When I called today to book two more 45 minute massages the owner, Jackie, answered the phone and told me they were no longer going to accommodate me and instead needed to book me for 60 minute massages. And that, the 60 minute massage was in fact only 50 minutes hands on, and they would need 5 minutes in the beginning and 5 minutes at the end of the session. I have been getting massages for 20 years and this is the first time I have ever heard of this. Typically the time for the massage starts once the therapist starts and you get your full time, whether it's 45 min or 60 min (not 10 minute less!). Beware of this place as you might get short changed on what you pay for. Not sure how this place has so many five star reviews as the owner was very rude on the phone.
