I even requested them directly after our call, as they were still not sent to me, but my request was ignored. In multiple emails, Tamari claimed to have sent them--first by email, then via Dropbox--but I have received neither. It is not unreasonable to request access to your own health information, especially after paying for it and traveling a considerable distance for the appointment. I write this not out of malice but in the hope of bringing attention to office practices that may be harming both clients and the business itself. I have since submitted a HIPAA complaint to obtain my images, as I refuse to expose myself to unnecessary radiation by retaking x-rays at other offices when I have already undergone the extensive imaging required here.
