I loved the high reviews I read about this place. I thought it would be the perfect place to go to try female hormone therapy to balance out my hormones, which I believe to be the cause of my lower energy level. When I called, the receptionist asked me the purpose of my call, and I said I was looking for hormone replacement therapy. He set an appointment for me and recommended I fast so I could do a full blood work panel. I fasted and went there the day of my appointment. After I gave the receptionist per his request, a completed questionnaire including my social security number, signed HIPAA documents and the usual slew of personal information, I met with the nurse practitioner. He was very nice. But after 5 minutes he said they don't do hormone replacement therapy for women. So after fasting, driving there and spending time filling out the questionnaire, I left feeling utterly disappointed. Found out they package our medications in a storage closet in the back of their brick and mortar with no pharmacy license or following state guidelines. These medications are not tested by the compounding pharmacy (Strive and Hallandale) and Regenics can't guarantee the safety of these medications at all. If you ask them for testing information they will give you nothing and say " It is FDA 503 compliant " to cover their butt. So scary! You will never get the truth from these guys!
