Tess is a rare combination; she is both a knowledgable practitioner and an intuitive healer. She can guide you along your path to help you achieve your wellness goals (whatever they may be) and leave you feeling inspired along the way. I am so glad I have found Tess. So far I've had three of 90min fascia blasting sessions, and my body feels so much better. My hips were completely misaligned and after only three sessions, they are starting to even out. My lower back pain is almost gone, too. Aside from how great Tess is at what she does, she is such an amazing person. Her energy is very warm and welcoming and she is so easy to talk to. By the time you finish with your session, you'll feel good body and soul. read more

Tess. I've been to many healers in my life and Tess is one of the Best! I'm on cancer medication that causes severe joint pain. After my first visit with Tess last night..well, today was the first day I haven't felt "severe" joint pain in two years. All due to Tess and her knowledge regarding the joints and their connections, her touch and most of all her energy. Tess has a natural healing presence that is both calming and kind. There is no up sell for a different way of life..only a listening ear to your specific situation and then the healing begins. Upon returning home my husband noticed a complete difference in my energy. I was less stressed and fatigued. I had a wonderful nights sleep and woke up with considerably less pain. I cannot wait to go again~ I highly suggest Tess and her work. Thank you to my beautiful friend Tina for the gift certificate to Tess~ read more

Today was my second appointment with Tess. I'm a FasciaBlaster and decided to see if I could find a professional in my area, and Tess was referred to me by a friend. WOW, from my first appointment I made the decision to return once a month. So I received a combination of massage/fascia blasting session. It was wonderful. Exactly what I was looking for. Tess is great, treat yourself, you will not be disappointed. read more

Tess is phenomenal. I started fasciablasting a couple of months ago. I'm very happy wit the results I'm seeing at home, but wanted a professional session to learn how to optimize my self-treatments, better understand the techniques and see what professional results looked like. The process was lovely from beginning to end. I filled out thorough intake forms before my arrival and Tess was great with communication so I knew exactly what to expect. Once in her treatment room, Tess took reference photos (she sent me before and afters that afternoon), walked me through a helpful analysis of my body, and then set me up in her comfortable "Steamie Wonder" - which lets you lie down in a steam room, while keeping the humidity out of your hair! The treatment itself was great. You lie on a heated table with additional heat blankets keeping the areas that aren't being worked on pliable. She was able to get all the areas, like my back that I can't and switched between blasters, using the faceblaster to really get into defining and carving out muscles. The results were immediately evident - truly transformative - and I feel like I learned a lot from her techniques. I can't wait to go back. read more

I was seen by Paula for my first professional fascia blasting session. OMG!! It was amazing. The most relaxing 1 1/2 hrs of fascia blasting - since I usually do it by myself and usually left sore and tired after doing it. I went with the 5 session package and I'll most likely be getting another package after I use it all up. Glad I was able to find professionals who are familiar with fascia blasting. I met Tess as well, and she is a sweetheart. So easy to communicate with very accommodating with appointment request. THANK YOU!!! read more

Tess the the greatest! Whether it's fascia blasting or massaging she's incredible, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I went in for fascia blasting to break up some scar tissue and she went above and beyond. She steams you first (you could fall asleep in there) and even puts essential oils and herbs in the water so the steam smells incredible, who does that! She is so detailed and thinks of everything to make you relaxed while giving you the best results. Clean facility and comfortable beds as well. 10/10 will always return. read more

Tess has been my massage therapist and Reiki healer for years. I cannot recommend her highly enough. From the moment I walk into her office, I feel that I will be experiencing something magical. Tess has a 6th sense about what is going on with my body, if there are areas of concern, the advise she gives me is golden. She is a knowledgeable and dedicated practitioner, I just love her. read more

Pros: Knowledge, atmosphere, treatments, park in the garage below and get your car washed while you are getting pampered! Cons: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I started seeing Tess a few months back for facia blasting. Her treatment room is welcoming with just the right lighting and soothing tunes to set the tone for a session. Her knowledge about the body and health are above and beyond what you would expect to get out of a typical session. She has completely transformed my posture and physical appearance beyond what I though was imaginable in 15 treatments. I no longer hunch at my computer desk and have learned the "proper" way to stand in order to keep my body in true alignment. I would recommend Tess to anyone looking to truly heal and break up your facia. read more

I love the lavender, lemongrass, Deep Blue and her ayurvedic oil to open my heart. Simply divine!! read more

Yes please!!!! What an incredibly experience I had today with a true and genuine professional! Tess connects with people on an amazing level and knows exactly what you need. Her skill level, her knowledge along with her genuine spirit creates the best environment for a great session! She consistently asked for permission before releasing some seriously tight areas of my body...and she did it with ease. I spent nearly 2 hours with Tess on my first visit and was quick to purchase a package before I left her side. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you my new friend Tess!! read more

This review is for the Fasciablasting treatment I received with Paula. I have been blasting solo for quite a bit and felt that I needed help taking my results to the next level. I was excited to see that there were services in my area and immediately booked. I was greeted by my therapist Paula who was sweet, amazing and made the process seamless. Before and after blasting pictures were taken for comparison. The heating method used are super hot heating blankets and heaters within the room to keep the room hot for optimal blasting. She asked about my problem areas and performed the treatment based on that. They don't use Ashley Blacks oils and after care treatment, but like me use essential oils that are very soothing. The blasters used currently are the full length blaster, single claw and mini 2. I'm crossing my fingers the faceblaster (available in Feb) will be part of their arsenal soon. My first professional blasting session was awesome and I felt the BEST afterwards! I've had this blaster in effect since March as mentioned before and never felt as invigorated as I did today. That's mind blowing to me. I felt so limber and pliable with a spring in my step. When I do it alone, I'm usually grumpy and exhausted by the end. Add frustration because some areas I just cannot attack the way I need to. This was perfect. I also learned that even though I didnt think so, I'm still blasting too hard. I have to let up some and let the layers give way in their own fashion. So with the treatments you get a little education for your self therapy at home in between these professional sessions of you own a device. Needless to say, I'm definitely continuing professional treatments because it's nice to know that at least once of twice a month you're doing the proper therapy. In one treatment my meaty love handles seems a little less meaty. Two days after treatment my muffin too is near gone. Do your research about the treatment and then go visit these ladies. They will take care of you. Only con: Parking, but there's a grocery store next door that has a huge lot. My car was safe there. read more

I had a massage+reiki session today with Tess and it was truly the most amazing experience and best self love gift I have given myself in a long time. After an anxious morning, I found myself towards the end of our session, uncontrollably smiling from ear to ear. I feel healed mind, body and spirit. During our reiki session, I could physically feel her moving the energy around in my body. I've never felt energy move like that before. Tess clearly knows her craft very well and I'm so grateful to have found this woman! read more

I'm so glad I found Tess!! Seriously, if you haven't fascia blasted yet, get ready for the obsession that ensues. I had been doing fascia blasting on myself for a few months before realizing I needed help to get to the next level. Tess is a godsend. In my first session I learned so much about my body and she was able to access so many areas that I simply could not have reached on my own. She took before and after photos and sent them to me the evening of my first appointment along with analysis of the subtle differences I would not have noticed or really recognized. Thanks Tess!! read more

I just love Tess!! I've been blasting with her since October and am amazed at my progress! My posture is so drastically improved and my cellulite gets smoother every week. I'm more flexible, my skin is smoother. I have fewer headaches and my skin is glowing!! Even with the fascia blasting she manages to work in some lovely, relaxing regular massage. I tried the steam she now offers and have to say, it's a game changer for me. Some of my stubborn areas have finally begun to break up and smooth out. Anastasia "Tess" Nikolopoulos: An all around amazing soul. A Massage Therapist, Reiki Master Teacher and Yoga Instructor. I had the opportunity to be taught by this veteran of vinyasa flow yoga. What an impact the practice has had upon me. Every time I have had a private class I have felt so energetically exhilarated. Her services aren't for the faint of heart or easily exhausted she teaches with a vigorous discipline with an optimistic attitude towards inspiring inner change. One cannot help but grow in the presence of this seasoned master. The services do not come cheap, but you will receive what you pay for so the expense is well worth it. I wish there were more stars to rate Tess Nikolopoulos. Her intuitive and healing abilities are admirable. She knows the pace of massage you need and is able to work with trigger points and untie those knots. But what impressed me most is her energy work. She has an innate ability to feel which organ is overheated, she works with pendulum, incredible crystals, and native Indian energy tools. She is also very skilled in using Do Terra oils aromatherapy when she does bodywork. I highly recommend Tess to anyone who requires a high quality work and dedication. Thank you, Tess.
