She has an incredible ability to understand exactly where your body needs attention and works with precision and care. The entire session felt like a premium, high end experience. We walked in and they followed us in. We greeted them and asked for their massage services and their response was "Little English, little English" So we pointed to the massage flyer and specified which massage we wanted and they said "No" and followed us back outside the shop to resume their phone calls. Literally don't understand what happened or why they refused customers since the rooms were empty, no one else was present and they were open during business hours. I'd rate it zero stars if I could.

I've been coming to Massage Days for a few years now. My job is pretty taxing on my body and I've…read morealways had bad back, neck, and shoulder pain, so I've tried many different massage places all throughout my life. No other place has ever compared to Massage Days. It's always remarkably clean, every employee is kind and welcoming, and the space is so serene and comforting. Scheduling an appointment is so easy and they usually have very open availability, which means a lot for those who have busy schedules and want to squeeze in some spontaneous self care. Every time I walk into the waiting room, I already feel so much more calm and relieved because I'm confident in the care that I will receive. I love that there are many different options for massages, varying from duration to additional add-on services, all of which are worth it and so reasonably priced in my opinion. Selina is a phenomenal massage therapist, especially for deep tissue, but any other massage therapist has been so skilled & wonderful as well! My go-to gift for friends and family members is actually a gift certificate from Massage Days, & it has never failed. Every person I have referred has loved it. Massage Days is without a doubt the best place in the SFV valley to feel pampered, relaxed, and revived!!!

New location alert!!!…read more I just had my monthly visit at their new location on Reseda Bi. and was amazed at how much they have done in such a short period of time. The new location has "Sedona vibes" with its calming and Sedona desert-like decor. There are eight rooms (4 therapy rooms, 2 aesthetician/ therapy rooms, 2 sauna rooms (male and female) and a quiet room to relax either after or before your treatment. This is a huge upgrade from their old location. Andres and Jose have out done themselves once again. As for the massage, it was (as usual) therapeutic and relaxing and left me feeling refreshed and balanced.

Andres and Jose have been the owners of this shop for many years and they are great! It's a family owned business. They are great masseuses. They make sure to target the knots you have in your body or any type of pain you are having. I love how they have a red light sauna. Not only is it good for killing bacteria on your skin but it's also good at allowing you to relax before a massage or facial. Every time I come here I make sure to use the sauna. This place is amazing for a whole day of relaxing, you can spend a couple hours here just relaxing. Jose is also really good at facials. He is not only a masseuse but an esthetician. He is amazing and does great work! He can target acne. He uses many tools to help achieve clean acne free skin. He doesn't just do the same routine everytime you come in. If he notices your skin needs adjustments, he will change up what he does. I love his approach and not everyone is like that. Overall recommend this place! Happy I found them.

My husband & I both booked massages and my experience was anything but pleasing!…read more We both booked 2 different services. I booked the relaxing massage & my husband booked the therapeutic/deep tissue massage. When I went into the room the lady was very rushed. She was extremely rough and would dig into my muscles. Anything but relaxing, however, everyone has different pain tolerance's so to each their own. After the massage was over she said "I'm done". Flicked all the lights on, and walked out before I got a chance to open my eyes or say thank you. I changed and walked out, helping myself out. As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues. Safe to say we will not be coming back here.
