The unfortunate deduction of stars is because of the following, which I believe the manager is responsible not the female receptionist or masseuse. 1. I woke up this morning to see a text telling me to come at 10am (text attached, sent at 1:06AM!!). I had a 1030 apt made at least a month ago. They had ample time to call me or text ASKING if I could come at 10 instead. I was worried that I'd show up at 1030 and my appointment would have been cancelled so I went at 10. When I got there the receptionist said after I gave my name that oh I accepted the earlier time. I stood there thinking I had a choice in that? Certainly didn't look it Now going into #2... Anyways, I showed my Groupon she read it it out loud. It was a 90 minute foot flexology Hot Stone therapeutic massage. I get shown to the room, get greeted by the masseuse and I prep for massage. She was wonderful. I'm sorry I forget her name! Time went by and it wrapped. It didn't feel like my normal 90 minutes. So once you was out the door and I look and found a clock I see it was only 1 hour. I quickly pulled on my top and pants, left the room barefoot to find someone and no one was around. I found an office door and knocked and when opened i said that my appointment was 90 minutes. The ladies apologized same saying that it was written down as 60. I remember speaking to a man, which is why I believe this is on the manager's fault. No one else. After discussion amongst them and apologies I was shown back to the room prepped again and was given the rest of 30 minutes. This was incredibly disruptive to getting that full 90 minute experience. But again, the massage itself was great and if it wasn't for these two big things they would have been given five stars. I will give it another shot. And will emphasize the 90 minutes, which is what I always get when I get massages and make sure that the masseuse knows as well and hopefully my next experience will go smoother.

I booked the relaxing massage & my husband booked the therapeutic/deep tissue massage. When I went into the room the lady was very rushed. She was extremely rough and would dig into my muscles. Flicked all the lights on, and walked out before I got a chance to open my eyes or say thank you. I changed and walked out, helping myself out. As I was waiting for my husband to come out I was given the QR code to pay. Once my husband came out we both paid via the QR code and the lady told us to wait and verify that they received payment. After verifying, she calls me out in front of the other 4 people in the waiting room for tipping too little. I asked if it was a problem and she said "no" and walked away. She was lucky I tipped at all! Tipping is based off of how much you enjoyed the service, hospitality, and the overall experience. I didn't need to tip but I still did anyway! Calling someone out for not tipping enough is not professional. The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1 is because my husband didn't mind his massage. The sole purpose of him booking it was because he wanted the deep tissue massage so the depth/pain was something he was requesting. And he said the guy would check up on him every once in a while and ask if he's okay or if the depth was okay (I didn't get that). We've been to plenty massage bars before and have never had issues.
