Lulu gave me the most amazing massage. I walked in in so much pain and walked out transformed! She's a miracle worker! read more

My first time coming here. Absolutely amazing. Super clean and a warm vibe. Love that they are open late. Had one of the best massages I've ever had-specifically because my therapist focused on the areas I was having major issues with. She was amazing-sorry forgot her name! But I'm sure they are all of this caliber. I left feeling so much better. Will definitely recommend and be back in a month! read more

I have been there numerous times over the last year and each time was wonderful. The girls are very professional and attentive to my needs.

I came in very tired and my lower back was hurting a lot. I called and they were able to take me right away. I didn't have much time so I asked for 30 minute combo feet & lower back, Li Li worked miracles in such a short time! I left feeling much better than I came in, and already looking forward to booking my next session :) read more

Absolutely horrible customer service!!!! Booked an appointment for 2. Showed up and told me there was no appointment for me and that i must have made it at other location. Had her call and she said no they are all full. This was AFTER they had taken my money. SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!!! read more

Terrible. I was a walk in. Complete language barrier with the woman at the front. She had a bad attitude. Ok I looked past that. She ended up being my masseuse. It was a rub down. No technique. I paid for 60 mins and she gave me less than 50 mins. Then when I asked for change for tip she tried to haggle me for the whole 20! She didn't even deserve 10! Never again. I would not recommend this place. read more

I arrived at my appointment time and paid she escorted us to a room then left for a second then said that my appointment was not for this location so I asked her to call the other location then they said they forgot the appointment so needless to say I did not get a massage . They are horrible . customer service is horrific. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

My wonderful staff from Osteostrong Encino got me a 60 minute massage for my birthday. My experience here was lovely. Elon really was able to dig in deep in the areas of my back that needed extra attention. I also love stone massage so this place didn't disappoint. When you are in the area stop in for a relaxing break from your busy life! read more

Wondered in here when I was in the neighborhood and got a nice hot-stone massage. Very nice people, too.

I love this place! They never let me down. Nancy/Lisa sorry I didn't remember the name. She is amazing. She knows all the right place! The pressure is perfect every time. Management is wonderful also. They are always there to help. Walk in welcome. I have never been turned away! Thank you all for everything!! read more

Once you get past the fact that there is an ABSOLUTE LANGUAGE BARRIER in the fact that the employees don't speak ANY English so you have to rely on your charades game... it is smooth sailing. * Note to self, if calling for a massage here, just tell them how many and what time and figure out what you want when you're there as to not confuse them or frustrate yourself. I opted for the 60 minute massage which is a full body massage includes your head, face, body, and feet for a mere $30. I was led down the hallway and around the corner into a room divided by a curtain. I explained I wanted a hard massage. My masseuse had no issue understanding that after I showed him what I wanted. It was a really great massage actually. The only downside was that the couple next to me that came in 15 minutes or so after I started was LOUD AF! My masseuse and I constantly shushed them but they didn't seem to care. I will be coming in again. I will also mention there was ample parking. read more

It's really nice place with the very nice message , definitely we will come back lulu & miry was definitely did the good job.

Never in my life has anyone yelled at me and criticized me for the "tip" I left. {which is supposed to be given upon the service you receive.} Where does it say you are forced to leave a25%tip for your masseuse when the massage was literal crap no offense. All I got is elbows in my back and weird presses with a towel. The business owner that demanded and yelled at me at the end of the massage should *ASHAMED* of herself. She has no place in business, let alone a therapeutic massage spot to help people relive stress and pain. Not recommending this place to my enemies. The vibes are off . This place needs to press the refresh button and start appreciating their job and customers! read more

If I could give 0 starts I would. The business owner is EXTREMELY rude. We had an appointment at 4:00pm. We were on time at 4:00pm sharp. They were late and accepted us at 4:08, started massage only at 4:12pm. Finished me up at 5:01pm saying she has another customer next. It was a really BAD massage, she did everything so so fast!!!! Like she's in a hurry to finish up. literally no technique involved, only pressure, didn't understand English at all when I asked not to pressure too much, I had to guid her through the entire massage and I just couldn't relax. I was really anxious to finish the massage already. The lady kept talking to the other Massuse next to her whispering in their language. She literally wasn't professional touching way too deep into my tights and underwear line. That was embarrassing. When we finished I went to the owner explaining what happened, she look at me and said "we are very busy now can you understand?" I said that's not my fault she's busy and late. She literally said "ok go somewhere else there's good massage". Needless to say I will be disputing the charge she took BEFORE the massage. read more

It was my first time trying lavender spa. And it was great. The staff was super friendly and the massage was well done. Felt very relaxed after. Also. It was super close by to me read more

They are not good at all. They have no idea what they are doing. She basically rubbed me with oil and sent me home.

This place is absolutely horrible. While my daughter and I were getting foot massages they kept getting up to answer the front door. We then asked to please make up the 5/6 minutes they stopped and didn't. When they returned to our feet they decided to then have a conversation. $45 for 30 minutes of interruptions. Not a place to relax. I highly recommend going elsewhere. read more

My massage was good, but upon paying the lady said usually people pay 20.00 tip... I said I am not that and I am traveling so she was mad that I left a 6.00 tip. Other people can leave a 20.00 tip that isn't me. Sorry not sorry . read more

Best in encino! Don't go anywhere else! You will not regret it......................... They are very good

My back was feeling bad so went for a 30 minute. Included hot stones and some stretches. Feel much better now.

I have been going here off and on for a few years. Never have I had a bad experience!. They keep the place clean all the time. I'd rather drive a little further for a clean legitimate spa. And everyone who works there are polite. And they do not speak loud. When you want to relax. This is the place to go. Its Zen-like. read more

I just had an excellent massage here. I will be back soon! Highly recommend!

They actually moved two business over from their last location on ventura blvd. This location is much bigger and quieter. I love how relaxing I get every time I come and get a massage. I always leave feeling like a millions dollars. Another thing I love is that there is privacy when getting the massage. Not a lot of foot spas allow privacy. Sometimes you have to pay more but not this place. I also love that they have specials & they have new equipment. I will definitely will be coming once a week now. read more

WOW! THIS PLACE IS A MUST!!! I had read the reviews and was prepared, or so I thought, for the language barrier. It was kind of comical because I left not knowing If I had actually made an appointment or got a price quote because we used the nice lady's phone translator for me to ask if I could get a massage. I waited at the local menchies until what I hoped was the time and let me tell you I wouldn't mind waiting for hours for the treatment I received. AMAZING full body massage! Nancy, my tiny little masseur worked out kinks in me I didn't even know I had. I work out daily, sleep very little, work on concrete in boots with dogs almost every day and have no car so I walk everywhere; needless to say my body is always a ball of knots. I also have years of extreme sports injuries and a back that's dealt with open heart surgery so again I'm full of knots. She got them all out and then some! I slept better than I had in months, but awoke feeling better than I have in years and my body was so grateful it didn't creak all day long. The price is unbeatable and the service doesn't need to be in English because they speak great massage as their language. I can't wait to have another appointment and will be bringing my sister in law. 10 stars if I could! read more
