After being thoroughly disappointed with 2 other massage therapists in the LA area I was desperate to find help in alleviating my shoulder impingement. I really need a LOT of firm, targeted pressure in my shoulder to get the knots out. Chris was an absolute miracle worker. He dug in there and targeted every sore nook and cranny. He told me he uses a mix of sports massage, myofascial release, deep tissue and Swedish. He used his thumbs to apply extra targeted pressure to areas that were driving me insane and knew how everything in my body connected to each other. Not only did he massage my shoulder area but he also targeted my back, glutes, hips, legs, chest, arms and neck all within the hour and 15 minutes. He got more accomplished than my old favorite massage therapist in much less time. I will definitely be returning to visit him and feel so much less tense. I feel limber, healthy, and vibrant.
