I used to come to this place for over 10 years and loved it , for some reason i think since owner changed this place became so bad . There is no receptionist, so at the middle of the massage and you trying to relax the masseuse might leave you to go pick up the phone. When I mentioned it thats its not ok the girl gave me attitude and was upset. Disgusting and arrogant costumer service, and the massage quality not worth the high price compared to other places . I will never come back to this disgusting place. Owner of the place can't care less . read more

It was my first time here as 2 of my coworkers highly recommended this place. As I also read reviews in their website everyone had good testimonies. First I want to let them know they have to update their website prices as I read it was 60 minutes for $65 and 90 minutes for $95. When I went to pay she told me it was $98 for the 90 minutes. That's no longer the price and they need to update that!!! I unfortunately didn't have as great experience as everyone else that has. I had a masseuse Ivy. It was not relaxing at all she did crack my back but she left me in pain. In excruciating pain and bruises in my back, to point that the next day I couldn't even move and it is so painful to even lay down on my back. I don't think I'll be back! Maybe I need to look for real professional massage therapist. Are the people here even licensed? I hope no one else goes through this. read more

Short and sweet- I've never had a bad experience here and have always had a different therapist- tbh I can't usually remember their names so I can't request someone again. BUT it doesn't matter because they all do a great job. There is a easy parking in the back and the prices are very reasonable. I have never had an issue making an apt. They weren't ready for us when we came, they don't have a big room with two tables so they had us in separate rooms, and we started at different times because they had to call someone to come in. Since I moved back to the valley, I haven't been able to find the right masseuse so I decided to give Narai Thai Spa a try. I was warmly greeted by the owner Katrina and her daughter even offered me tea with oranges (I highly recommend before and after your massage). As I walked into the massage room, I wasn't too pleased with the aesthetics. It would be nice if they warmed up the room with fake candles, better looking bedding/blankets, etc. Those little modifications can really make a difference in feelings of calmness and tranquility. I ended up getting the 90 minute combo (Thai + Deep Tissue) massage with Pinky. She was great. She made sure to ask me what areas to concentrate on and the amount of pressure I felt comfortable with. She checked in on me the right amount of times and really went to work on my knots. The repetitive strokes and stretching at the end were my favorites! I would recommend Pinky!! I was given a voucher for $10 off a 60 minute massage good for another month so I'll definitely visit again soon! read more

My massage was easily the best I've had in LA, and this is a city with a lot of great massage providers. The ladies that work there are very friendly and struck up a conversation with my fiancee and I as we waited. The masseuse was equally welcoming and chatted just enough before thoroughly removing all the knots I had built up after a week of packing and moving boxes out of my apartment. I had opted for the Thai massage and she did a great job actually following what was sore or clearly needed some more work. After the massage we were given a couple slices of orange and some water. Disappointed with my last visit here. I booked the last appointment of the day - needed a massage after a 4-day hike. I guess since I was the last person that day they REALLY RUSHED me - for everything. Had to pay the massage in advance, then they gave me like 1 minute to change, then the masseuse rushed everything and didn't ask about problem areas or pressure. I wanted it a bit harder but didn't know if it was just because I was sore all over that I didn't feel it as much. I chose swedish (my usual choice) but it wasn't relaxing... her pace was simply too fast for it to be relaxing. On top of this, one of the last things she did was really push on a nerve in my back, and it hurt but I assumed it was part of a knot... it wasn't, and I was in pain for days after. Then when I went to pay, they didn't offer me the usual tea and fruit, which I was looking forward to. Instead I had to serve myself a cup of cold water and the receptionist was HOLDING the door open waiting for me to leave before I even finished my water. I had to tell her to hold on. :/ I wish I knew who my masseuse was, I wouldn't want to do it again with her. It's a shame because Cindy was my first experience, and now she charges extra because she is absolutely wonderful. It also sucks because this was my usual massage spot, but now I'll be slightly hesitant for future appointments, if at all. read more

Feeling a lot better! I was feeling so much backaches and neck pain from my previous car accident. The massage table is covered with heated blanket just enough to keep you warm. Wanda, my masseuse, asked me where I wanted to focus my massage first before touching me, which I thought was considerate. She cleaned my feet and started on my extremities. I liked that when she isolate body parts, the rest are covered with not just one sheet but with another blanket on top of it. It made me feel so comfortable and respected. The massage was gentle but direct to the spot. Unlike other massage places where they go hard but would make you feel more pain afterwards. The massage was just right. The only thing I did not get compared to the other places was more stretching afterwards, I was looking forward to it but I did not get it with my session. Overall I got what I came for.
