The room had a couple of hooks to hang up your clothes which was convenient. I laid down on the table and Fern came in and worked her magic! The massage starts with what seems to be an assessment of your body with pressure points on your neck and shoulders, then some stretches of your limbs, followed by the massage. Starting from the neck to your toes, right to left, ending with a hot stone, scalp and face massage. The massage itself consisted of Thai, Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone, it was AMAZING!!! My body felt like jelly and ooooh so relaxed. As we were leaving they offered us a bottle of water and wished us well with much gratitude. Their prices are very reasonable.
