Amazing service. This is a very small location that offers truly amazing massage. I was visiting family and had a long travel day and needed a good deep tissue. Called in and they were able to get me and my mom in pretty quick. My mom did 60 min foot massage and i did 60 min fully body. We both had an amazing experience, it's not your bouji fancy place. I think the lady that did mine her name was Nina and she used hot stone and went each body part throughly. I paid $60 for one hour full body and my mom paid $40 for her foot massage. I would recommend that everyone avoid this establishment. I called ahead and specifically asked for an appointment for two people. I was told to arrive at 2:40 PM to receive the service. I arrived five minutes early, only to be told that they could not accommodate us and that we would have to wait an additional 30 minutes. I declined because I had already planned around the appointment time and had turned down other establishments specifically to come here. They did offer a discount if I was willing to wait the extra 30 minutes, but at that point, the issue wasn't the price--it was the lack of respect for my time and the fact that the appointment time they gave me was not honored. The girl who gave me a massage started with my face and her hands smelled like an Indian/Chinese dish. They either need to use gloves to eat their hands or they need to wash their hands thoroughly because it is disgusting. The girl at the register will try to hustle you to upgrade and get a private room. When the massage is over, they will force you to give them a tip and when you give them money, they will do their best not to give you change back. My one & only place for a great massage in LA! I live in NELA but I go to Burbank just for this. Great prices & amazing, caring service. Bring cash for the tip (always a good practice to tip cash anywhere but especially here I believe they specify it.) There's an ATM & bank nearby on Magnolia. And don't be cheap! Tip well. These women put their bodies , energy & care into such an intimate & healing experience. It was recommended by a friend years ago & I've been including Lily's in my self care routine ever since. The staff is so incredibly kind & welcoming. I always get a 90 min deep tissue. I had tried 60 min but it's just so good I wanted more. They really make sure all of your body has been addressed with such caring hands. Faye-Faye is my go-to gal, I call ahead of time to make sure she is working/free. They are are balancing walk-in's with appointments & ever since the reopening during the pandemic they've had to work with a smaller staff, so have some patience & understanding if you have to wait at all or if they let you know when to come back, it's so worth it. Don't expect a fancy five star spa facility, they keep their prices so low but the quality of service so high by compromising things like space. For instance, there's a big open massage room for feet/shoulders/back. Then for full body they have four private rooms. Their massage rooms don't have ceilings so the top of the walls are open to the whole place which means you can hear other people talk (most people don't talk, but I have heard some rude guys be loud before.) Sometimes you hear the staff chatter a bit, it doesn't bother me cause the massage is just so dang good I'm focused on that. The vast majority of the time it is quiet & peaceful. Just a heads up, if you're really sensitive to heat, their hot stones are very hot! The ladies must have hands of steel to handle those all day! But once I got used to it, they are quite nice. Small businesses need our support so don't be a d*ck. ;) I can't believe I have to say this but, please treat these women with respect. One time I overheard a couple that just finished & the man paid with credit card, I didn't hear that part of the interaction but he came back into the main room to grab his coat or something & I overheard the owner let him know that they prefer tip in cash. I heard him tell her, "No tip." She asked if anything was wrong with the massages & he said no just no tip, he laughed & said maybe next time. The owner asked him why & he just kept laughing. He shouted, "Thanks, byeeeee!" as they left. I hope that woman did herself a favor & ended that relationship with him! Gross! How cruel & inhumane is a "man" that buys an intimate, medicinal service by healing hands on his body, (and girlfriend's) & then not tip!? This is an industry standard, get over it. It wasn't about not having cash cause I've forgotten my cash before & tipped on the credit card, but I always bring cash ever since. There was something truly sadistic in his voice. A foot massage is still a whole body massage. I had Mary a month or so ago and wouldn't recommend her. However last time, I had Cindy. Cindy was excellent! I personally like to read reviews before I go for massages to see who is recommended so once I had someone worth recommending, I wanted to put it out there in YelpLand. I usually bring cash for a tip ($10-15 for one hour, $15-20 for 90 mins). They do charge you $1 for using a card which I don't mind but it's a tad annoying. I've been here twice and it's been a pretty good experience. Although the massage types, I think are a bunch of words and bs, they massage the same way. The first time I came it was a pretty good experience, $25 for a foot massage combo. I've been having horrible shoulder neck pain, which medication and worthless PT worker comp couldn't fix, so i finally decided to take it out of my own pockets so I could feel better. I picked the 30 minute "deep tissue" massage for $25, I just wanted my upper body and right side focused on. Private tiny room, undressed. first massage prepped me and then used oils which was great. Oh man did she try her best, my right side was just popping and popping. A knot sooo bad I still have it. But it was great, a really good massage, it felt soo much better after. I went the entire week with less pain. I have a high tolerance for pain so I need tons of pressure I don't mind hard at all. :) If its too hard, speak up and say it for real or get up and tell the lady in the front, no one is forced to endure a massage hahahahaha The only thing I didn't like was, as I was walking out the lady in the front desk stopped me and said "and her tip", because I had put zero on my card. hahahha I was like I gave her $10 in cash lol. wtf, um rude. but oh well id still go back read more

I would only come back here if I were really in a pinch. Large, communal room with tables. Dark, smelled like a gymnasium. Foreign language programming, muted, played on a large TV, which was the only source of light in the room. Was instructed to lay on table, draping feet over the edge into a large plastic bucket of water. Bucket was too small for my feet to fit in, so they were scrunched up. Really, I just came for the shoulder and foot rub. Both were apathetic at best, no effort exerted, and no relief was experienced. I've been here maybe 8 times? Every time the quality of the massage is different, my first time was amazing, the rest decent, but this last time had to be the worst experience I've ever had. First, the guy next to me was snoring unbelievably loud that I couldn't help but crack up. It was going on the entire hour I was there. Not Lily's fault, but the masseuse could have done a move or stretch to ease the snore or gently wake the dude. Then my massage. I'm pretty sure this masseuse had no idea what she was doing. Whatever was done on the left side of my body was not mimicked at all on the right side. When she got to my legs, it was literally like she was rubbing lotion into my shins the whole time, as well as "toe-jamming" me (like sticking her finger between each toe). She toe jammed my left foot a total of 16 times, like for real! And my right foot 10 times. Shin lotion rub, a knuckle down the bottom of my foot, then toe jam between each toe. Repeated for 25 minutes. Then on the turnover, I've was massaged so fast that it felt like I was being shook. I'm no masseuse myself, but I did spend a month in Thailand with daily massages and am a weekly goer here in Burbank. This was the worst massage slash rubdown I've ever had. It must have been her first time with absolutely no training behind her. Lastly, at checkout when I was signing the tip, the lady had her head almost between my head and the pen/paper in my hand, ridiculous hounding. Came here for the first time recently due to unusual neck/ shoulder tightness, so I asked the lady at the front desk for the Head/ Neck/ Back option. Was taken to a private room and greeted the masseur when he came in, and I asked for help with my shoulders. Thus proceeded an hour long full-body massage, during which he gave my head/ neck/ upper back no extra attention. He's probably done so many full-body massages that he was just on auto-pilot, which I get, but it wasn't what I asked for or really needed. It was a fine massage, and the people were nice enough, but I left with my neck as bad as it was before, which is kinda dumb. If just looking for a good ol' massage, this place is fine, but if you need something specific, I would definitely go elsewhere. read more
