I really really want to give this place 10 stars !!! I have been coming here for the past 6 years and I don't plan on stopping!! everyone here is great, but Tony and Kelly are my favorite and I always feel literally reborn after. Disappointed -- especially by the attitude toward tipping I booked a massage after a really hard, exhausting week and a long working day. I was extremely tired and came there simply wanting to relax and switch off. To be completely honest, the massage itself was not perfect. The woman who worked on me seemed very inexperienced -- honestly, at times it felt like it might have been one of her first massages. There was no real flow, some of the movements felt clumsy, and there were moments when it seemed like she wasn't sure what to do next and would simply repeat the same movements. The massage was $80, and I decided to leave a $10 tip. The woman at the reception looked at me, laughed in my face, and told me that it was not enough. At first, I genuinely didn't even understand what she wanted from me because her English was limited. Then she told me that I should leave $20. So I have a question for the woman who was working at the reception on August 12th around 7 p.m. Who are you to judge me based on the tip I choose to give? Who are you to laugh in my face? Who are you to humiliate and embarrass me over $10? You know absolutely nothing about me. You don't know what kind of day I had. You don't know what kind of week I had. You don't know what $10 means to me or what circumstances I may be dealing with. Maybe $10 is not enough for you. But it was my money, my choice, and my gesture of appreciation A tip is a gesture of appreciation, not something that should be demanded, judged, or used to embarrass a customer. If you expect a specific gratuity, then make it a clearly stated service charge -- don't shame people at the register for exercising their choice. read more

Ok, listen, if you are looking for a healing therapeutic massage, by a trained professional, this is NOT the place. I am not recommending if you have an injury or ongoing health concern. But for what it is, vigorous rubbing, it is a great value. It is not exactly relaxing but gets the blood flowing. It was clean and we were attended to quickly without a reservation. read more

A true gem!!!!!! I've been coming here for over 10 years, the Panda is my favorite massage 90 min! The therapists are incredibly skilled, consistent, and attentive--they always know exactly how to relieve tension and leave me feeling renewed. The atmosphere is calm, welcoming, and truly a place where I can disconnect and recharge. After a decade of visits, I can confidently say the quality has never wavered--it's only gotten better. This place is such a gem, and I recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone looking for authentic Thai massage and real healing care. read more

This is terrible I drove here for a massage and only had $10 to tip today. I have tipped $20 on a $50 service in the past, so I've always shown appreciation. This time, I was told I couldn't get a 90 minute massage because my tip wasn't enough. I was ignored and turned away. The massage may be good, but this felt unprofessional and unethical. Just be aware tipping seems to affect how you're treated. read more

Himalaya Sen - 90 mins and you must pay more than 10 bucks tip. when I came last time I tipped 20 bucks and I brought a 50 dollar deal. - Massage Near Me - North Hollywood, California

Omg we love this place ! I took my wife here on Monday for her birthday and it was one of the best massages we've had in years! It was so amazing we booked another massage for Thursday. We did the 60 min acupressure foot massage. Now my body feels incomplete with half feeling relaxed and amazing! I can't wait to get the rest of my body done this week. I have lower back pain from an injury so I'm hoping the acupressure helps with some pain relief. Anyone complaining about the tipping system. If you get a healing massage with pain relief, what's the cost of living a pain free life without medication intervention? You're tipping the person for their skill and healing powers. We did the $40 massage and tipped $20. I'm sure they don't see any of the $40. Don't be a tipping turd. read more

Best massage in town. No frills, just deep relaxation every time. Amazing price. They accept walking but best to book a day in advance I've found. read more

There was a major language barrier. I got a great 90 minute massage. However, I paid for a 60 minute massage and a 30 minute foot reflexology. Because there are no walls in this place (Everything is separated by sheets) and I didn't want to loose my relaxation, I just went with it. read more

I have been to so many massage places and have had great luck for very little money, so I'm not trying to judge this place based on its appearance or anything. A lot of hole in the wall places don't take advantage like this. The prices listed on their website are about $20+ off from what they charge in person. They upsell things like "oil" which is just a basic part of a massage. I also asked for a massage that involved foot reflexology, which I thought I'd be getting with the combo massage. I'd say she basically touched my toes and that was it haha. I get it, feet are gross, I was just misinformed about what this massage was and there's no one there who speaks English well enough to explain to me (again, that's something I do *not* want to judge - it just made it so hard to understand what I was paying for! *sad face*). I tried to ask if there would be the foot bath that is usually part of that, etc., but no one was able to answer so I just went in and hoped for the best. I felt about halfway through the massage the masseuse just kindof...stopped massaging? Like she was just patting me. Especially the foot "reflexology" part, like I said, she just touched my toes. I know that many places have a policy where you have to speak up within 15 mins that you don't like the service or they won't refund you. I feel like we passed that and then she stopped actually massaging me, and I can't now get a refund because she made it through that basic time period where I would have had the option to stop and speak up. Also, I know this is not entirely their fault, but the couple next to me getting massaged was making a lot of noises during the massage, and it was kindof strange. I wish they had told the man to maybe keep it down for the sake of other customers. Many places have "quiet" signs. Then that couple had a very loud conversation when they were done about tipping etc., and again, I just wish they had told them politely to carry their conversation on outside for the sake of customers. But it sounded like that couple had a great massage lol, so maybe it really just depends on the person. Despite that, I do feel that the prices are not transparent and I was upsold on basic things like... "oil." I have been texting them today because I called and the woman who answered spoke no English. They are telling me that the extra fees I got charged were for my tip. I tipped in cash! I already told them that and they keep insisting that it was for a tip. I would have been fine paying the amount they charged if it was listed clearly on signs and on their website. read more

High recommend this massage place. I've been coming here for over a year. Very clean and professional place. Reasonable price and high service, you can't go wrong. Yoyo and Lina are great. Female and Male masseuse available. Thanks Tom... read more

They have become a little more "scammy". Mid massage they asked if we wanted a different massage oil and we casually said sure. Well they did not mention $10 up charge for a small bit of "icy-hot" medicine cream added to a part of the back massage. $20 total for 2 people. They should ask at the beginning of the massage at the counter and explain that will be added and if you want the product. Additionally, there have been times when the man at the front wants $20 gratuity instead of $15 for a $65 massage. This place is as good as any but other places do not have the scammy or pressure feel that is infiltrating this place read more

Took a gamble based on reviews and proximity, turned up without a booking and this place absolutely blew me away. $66 for 90 mins of the most heavenly massage. Usually I like a hard massage but the technique and hitting of the right pressure points had me totally blissed out. Heated massage tables, only curtains between rooms so you could hear any conversations other customers were having a little too clearly. The place seemed clean. My therapist was called Mia and her day off is Mondays. I've found my new regular spot. read more

Great prices, very clean and wonderful service. I always leave there happy and very relaxed

I've been going to this massage studio for three years now, and I can confidently say it's the best in Los Angeles. Every massage therapist here is truly skilled and dedicated -- I've never had a bad experience. The quality of service is consistently amazing, no matter who you book with. This place is a hidden gem, and I'm so grateful I found it! read more

Thebomb.com is an understatement. This PLACE!!! I did the foot detox and my system wasn't as bad as I thought. The guys gave me a big thumbs up. They mentioned most people have charcoal black water from all the toxins coming out of their system. I have changed my eating and diet over the last 6-8 months so that helps too. Now let's get to this massage!!!!! The guy did such a phenomenal job and he followed my instructions of tender/sensitive areas of my feet. 60 minutes of pure heaven. My Lord!!!! Thank you. I will definitely be back. read more

Himalaya Sen - Results from foot detox. My body felt so good afterwards and I continued to drink water the whole day. - Massage Near Me - North Hollywood, California

This is solid foot massage. They know what they are doing. Very clean professional and great service. They do everything well

This is my go to massage place. They do a great job and have a lot of variety and combos to choose from.

I left more stressed than when I came in. I had to wait 15 min for my scheduled appt cause masseuse was not there. The place was clean but smelled like a diaper. Throughout the massage, it was very loud and the employees did nothing to quite the loudness outside the curtain. The masseuse kept leaving me to ring up other people and help those out front. Kept saying "sorry". I couldn't wait to get out of there and knew I would not return. read more

I had Linda as my masseuse. She was good but paid very little attention to the ever important glute area. I have hip/knee issues so that area definitely needs attention. Sadly I won't use her again. read more

Amazing hidden gem! We went here after spending the day at universal studios. They are very courteous and respectful to their clients. Bottled water is provided at the end of your massage. If this weren't too far from where i live this would be my new go to spot. We got the $40/60mins massage with hot stone. read more

Had neck and shoulder knots. David got rid of them with the healing massage. Will be back.

Excellent massage. Place is clean and the prices are good in comparison to everyone else around. Will be back

Excellent service. Kind, friendly, clean and a fair value. The reflexology and combo massage is a great package

Took my mom here for her birthday; super quick service, nice people, fair prices and good deals! We were recommended to try this place from co workers and family members and did not disappoint! They will work your knots out of you read more

The best massage spot ever! I'm so addicted - I have the need to go every two weeks. They're so good!!!

Love my 90 minute massage. I loved having the massage concentrated on my hand and feet. Need to make this a monthly.

Clean and convenient. Reasonably priced. However, no matter how many times I told the masseuse it was too hard. I had his elbow in my back for an hour. Extremely uncomfortable and woke up with bruises. What I hoped would be relaxing, ended up being debilitating pain. read more

This is the second massage I've had here, the first was good. So I returned. I just left after having an awful Massage by Nana 'I was told her name.' on Sept 30-2023 First she applying pressure randomly throughout the back of my body over the sheet, then after lowering the sheet, she used her forearms throughout the whole back massage, or using her elbow into my back, at the end I had to ask her, please I'd like & wanted the traditional oil massage, not pressure points, and flowing massage, not with forearm the whole time. She then was applying cold oil/cream directly to my skin, not even warming it up in her palms, before applying. I should've just got up halfway through & left but I was so exhausted & hoped once I turned over she would've changed the method of massage. ‍ I told the owner when paying, that I will not be tipping & why, plus they need to inform her that the message type that I had booked was not perform & is not done with forearm only, plus she should warm the oil in the palm before apply directly to the skin. Whether or not, they will is their choice but I will not be returning. The two stars is for the first time, of my visit. read more

David was my massage therapist. I chose the panda massage. I opted out of the oil massage and just went with acupressure. I tipped $15 on $40 and he seemed happy. I always wonder what to tip but they say 20% or more. The massage felt rushed so probably a 60 or 90-minute massage next time. I think a massage where 30-30-30 focuses on head, neck, shoulders-back-feet. A clean place and friendly staff:) read more

My husband and I went for foot massages. Since it was our first time, we asked for the 30 min Foot Reflexology, which included a hot detox foot bath, feet scrub, hot stone, and hot towel ($25). Our foot massages were great! Each therapist was attentive and professional. Our feet and legs feel so much looser now and the circulation better. We were given a bottled water after we were finished. The place was clean, very comfortable, and everyone was nice. We will be going back next month for a longer Foot Reflexology. Thank you! read more

I had a great 60 minute massage here today. It's very reasonably priced. It's semi private so you can hear customers when they come in plus a couple of phones went off but I think it's definitely worth a visit. It's less than a mile from my home, I'll probably try to come here once per month. read more

I don't even know where to start: my husband and I went for a couple's massage and it was amazing. I wish I got the names of the man and woman who worked on us just to give them a shoutout. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We opted for the deep tissue massage and let me tell you we feel brand new. Price was super reasonable, especially considering they do such an amazing job. Leave a tip, they deserve it! Will definitely be returning! Thank you Himalaya Sen! read more

It was the best massage I've ever received! I've had 30min medicine massage + 30min Swedish/deep tissue. They've asked me in advance if I wanted it soft or hard and I said soft, and the pressure was just perfect. Posting a photo of some of the prices, but it might change often. read more

Had a great first time massage from Yuki. I always ask for very light massage in these places where a lot of elbows are used and it worked out perfect. Yuki was very good and it wasn't all elbows. She actually did some real work with her fingers. I live out of the area but come to see family and will definitely go back every time I am visiting. I did the 75 minute body/foot combo and it was good but I'll definitely make it even longer next time. read more

I am sad to have to give a 2 star rating as I've been getting massages from Tony for several months now that were excellent. Unfortunately, now that they are busy again, he was constantly answering the phone and booking appointments during my massage and actually got up and left in the middle of my massage several times to check people out. When I stated that was not ok , he laughed. When I called to schedule with him again, they told me he wasn't working when I saw him- they gave me to a woman who was way too strong, causing me pain even when I kept telling her to go easy. Customer service needs to be important to keep clients. Sorry, you just lost a regular customer. Very sad. read more

My friend gave me two old Groupons to use here, as she moved out of state. Although expired, the Groupon is still worth the amount paid, says so right on the voucher. Unfortunately this place will not honor the amount paid. I have two Groupons each worth $40, but when I called the woman who answered the phone said they wouldn't accept them, and she was rude about it too. Bad customer service. read more

Such an incredible price for an hour hot stone oil massage and they are open late which is always great for my schedule

The massage was great. Nonetheless I did not appreciate being forced to give a larger tip. I only had $10. Instead of accepting the tip I was forced to break a change and give more. A tip is gratuity out of the kindness of once heart. It should not be forced. It's like a present you give to someone. You accept the present. You don't just not accept it because it's too small for your liking. The receptionist grabbed my hand and walked me over to the masseuse. I was forced to give more in tip. I will not be coming back to this place again. I lost all my respect for this establishment. read more
