Every tight muscle got the memo. This wasn't one of those massages where someone just rubs lotion on your back for an hour. Annie was putting in work. I walked in feeling stiff and walked out feeling like my spine had been factory reset. The CBD upgrade, though... save your money. I honestly couldn't tell the difference. Maybe it works for some people, but for me it felt like paying extra for a placebo. I'd skip it next time and just book more time with Annie instead. Everyone was welcoming and professional. Check-in was easy. The spa was clean from top to bottom. Treatment rooms were spotless. Even the bathroom was immaculate, which is usually the first sign a business actually pays attention to the details. It's giving... Toy Story when Woody gets polished up by the cleaner. Brand new. Good value. Okay, if…read moreyou're looking for a luxurious, spa day, cucumbers over the eyes massage - this is not your place. This is one of those massage places where the massage tables are separated by curtains not walls but I absolutely love getting foot massages here. Feels like I am walking on clouds after. I would recommend calling ahead for an appointment, especially if you are coming in with someone else (just to make sure you don't have to wait) I love this place and come here pretty often

I hesitated to write this review because I in no way shape or form want to bring down a business,…read morebut maybe this could be important feedback. I'm not sure why the massage therapist had only one mode and the only mode was hard-core pressure, extreme movements, and inflicting pain. I was maybe overly optimistic that I could communicate what I wanted in the session and most of it went ignored. The first thing that happened was she dug into my temples so hard I thought to myself that it was a lethal amount of pressure and I'm not even exaggerating. Google it online about pressing into someone's temples. I was bruised for a few days after. Then, she stuck her fingers in my ears and pulled my head up toward the top of the table. In what world is that a therapeutic or comfortable sensation? It was borderline violating. The rest of the massage I was on guard trying to guide her to stay away from an injured part of my body and to manage the pressure so I could tolerate it. I honestly felt like I had to survive the session rather than focusing on enjoying it. I should've just ended it as soon as it started. I really hope the owners can understand that not everybody wants rolfing and there has to be different levels of massage intensity. Let's start with basic language- soft, medium, hard pressure. Moving forward I've decided that I'm only going to licensed sports massage professionals.

Best massage I ever had in the valley!!!…read more My neighbor bought me a couple deep tissue massage for my husband and I 8 years wedding anniversary. Best gift anyone could ask for. Im so glad to be able to experience such a different type of thai massage. I had never had anyone walk on my back, arms and legs. There were 2 poles in the room. I usually get my massages in SGV. I think the best part was the fact that she had everything ready in the room. From the hot stones, hot towels, oils, lotions and etc. There's no walking in and out of the room. There's no gust of wind when they open the door. It was pure 1 to 1 full experience. I hate when they go out side to get hot stones or towels then chat with a coworkers and come back into your room. Nancy really paid attention to detail. She noticed knots on neck and back. She slowly worked her magic to get rid of them. I felt like an acrobat with all the stretches and bending. At first I was so worries about her stepping on my body. Im so glad she did. The whole experience felt great. I feel like a brand new person. I literally went to get a massage in Northridge near the guitar center a few days ago and it was bad. All they did was use their elbow and forearms. Anyways, this place was worth every cent.
