Amazing time, great rates and awesome service! It's now on my repeat schedule. The place was clean on both occasions of being there for my private full bodied massage and promptly started on time. I couldn't have been happier with the results, the service and the parking (not many know that you can park underground). I will be back again and again. Bringing a friend for her birthday for reflexology. read more

I've been so many times and am way overdue for singing this place's praises! I've had terrible neck tension the last week and today I went in and they truly helped me with their deep tissue work. My masseuse found every knotted spot and worked through it! I finally have relief thanks to him. Both Jim and Leo are fantastic and true healers! This is my forever neighborhood go to! read more

always the best massage place! Very relaxing massage . You come out relaxed. Thank you

Top of the line massage therapist at foot inspiration. I am always kindly greeted by front desk and escorted to my massage chair. The massage room is dim and there is always calm zen music playing to relax me. Everytime I leave I feel lighter and better then when I came in. Thank you foot inspiration! read more

Yes, I splurged and got a 45 minute foot massage only by their masseuse name John. The best $35 dollars you can spend in your life!!! I promise you won't regret this relaxing experience. This place has it down to the tee. Great masseuses especially John!!! Highly recommend this place! read more

If you're in the mood for a solid massage where you don't have to get undressed, and you don't have a private room, you won't get better than this. Located on Ventura Boulevard off of Beverly Glen, this place offers 30 minute and 60 minute foot and body massages. The massages are done cubicle style, in which you have a table, massage therapist, and quiet in a darkened room. There are other people in other cubicles getting their massages while you get yours. This is not the place to go if you want the whole privacy, lit candles, completely nude on a massage table, your own private room kind of massage. But it is the place to go if you don't wanna spend too much and you want to just get a good solid massage without all the muss and fuss. I personally do not mind the communal atmosphere. It is quiet and dark and soothing. The massagers always do a very good job. I think it is just a matter of personal preference, and I highly recommend this place because you won't get a better massage at such a fair rate. read more

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent visit to your massage business. During my visit , I noticed unsanitary conditions that made me uncomfortable. The overall environment was far below what i expected. Instead Massage He rub me with his Arm and his Elbow I tried to explain for owner, but he was rud and he didn't want to listen to me and he left the room!!!! read more

LOVE Foot Inspiration! Been going there for years. Great price, easy appointments, nice people and you'll feel so relaxed and great afterwards. Make should you let the front know a little bit about what kind of massage vibe you prefer. All the therapists are good but they vary a little in style. Enjoy! read more

0/5. Iwill never go back here. The receptionist today (the uncle, I think) is rude. He wanted us out (my child and I) to shop around because he cannot tolerate my child going around the sofa, my child is not even making noise, while I can also hear voices and employees talking around the corner. When I and my child went out and about to pay, he even ask the cash tip first. read more

I came in hoping for a thorough massage and left feeling worse than when I arrived: tighter, more sore, and, frankly, a little rattled. The pressure was extremely aggressive throughout, including sustained work directly on my tibia that was genuinely excruciating. When I asked her not to do spinal adjustments because my back was tight, she seemed annoyed rather than responsive. A therapist should welcome that kind of feedback. It's how they do their job well. At the end of the session, the therapist shook out her hands and visibly scoffed, as if I had been a burden to work on. That's not something a client should ever experience. I'm not opposed to firm pressure, but there's a difference between therapeutic intensity and pain that makes you want to leave. This crossed that line repeatedly. I won't be returning. read more

Great massages and you can't beat the price. Derek is awesome at the front desk, and I particularly like Lulu and Tony for massage.

Excellent quality massage and very relaxing music and lighting. Derek the owner is fabulous!! I have been going here for over 10 years and wouldn't go anywhere else!! read more

I was taken here for my birthday for a half hour foot massage. Foot is misleading as they did shoulders and back too. Very efficient, clean, and I felt completely stoned when I left. Clearly the masseuse moved some energy around. I will definitely go back. read more

I was a few minutes late for my appointment and before I could apologize the woman was scolding me like I was a child. I was perfectly willing to pay for the whole hour. When I was put into the cubicle, the gentlemen was grabbing my handbag off my arm and trying to take my glasses off and put them into the bag. Same with my water bottle. Then he wanted me to lie on my back in a chair that was reclined all the way back. I tried to explain to him that since I have spine issues I cannot do that without a pillow to raise my head. It's too painful. After trying to get him to understand, it appears that he gave up and then he then tried to just push me back and put a blanket over me. (It's over 100 degrees outside) That's when I got up and left. When I got home I discovered a message from the scolding woman telling me that next time she's "not going to take my appointment no more". No worries there. read more

10 years later and I still go for the one hour foot massage that is frankly amazing! Not sharing the name of my new fave cause she would get too busy but most the staff is good and it's still very reasonably priced! I prefer it way more than some of the more expensive places where you take all your clothes off etc read more

The best place in the valley! I've been coming here for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. This family owned business is so lovely, the masseuses are great, the owner Derek, is fantastic, and the atmosphere is calming and peaceful. Always a wonderful experience. Love Foot inspirations! read more

This massage parlor is hit or miss. Sometimes you'll get a great masseuse who genuinely aims to please, but other times you're stuck with someone who barely puts in any effort--it really depends on who you get. The worst part of this place, though, is the owner's wife, April. There is absolutely zero sense of customer service. If she doesn't like your feedback or opinion, she'll block you from contacting the shop altogether. As a repeat customer, I was shocked to find out this had happened to me after my last visit. That was the final straw. I won't be coming back. It's incredibly off-putting to give your money to people who don't value or respect their clients. Plenty of better options out there that actually appreciate loyal customers. read more

I love coming here. The atmosphere is great and relaxes you. One of the best massage places I go to. I got the guy TONY. Got every part of me that was sore and got all the pressure points. This is the place to come if you're looking for a very affordable (cheap, cheap, cheap!) deep tissue massage. I've been here a few times now and I've gotten a full table and a chair massage. If you have a lot of knots and sore spots you need worked out and you're on a budget, look no further. The pressure is bit too much for me and even when I've asked for lighter pressure I haven't gotten what I needed. Sometimes I just don't feel like a sharp elbow in the small of my back. Definitely specify what you want and don't be afraid to speak up throughout the massage. Front desk is helpful and accommodating. They take cards, but bring cash to tip as there is no way to venmo or zelle. read more

I had a totally wonderful experience at Foot Inspiration, as did my daughter and my niece. From the moment we walked in (on a Sunday without appointments), the energy, the vibe, was serene, peaceful and relaxing. Since it was crowded, I got a simple/deep foot massage. We made reservations to return a few hours later. The three of us had combination massages that seemed to melt all of our stress away. I plan to return later to get the full body massage. I can hardly wait! read more

My wife had told me about this place since she works in the area and several of her clients who live/work in the area have highly recommended it. For years, I've been dealing with chronic pain with my neck, lower back, shoulder and wrist, which all have come from an accumulation of injuries back from when I'd wrestled back in high school and then practiced different disciplines of martial arts. As a result, I regularly go get physical therapy, chiropractic care, surgical/injection treatments and have had numerous massage sessions done at a variety of different places throughout the years. All of that said, my first of what I plan to be many future appointments at Foot Inspiration was the absolute best massage experience I've ever had! It started by first being greeted by Derrick who took the time to ask me about my physical issues and what was bothering me the most that day. He then recommended their most popular service which is the full body massage for 1 hour that was priced for a very competitive amount. I then was brought back and noticed how tranquil the entire space was with the low lighting, soft music, scent from what I'm assuming the natural essential oils that are used. While Derrick was asking me questions, I'd decided to go with the strong level of massage with focus on mainly my neck since it was feeling really sore from when I woke up that day and was actually causing me to feel a bad headache for the entire day. Since when the massage started, I was quite surprised with how strong and experienced the woman was since she did exactly what I was hoping she would do (working my muscles of my neck, shoulders, back and other body parts at just the right time) and her strength didn't diminish at all throughout the entire full hour session! Once finished, my neck felt 100% better and my headache was gone! The location is conveniently located on Ventura Blvd. just a bit east of Van Nuys Blvd. and they offer on-site parking (above and below ground). Since they were quite busy on a mid-day Thursday, I recommend that you call ahead to book an appointment. Give them an opportunity to help you and I'm certain you'll feel the same and will definitely not be disappointed! read more

I've been coming here for several years and have never been disappointed. The atmosphere is clean, peaceful and really puts your mind at ease. Derek is always so attentive, personable & offers a water and genuinely wants to know how you have been. The massage therapist are wonderful, respectful and kind. It's shame unruly customers attempt to give this place a bad name read more

Hello Sherman Oaks community, I've been a regular at Foot Inspiration in Sherman Oaks, but after my recent experience, I will never return--and I want to warn others in the community. The owner, a younger guy with an unprofessional attitude, was shockingly rude. I had called earlier in the day to book an appointment (I even showed him my phone log proving I called at 9:15 AM), but instead of handling the situation politely, he argued with me, denied the call, and flat-out refused to provide service. This level of disrespect and dismissiveness toward a loyal customer is unacceptable. It's clear the owner has no passion for running this business and no regard for the people keeping it afloat. Sherman Oaks deserves better. Save yourself the frustration--there are plenty of other massage places where customers are treated with respect. Avoid Foot Inspiration entirely. read more

Terrible massage with dangerous predatory practices. Therapists are unskilled, unable to communicate, and "foot reflexology" is latex gloves and tons of oil. Do not book massages that end at closing. The owner requires payment before service and then leaves locking customers inside with remaining staff with a key required to unlock the door, customers are unable to unlock the door to let themselves out. I had to threaten to call 911 to be let out because the staff wouldn't unlock the door unless I left their requested tip. Below is a photo of the staff member who eventually let me out locking in the customers finishing their services. read more

Today was my first time at this establishment. I went with two friends. They received a table massage and I received a chair massage. I was very pleased with the service I received. Sofia was very professional and did a great job. I left feeling relaxed. The man at the entrance who I assume is the manager or owner was friendly and offered us a water at the end. I will definitely return. read more

I was treated to a one hour foot massage by a friend. I did not have high expectations because I have not enjoyed foot massages in the past. Foot inspiration changed my mind. Alice gave me a delicious massage that included feet, legs, arms, back, shoulders, and it was fantastic! There are no amenities like a full service spa would have, but the experience was top-notch and I cannot wait to go back. read more

Massage was amazing 5 stars with good prices! They give a high quality thorough massage getting your knots out while relaxing you in a clean space. I haven't been here in a long time. However, during my massage, a worker walked through the room while he excessively sprayed some kind of chemical air freshener that gave me a headache and made me cough, which is why I gave 4* instead of 5*. He walked through the room twice in a row spraying it around. This is one of my favorite places, so I hope the spraying was just a one time thing. Perhaps they can get an air purifier instead of spraying so much, or maybe spray during off hours with the doors open for ventilation. Leave your bra, phone and jewelry in the car, wear loose comfortable clothes. Your shirt will be removed for part of the massage while face down. They help you put your shirt back on before massage is over. I'm so glad this place is here and that they had time available today. My body feels so much better. read more

Would never go here again. Came for a 30 min foot massage with some friends. We reserved our time and there was only one other person there. They gave up a 15 min massage and said they were done because we came 6 min late. Then wanted to charge us for the 30 min. Don't waste your time here and the woman massaging my feet should really cut her names because that's all i felt. read more

My husband and I had a great experience. We both had a 60 min 'foot massage' next to each other, which turned out to be a full body massage in a chair. Our masseuses were excellent and so was the peaceful space. It seemed clean from what we could see in the dimmed light. There are a couple of things that could be improved. We didn't really care for the music. The piano tunes weren't zen enough for our taste, and the front desk could be a bit more welcoming. read more

I used to go to foot inspiration every 2 weeks. Its a place managed by a family, one of the brothers is extremely rude. They block people on the phone that they "don't like" so they can't ever come again. The whole concept of this really threw me off from this establishment. I have seen cockroaches and bugs here many times, it's not clean. Wish I could give them a better review, but I can't. read more

Always pleased with the service here. Derek and the rest of the staff always make sure we are taken care of. Not much has changed in over a decade that we've been going here. Our regular 1hr massage is consistent, all the masseuses following a similar pattern, but focusing on particular areas, or being gentle on others if notified in advance. Prices have gone up, but are still affordable, and I'm glad they survived The Pandemic. This is not some haute spa. It's a an open space with short privacy walls and dim light, packed with about a dozen wide stations. I usually go with a pair of sports shorts and a t-shirt and, removing my shirt for the massage. If you're looking for a more private experience they also offer traditional massage one on one in your own private room. read more
