"HI-YAH"!" was basically how my massage started. My masseuse came in and, without saying a word, immediately and aggressively started the "massage". She used a movement similar to wringing out a towel - just grabbed my skin and started twisting it. It was painful and clearly evident my masseuse hadn't taken a basic massage class. She used her elbow for every movement on my back, like The Rock dropping the People's Elbow. There was no adjustment of pressure through sensitive areas such as the lower back and she kept digging her elbow into my spine. She added oil for the effleurage portion, but rushed through it as if she was washing a window. Overall, the massage was terrible. I'm giving 2 stars for the cleanliness and pricing , but that's about it. I'd look elsewhere if you're looking for an actual relaxing massage. read more

First they make you pay before you even can say hello. Massage was decent...customer service is negative 10 stars absolutely RUDE. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage with cupping and when we showed up they told us that we should've specified cupping because it takes more time so they wouldn't be able to accommodate that part of the massage. when I made the reservation they didn't ask what type of massage I wanted but fair enough the massage itself was mediocre. The masseuse said "wow this part of your back is hard" and then didn't do anything to take out the knots and tension. There was no music. It was cold, and my feet were constantly exposed to the cold air This was probably one of the worst massages I've ever gotten And then when we tried to leave she stopped us so we could tip. I come to Massage Days for a back massage once a month and I've enjoyed all my Visits here. It's a very quiet and calm environment. The rooms are clean and private and the all the staff is very friendly. I'm a dental hygienist so I prioritize taking care of my neck and back. The prices here are very good and they offer other things like Hot stones / aromatherapy if you would like. It's very convenient to locate and find parking and they are open late which is good if you get off work later. Locating the place was easy and there were tons of parking. Inside was clean and very minimal. The ladies in the guest waiting area were very kind and accommodating. Upon filling out a quick information sheet I was taken to my room. The massage was very relaxing and she definitely paid attention to the info sheet I filled out where I stated where my problem areas were. I've been to massage places all over the valley and this was definitely a good find. Holy smokes, this is my new favorite massage place!!! I called last Friday afternoon hoping that they had availability, and I arrived 30 minutes later. A woman welcomed me, I picked an hour and a half hot stone massage with lavender, and within moments I was relaxing in a little room. My therapist was absolutely amazing--she used incredibly firm and wonderful pressure to get every last knot out and tackled all of the tense areas of my back, neck and shoulders. I was so impressed by the whole experience and nearly fell asleep, which I rarely do during massages. The salon and service were nice - they were able to fit my husband and I in quickly. Decor was perfect. My husband was satisfied with his massage and the work done on his back. I was disappointed. We ordered the manager's special and received neither aromatherapy or hot stones. No one ever asked what kind of massage we wanted. I explained in advance to the thereapist that I wanted a very light, relaxing massage. I had to say at least 30 times in the 1.5 hours 'softer.' It only seemed to have an impact for about 30 seconds and then her thumbs were digging into me again (i can still feel them in a few spots). It was not at all relaxing but, in fact, I spent the time hoping she wouldn't dig in again...until she did. And I'm very clear that she is likely skilled and many folks would like that --- but it's not what I wanted AT ALL. Not what I asked for. I don't think I'll be back but I wish them well as most folks seem to have had a better experience than me. read more
