Every time I book here, I am greeted kindly by front staff and the employees. The massage itself is always professional and therapeutic and I always walk out with a very relaxed feeling and smile on my face. Reasonable prices and fairly quiet during the week even though there are other business surrounding the establishment. I wish they offered private massages because their staff is always the best! read more

Stop do not go to this place!! They have no technique and don't know really what they are doing!!! Go At your own risk! Was there with a friend the other night, place looked nice and smelt good but both the woman and the man are horrible, rough and unskilled. Friend had the woman and see picture below got bruised up. read more

Oriental Orchid Foot Spa - Bruises from massage given by woman owner possibly. - Massage Near Me - Burbank, California

Going here for years. Under new management and prices have gone up a bit, having said that it is always a solid no frills massage at a no frills price. I like the foot leg massage the best but have done full body as well. Looks sus from the outside but it is well run and on the up and up. read more

We walked in off the street mid-afternoon on a broiling day and got right in. The place was sweltering hot and we had to ask repeatedly to get the air turned on. The room was nothing special, the linens were rough and worn, and, to be honest, the whole place smelled like mildew. The massages were utterly routine. We could tell the women had memorized a massage and were doing it exactly in sync, with no concern for our physical needs or knots. Twice one of the women stepped out to take a phone call (she was also working the front desk) and then took another call while doing the massage. Totally unprofessional. Then as we were leaving the new woman at the front desk all but demanded a tip from us. We won't be back. read more

Extremely polite, patient and accommodating. They do a tremendous job here. I feel great after the massage and must come back! I recommend the couples massage but even if you go solo it'll be worth it. read more

Oh yesss!!! I will never forget my experience here. Our flight was delayed (AVELO at BUR) so decided to get a quick foot massage. I couldn't believe I knocked out. It was only a 30 minute one lol it seriously felt like over an hour. It didn't feel quick at all. If you're looking for some relief and decompression, this spot is it. A very serene place energetically, super quite and played soft calming tunes in the background. Thank you for an amazing massage! Very talented and intuitive masseuse here. This will be my new way to fly! read more

I had a great massage with Anna. She was sweet and did a fantastic job :) I would definitely come back

Was feeling achy and sore this massage was exactly what I needed. Anna has magical hands gentle but firm. Can't wait to come again. Thank you! read more

I've been going to Oriental Orchid for almost 15 years and have seen four sets of owners come and go, and now that Anna has taken it over it's the best version of the business yet. Anna and her expert stable of therapists have single handedly revived this business by literally just being SO GOOD. It doesn't matter which therapist you get, they're all incredible and give what anywhere else would be a much more expensive service. The prices are so reasonable that I can go once a week, which I feel is a necessity, not a luxury! The spa is busier now that it has been in years past, so I recommend calling ahead if you can, but sometimes I still get lucky and can just pop in at a moment's notice. Everyone is super friendly and they really seem to "listen" to my body to dig in where I need it most. I love Oriental Orchid. It's the best. read more

Took my mom here for her birthday and we did the 60 min hot stone massage. It was an excellent experience. Just the right combination of pressure and great communication! We will definitely be returning. read more

ANNA IS SO NICE and done with good pressure and responsive to treatment if you want it different ... chill atmosphere

I've been going to Anna for a while now. She's the best! Highly recommend coming here if you're a local to Burbank.

Very healing. I would like to gate keep my masseur because he is only available on Fridays and Saturdays.

Reasonable prices and easy to make appointments. Parking available behind the building. Only downside is it's on a noisy street corner and some language barriers. Overall, I got a great massage. read more

Oriental Orchid Foot Spa - Current Prices. New Owners. - Massage Near Me - Burbank, California

I will start this review off by saying I love getting a good foot massage and get one almost weekly. Having moved to Burbank, I have tried a few of the Asian foot spas in the area but we're disappointed... but this place does not disappoint. I had Dillon and he most definitely gave me one of the best massages I've ever had in my life. The combo started off working the back and shoulders then my legs and calves. Then I was flipped and he did a scalp massage before doing the feet. It was sooooo good. I will definitely be back! Please remember to tip well. These masseuses work hard and most of their income comes from the tip. read more

Very clean. Staff are very kind and welcoming. For a quick massage great place. Priced reasonably.

Decent massage and very friendly staff. The music is quite difficult to absorb. Think of melancholy funeral piano; not uplifting or relaxing whatsoever. Just plain depressing, which really detracts from the whole experience. I cannot return. read more

I really enjoyed my first experience there. I went in for a full body massage and requested a female. She was able to accommodate my request and asked if a male could do my feet, because she was off, but she would stay to do my body massaging. which I was fine with since a female was able to do my body. Even though it's not ideal, I wasn't uncomfortable at all. He came in and went right to massaging my feet. He did such an amazing job! I felt so much better after leaving there. In fact, this might be my new massage place. The room I was in was spacious and clean. Which you would think is a requirement, but there are so many gross places out there, I figured I should mention it here. They did a really nice job, so you should give them a try. read more

Tonight I had a one hour foot massage with Helen and she was phenomenal! I also had a great experience upon arrival. They were very friendly and helpful and then I had a wonderful massage with Helen. She had such a soothing and relaxing touch and gave her all making sure I had a great experience. She checked on me a couple times and her medium to firm pressure was perfect for me. Really a heavenly experience, I'll be back! read more

Received a full body massage as a Father's Day gift. My experience was fantastic! Anna worked wonders and left me feeling relaxed, even stunned. I appreciated her technique and willingness to really "dig in" on the hard spots on my neck and shoulders. Really amazing. I'll be back. read more

For father son bonding time I paid for an hour session for my teenage son and I. Before it began, I requested that my son had the woman do his and the male do mine because I wanted more pressure. They completely ignored this request so we just went along with it. During the massage their door bell rang multiple times consistently disrupting the peace. They spend lot of time just rubbing you down for an entire hour and not really hitting pressure points didn't feel any different once our time was up. Wasn't really worth the $ and my tip reflected that. I spent a total of $87 for the hour (tip included) After writing my tip in, we were harassed by the man of the shop (who was also the 1 of 2 persons who gave us the massage) He pressured me to leave a bigger tip. I politely replied "that's all I have" and this man became so rude to us. Told us to never come back and even followed us outside disrespecting us in broken English. I didn't engage, My son and I kept quiet and walked to the car. He followed us all the way to the car and knocked on my window while the car was moving as I was trying to drive away. Real harassment at this point, I didn't know what this man was capable of. He crossed the line and he really wanted to get a reaction out of me. If I would have reacted it would have went downhill (for me of course). So I kept composure and pulled off. What went from a mediocre massage turned into straight up bullying. I wish I never left a tip or even went in the first place, a disaster. Safe to say as a Black dude, I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business to anyone anywhere. read more

Wow, I can't believe I never reviewed this place before! I've been in a handful of times and have really enjoyed my experiences. I have had multiple massage therapists there and everybody seems great! Parking is on the street and since this spa is located on the corner you can either park on Magnolia or Glenoaks. There is always a spot closeby that I can find. When I come in I am always greeted by a kind gentleman. I usually call ahead of time to make an appointment and they always seem able to get me right in. The place itself is very cute. It's dim-lit and there is soft music and the gentle sound of running water (I think they have a water fountain inside) which is very relaxing! There are multiple rooms and I always go for the cheapest option (their $25 foot massage) so I am placed in a room with about a half dozen other beds. Each room I've been in is very clean and organized. Recently I purchased a gift card for buy 5, get the 6th massage free. I paid cash (I think they charge for credit cards) and have already gotten 2 massages since then. It's so convenient to just go in with my card and tip $ ready to go. The beds themselves are very nice, but since I am so short (5' 3") I have a bit of a difficult time laying down flat with my feet soaking in a water tub while my head is massaged. The last time I was here I asked the lady if I could get another towel to put under my knees to help and she got one right away for me. That was perfect! If I laid flat for a long time I would end up with lower back pain because of the uncomfortable position and who wants that during a massage? Everyone I've met there speaks great English and they are all so nice. One lady, Helen, who I have seen a couple of times recently moved away, so I was bummed. However, I went in and saw Kiley and she was also great! I have also seen a man there, I think Tim was his name, who was also awesome, but I don't know if he works there or not. They do not talk much during the massage and try to keep it quiet for the customers. I've been to similar places in the past were the massage therapist would chat the entire time during my massages, which is so distracting. So, if you are looking for a nice massage that will not break your budget I highly recommend this place! They are always courteous and they do a great job. Tip well if you go because they work hard! :) read more

My husband and I booked 30 minute foot massages. We met with massage therapist Anna and YiYi. Both of them were very professional and the gave great massages. The 30 minute foot massage included a few minutes of a head massage, shoulder massage, and arm massage before starting on the feet. It all felt very good. The place is clean, quiet, and calming. Both women were friendly and personable. We will be returning for longer services as their prices are reasonable and service was great! Recommend. read more

We had the masseuses Anna and "Evee" I think her name was. I wish I could get her name right because they were both amazing! I am usually very tense and always have a hard time trying to find good masseuses that can actually loosen my knots up. Thank you thank you so much again! Will definitely be coming back! Today was my first time coming to this place. After I checked it out in advance and liking the ambiance, I decided to change places. Since I am no longer able to be accommodated at 5 star. This is my new place. The room is more personal with only 3 beds at a time rather that like 15 at the other place . More personal. My guy actual did a great job. ( He usually is the one making most of the appointments in the day. I will ask for him again . The pressure was perfect. I like the beds better and they sit up all the way if you don't like to lay down. You can choose your comfort level of sitting up . I asked for mostly foot massage instead of a combo. So I saved 5.00 . That was a nice surprise. I will edit my review once I give them a chance to work on me 3 times to get to know what it is I like. Once they have it down. I'll be a reqular for sure. I am happy . I'll be back. And next time I will come with friends and or family. read more
