once again. I want to clarify that I don't wish to cause any inconvenience, and I'm not seeking any complimentary products or procedures. This is simply my honest and humble opinion. read more

I saw Dr. Z today for Sculptra treatment. I was extremely anxious when I came in, but Dr. Z walked me through the process, explaining everything which made me feel at ease. In addiction, he showed me the 2 vials of Sculptra that he used on me, along with the cannula. A numbing agent was used on my face at the injection site. The whole process was smooth, I felt nearly no pain. I could feel the pressure of the cannula, and slight burning as the filler was being projected into the tissue. (Which is normal, and completely expected). Immediately after, my face was puffy as there is a lot of fluid trapped in the face. Overall pleasant and thorough experience, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this review. Thank you so much, I will be coming again! read more

I don't know what kind of Botox was used on me, but it was a very disappointing experience. My 11 lines between my eyebrows are as prominent as ever.. I have one eyebrow that goes up and falls constantly, and I l am someone who had Botox in the past. I'm not even sure if it was the real thing, but it made no difference at all. I should not have been able to frown when I left there and even weeks later and I could frown as hard as I wanted to. Even a couple myself I look like I had nothing done to me. read more

Update: While the massage was well done, I called to make an appointment in March and they said the first available slot was in June. I thought that was literally insane, but I took it. Then a week before my appointment was FINALLY here, they rescheduled me for July. Something needs to be fixed, whether it's adding additional time slots or additional employees, so people don't have to wait 4 months for an hour long appointment. read more
