They also offered add-ons like hot stones or food scrubs (I was too scared to note that they could walk on my back and legs, so I skipped that part!) Our massage therapists started on time and they were friendly and attentive, asking a few times if the pressure was OK. I loved every minute of it. The facial was amazing too, and the combination of products and the facial/neck/head massage was dreamy. I felt like a clean, 100% refreshed lady afterward. I asked maybe 8 times until I was just completely over it. I sat there and thought, thank god this is only 60 minutes, what a complete waste. It felt like the lotion did more work than the hands. The massage concluded, and she left for a hot towel & guess what? No hot towels. Typically wouldn't be a big deal but was just the icing on the cake. When I went to check out, I explained to the receptionist that I did not enjoy my massage and I had told her I booked for a 90 minute. All she responded with was "I wrote down 60". The compassion and customer service was also not in the room with us. From what I've gathered, they wanted to leave early.
