I've been to many spas over the years, and rA Organic Spa is hands down the best spa and massage experience I've found in the Burbank and Glendale area. What sets this place apart is the cleanliness, professionalism, attention to detail, and overall experience from the moment you walk in. The spa is spotless and very well maintained. Clean slippers and robes are provided, along with private lockers, fresh towels, and clean restrooms with showers. They also provide thoughtful essentials such as disposable combs, Q-tips, and other personal-care items. The waiting and relaxation areas are comfortable, quiet, and kept just as clean as the rest of the spa. They offer a great selection of services, including foot massage, body massage, couples massage, pregnancy massage, facials, and more. Everything is organized well, and the environment feels peaceful and comfortable without being overly formal. The staff is excellent -- professional, friendly, respectful, and welcoming. You feel comfortable from the time you arrive until you leave, and the atmosphere is welcoming to everyone. Their website is also very easy to use, booking is straightforward, and the prices are very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the facility, the amenities, and the overall experience. For anyone looking for a clean and professional spa in Burbank, a great massage in Burbank or near Glendale, a couples massage, facial, or simply a relaxing place to unwind, I highly recommend rA Organic Spa. This is hands down the best spa and massage place I've found in the Burbank and Glendale area. Five stars and absolutely worth trying. I will definitely be back. read more

I received a much needed facial today with Anet (my second time). And, as my first facial with her, it did not disappoint! I felt relaxed and my face finally did not look so darn tired!! This spa has improved tremendously since my visit with them years ago, apparently it's under new ownership and it shows. They offer complimentary fruit, tea, and other fun treats. I will be going back and bringing my best friend with me. read more

This review is long overdue. I have been going to RA Organic Spa for over 20 years. I have visited other resorts and spas, but I'm always grateful that I found RA and can keep coming back. The feeling of comfort and serenity is abundant the moment you walk in. They greet you by name when you arrive and again when you leave. The lobby is small but very welcoming. They offer plenty of products for purchase, but they never hard-sell you. When you check in, there is a small waiting area where you can sit with hot tea, water, and small snacks while you wait. Please make sure to turn off your cell phone--this is a quiet zone, so whispering or no talking is encouraged. The dim lighting really makes you feel like you've stepped into another world. There is also another waiting area in the back if you need to change into a robe for your service. There is actually a lot of space back there to relax while waiting. The treatment rooms themselves are warm and comfortable, and each room has a closet for your personal items. In the back area, they also have changing spaces and lockers. There are two changing areas, along with a room that has chairs specifically for foot and neck massages. I highly, highly, highly recommend the foot massage. They take it to the next level because they start with your neck and arms before moving to the foot massage. I dare you to try not to fall asleep by the time they're done. I have seen the spa when they are busy and when they are slow, and I have never seen it dirty or unkempt. The level of cleanliness and the standards maintained by the staff have always been excellent. I've never had trouble booking an appointment. I've also given gift certificates to family members and friends, and three people I know now go there regularly because of those gifts. Their prices are by far some of the best in the industry. You simply cannot find a facial at the price they offer at RA. I've looked, and I can't find anything comparable. If you want a facial, I highly highly recommend Maria. She has truly turned back time on my skin with the facials she gives me. She listens to your needs and walks you through the products she uses to make sure they match what your skin needs and what you're looking for. She genuinely cares. Under new management, they have recently added online booking through their website, which is wonderful. I'm looking forward to another great 20 years going to RA--ugh, I just aged myself! A few additional notes: they do have a sauna, bathrooms, and one bathroom includes a shower. Parking can be a little tricky. There is structure parking and street parking, but the street parking is timed. I do have a great parking spot that I like to use... but I can't tell you where it is. It's my secret spot. Sorry! read more

I have absolutely LOVED both my experiences at rA Organic Spa, and can't wait to go back! It's like a true Oasis once you step into the front door. I got a Swedish massage from Kat this past time and it was perfect. read more

The best Spa experience I've ever had! My wife had booked me an appointment for a massage and all I can say is, AMAZING! To anyone looking for a calming, relaxing day and experience, rA Organic Spa is the place to go. read more

The service at this spa is AMAZING! I had a facial with Maria and I can't even put into words how great it was. She knew exactly what to do and how to do it, after assessing my skin she started to personalize my facial and I was impressed beyond words. She also recommended products that they had directly at the spa!! Maria was truly 10\10. The spa itself is so peaceful and it truly allowed me to disconnect from life for the time being. The staff was very friendly and I felt very welcomed. There were treats and refreshments for before and after the service which was great! The peaceful music, dimmed lights, and welcoming staff really left me wanting more! Can't wait to book my next appointment!! read more

I just came back from having such a wonderful experience here!!! I got a 60 minute facial and I walked out feeling so refreshed, at peace and I was so glowy! I got the privilege to have Anet! She was so welcoming, sweet and beyond talented! She really knows what she's doing and I am so grateful I got to experience her amazing magic! Also, the spa is absolutely beautiful and you feel like royalty! I can't wait to come back already! Also, I met the owner and she is so sweet! Definitely recommend this place! read more

Cannot recommend enough. Had a great deep tissue massage with Pam and it's a very nice facility, relaxing atmosphere. Excited to return in the future! read more

A year ago I purchased a gift certificate from rA Organic Spa for a loved one. She was so delighted by her experience, I bought another one!

My mom and I visited RA for the first time to try out their 30 minute facials. From the moment we walked in we were in awe. The sounds, smells, and serenity were astounding. Our facials had massages built in. The products they use left us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. I can't wait to visit again. This place is a local gem. read more

THE BEST!!! Gorgeous (and spotless) environment. The best facials and massages for a reasonable price. Warm and welcoming staff. Who could ant more? Book today. You'll be happy you did. read more

I've been coming to this med spa for years and have never had a single bad experience. The service is consistently excellent--everyone is friendly, professional, and always responsive. Annette, in particular, has been amazing. She really takes the time to customize my facials and adjusts everything based on what my skin needs at the time. It never feels like a one-size-fits-all treatment, which I truly appreciate. I've actually moved out of the area, but I still make the drive because there's honestly nowhere else I'd rather go. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and a team that genuinely cares about their clients! read more

Great service. Very relaxing. Enjoyed my massage. I left the spa very calm and relaxed which is what the goal was for this visit. I will definitely be coming back again soon after my baby is a bit older. read more

The spa was clean and quiet. The masseuse did a great job and focused on all my problem areas. I was offered water after my massage but it was lukewarm. When I went into the lobby to pay for my services, the staff was having a meeting which to me seemed very unprofessional. I had to excuse myself while I walked through their meeting and PowerPoint presentation. I feel a back room or empty massage room would have been a more suitable place to hold the staff meeting. The facility is located in downtown Burbank so parking was a bit difficult as it is only street parking limited to 90 minutes. There are parking lots located a couple of blocks away if you don't kind the walk. For the amenities offered, I feel the prices are a bit inflated. read more

Such a cute place hidden in Downtown Burbank! Went with a friend for a relaxing massage. Upon entry, we were greeted by staff who confirmed our appointments and offered us chocolate and hot tea. We were assigned lockers to place our things and asked if we wanted a quick tour (which I recommend). You can change in the locker area or private bathroom if you prefer. We pretty much had the place to ourselves since we went during the week in the evening, so it was very quiet. We took advantage of the hot sauna (which also has a shower right outside the door). There are fruit baskets filled with apples and bananas if you need a snack and the water dispenser I found was located by the sauna. I had the 90 minute Swedish-Balinese Massage with Nian (sp?) and it was amazing! She was so kind and checked in throughout the massage to make sure I was comfortable. I've already scheduled my next appointment to come back. This is a great place if you appreciate a smaller, intimate space. There are stairs and it is darker, so be mindful when walking. read more

The most aesthetically beautiful spa right in the heart of Burbank. The vibes and ambiance were so serene the second you walk in. Staff were so nice and every corner of the place was spotless. My husband and I did the couples massage with PK and Claudia and both masseuses were incredible. Hands of gold! Have every amenity you need including changing room, shower area with seat if needed, a sauna, and a restroom with everything you may need. Will definitely be back!! read more

Very disappointing experience. I was gifted a 90min treatment and arrived about 12 minutes late due to a vendor festival blocking the street & I wasn't familiar with the area. I understand late policy, but since my treatment time was going to be cut short and still charged full price, I simply asked if I could reschedule so I could receive the full service. Instead of any understanding, Jessica at the front desk was extremely rude and argumentative from the moment I walked in. She kept rolling her eyes while I was trying to explain the situation and kept moving forward in her chair like she was ready to get up at any moment to do something to me. The whole interaction felt hostile and unnecessarily aggressive. As a first time guest I felt attacked rather than helped. What made it worse is that while my treatment time was supposedly being reduced because I was late, she kept me standing there going back and forth with her, taking up even more time. The entire interaction gave me anxiety and made me feel completely unwelcome. I was told I would have to pay a cancellation fee if I didn't continue with the shortened treatment. Then, as soon as I mentioned leaving a review, the fee was suddenly waived and a refund was offered. Organic Spa talks about wellness, tranquility, natural healing, and helping guests disconnect from everyday stress from the moment they arrive. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. read more

I absolutely recommend this spa if you need quality facials and massages in a sanctuary this is your place. It is like walking into a meditation retreat. They have saunas and showers for women and men, separated and cozy nooks for reading or scrolling before and/or after services. It's very quiet and peaceful!!! My facial 90 minute was done by Maria and she was great with her hands and very kind. Every service my husband and I get is incredible. A fabulous crew of professionals work here!! I met the owner today and she is so gracious and friendly. I'll come back many more times!! read more

Great massage place! My hubby bought me a gift certificate for Christmas and I finally got around to making an appointment. You can request one online and they email you back pretty quickly. Made an appointment for a Swedish 60 mins massage for a Sunday at 2:15PM. Had to hold the appt with the Credit Card and I just used my Gift Card #. Just had to fill out a form when I got there and waited in the quiet room for my massage. They offered a passion fruit tea which was nice. My massage therapist was Jennifer and she was great! I drifted off for a bit and forgot where I was, which is nice. I still have some credit and look forward to coming back! read more

I had a 60 minute facial with Anet. She was amazing! I always need extractions, and she did them effectively and painlessly (which is a first for me). She is so kind and knowledgeable. She customized the facial and products for my specific needs, and my skin was glowing afterward. She does the most comfortable and relaxing lymphatic draining (facial) massage I've ever had. The spa itself is very peaceful and such a calming environment just to relax in. read more

I came in a for a facial with Merna a few months ago. The second I walked into the spa, I immediately felt relaxed. The staff is very friendly and everyone is welcoming. I have extremely acne prone skin and was struggling with clogged pores and the worst condition I had ever seen my skin in. After meeting with my dermatologist, I was told that a facial would help clean out my cloggged pores and help relax my skin. After booking my first facial with Merna, I felt relaxed and it truly felt like my skin was clean. About a week after the facial, I was already seeing a difference in my skin. It was clearer, smoother, and my texture was almost completely gone. I booked 2 more facials afterwards and have truly seen an insane difference with my skin. I have little to no texture now and have am truly so grateful for my journey with Ra Organics spa. I'm looking forward to returning and exploring the other treatments that the spa offers. I have heard amazing things about the massages, which is going to be the reason for my next visit! I recommend Ra Organics to anyone who is looking for a welcoming, calming, and comfortable experience at a spa. read more

I had my second facial with Maria. She is extremely attentive and the treatment was relaxing and therapeutic. She customized the facial to exactly what my skin needed and educated me on what my next steps should be to optimize the results. My understanding is that in between my first and second visit, the spa changed ownership and from what I could see, the small improvements catered to the clients and created a more serene environment. I will be returning (and requesting Maria!) in the near future. read more

I can't say enough great things about this spa. My daughter and I both went a week ago for a facial and a massage, and we both had a fantastic experience. Clean, welcoming and friendly environment. I have been going to rA Organic Spa since it opened in 2007. I have been to other spas for deep tissue massages and other treatments, but no place I have tried can compare to rA. The environment is tranquil and peaceful. Everything has been thought of for you, so all you need to do is relax, from a soft robe, sandals, water and fruit stations and easy to find staff ready to help. The spa is beyond clean and well tended to. The staff is welcoming and professional. I had THE BEST massage I have ever had anywhere just last week! Nicky worked on my extremely sore body for an hour and a half. She has incredible listening skills and actually worked on the locations that I asked for with great precision and the perfect pressure. I am 56 years old and the massage I received from Nicky last week was truly the best I ever had. I rescheduled as I was checking out for tomorrow. I have never done this before with any other masseuse. Nicky is THE BEST and so is rA Organic Spa read more

It was my first time visiting rA Organic Spa and I can't wait to come back. It's nestled in the busy San Fernando Street in Burbank. Don't let the outside fool you, the place is quite spacious given the location. They have a small women's locker room, a dry/wet sauna, and showers. I initially wanted to try a facial but due to my schedule, I opted for a massage instead. I tried the 90-minute Swedish-Balinese massage, and it was so good. I'm usually really sensitive but the pressure by the technician, Niki, was perfect. She also spent a good amount of time massaging my head which almost put me to sleep! I left feeling relaxed and reenergized for the rest of my day. I plan to be back next month to try a facial. read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I have been a client for over 16 years and this is my favorite spa. The massages and facials are wonderful. This place has lost its magic. The massage was good, but they no longer offer hot tea or fresh cut fruit which was a wonderful touch years ago. I wasn't offered any tea after so that was disappointing. Come on now tea is not that expensive! Front desk was ok, I was ushered in and out. The foot bath is just plain lukewarm water, the massage was done in complete silence so you can hear everything going on outside the doors. The services got more expensive but the experience cheaper. I don't recommend Ra if you're looking for an experience. read more
