AMAZING DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE BY BODA!!!…read more First off, I was asked before the massage what pressure I like, and then during the massage, boda also asked me if the pressure was ok. I LOVE a very deep tissue massage, I have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders and I've tried so many massage places and I never leave feeling satisfied, I always wish they spent more time on the areas I asked. She released so many knots and I had tears from the relief I felt . No one can ever give me enough pressure, and she was STRONG. I'm 100lb female and at no point was boda hurting me at all. BODA stayed true to a deep tissue massage, while also incorporating Thai, Swedish, shiatsu, and even sports massage techniques. She stretched my neck and back in ways that gave me a release I've never had from massage. Her vibe was calm, and sweet, and the overall place was nice. It really is a secret hole in the wall spot. I won't go anywhere else for a massage after this honestly. For the first time in 15 years I woke up in the morning without shoulder and neck pain. Very professional, and I felt very comfortable. Thank you BODA. I will be back :) Please try this place out if you are in the area, You can't beat it. I paid 70$ for an hour massage and gave a 20$ tip .

New management but same great service at Studio Best Foot Reflexology…read more Cindy was AMAZING. She did a great job for my 90 minutes massage. It was very perfect. The pressure was great. The prices are different. Before you were able to get a 70 and 80 minute massage. But now it is just caps at 90 minute. The prices are still reasonable and affordable. They did upgrade the front. It is pretty, very zen like with the wood panels. They changed the layout of the massage area. No more cameras and much more privacy with the tent set up that zips.

It was an encounter with the body, which I had long since gotten out of the habit of. I felt warmth, current, a slight shudder, a response in the lower abdomen. But most importantly, it was beautiful. The master seemed to be keeping the line between passion and meditation, without going to either extreme. I left there with a slight dizziness and the feeling that I had been in another dimension.

The massage was good but BE VERY WARY BUYING GIFT CARDS, SHADY SHADY SHADY. I got a gift card for a…read more50 minute massage almost a year ago, and it's on me that I waited so long, however the price had gone up $30 since the card was purchased. I would have been happy to pay the difference but no one said anything. The day after the massage, the person who gave me the card was charged the $30 and asked me if I knew what it was about. He contacted squeeze and he was told the price went up and the card on file had been charged, but they said they would refund the charge this one time. After 10 business days, he calls back after not getting the refund and he was told they would not refund the $30 to his credit card but that MY account would receive a $30 credit. I don't know how any of this makes sense but it seems like a very shady money grab.

Leaving technically 2 reviews for different locations. Michigan Birmingham location and Studio City…read morelocation CA My first ever visit was their Michigan Birmingham location. I was in town visiting family and my close friend and I book massages before our girls day brunch!! I forgot my therapists name but he was amazing I want to say his name started with a D??. I got the Body Guasha add on and he focused on the areas of my body that needed it. It was my first massage in like 3 years. The front desk staff was pleasant and made us excited for our session. Also the lobby smells so good! A week or so after my vacation I wanted to get another massage after the travel back to Cali and my first week of work. I got the membership and went to their Studio City location. The front desk team Patrick and Cassie were so kind to me during check in and after my session. I was offered water and go to chat it up. I was informed that Studio City was the first location?? Well take my word that across CA to Mi the experience at NOW is amazing. Now I know my coast to coast go to locations. My Therapist Jonathan really helped with my upper back. I appreciate him checking in during the session about the pressure level. I will definitely be a long time member since I travel to Michigan a lot I have my own little piece of spa heaven! Thank You all for being kind and welcoming at both locations.

Patrick at the front desk was very warm, welcoming, and fun-- a great way to bookend a relaxing experience. The message therapist, Darien, was so talented, professional, and kind. She asked about any aches and pains, areas to focus on, etc. and walked me through some things she noticed after the massage (like how your girl's dehydrated-- oops). She did some great deep tissue work and listened to my needs. It was an incredibly relaxing experience, and I was able to rest and be present the entire time, which is an anomaly. The space is stunning, the aromatherapy is on point, and the sound of waves transports you. I'm pretty sure this massage solved all my problems, and I'm a whole new woman. I can't wait to treat myself to a membership in the future! P.S. A little pro tip: leave yourself a little extra time for parking, as it can be hit or miss on Ventura Blvd.

The massage itself was great, and I would come back for that reason alone. However, the…read moremanager/front desk employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband left a tip, but she pressured us for more money as if we were obligated to give extra, which was really off-putting. She also spoke in broken English, made no effort to explain herself clearly, and got angry when we did not understand her. She said that if we were not going to leave even more of a tip, she would rather tell us to find another place. The price for the massage is actually good; what stings is being asked for more so aggressively. There is also no privacy at all in the massage rooms--you can hear moans, conversations, and other clients throughout the place. The spa is clearly outdated and has not been remodeled in a long time. What's worse is that the manager seems not to care about anything anyone says; she is only good at demanding money. Like, if she wants that more money, change the price; instead of $50, charge $60!!!! I hate when they demand for a tip like that

The staff here listens and tailors the experience to your needs. I usually get the combo massage ($50), which includes neck, back, feet, and head perfect for full-body relaxation. My neck and back always need extra love, and they never disappoint. Today I had Lucy, who was very sweet and gave a solid medium-to-strong massage. If you're looking for deep, hard pressure, I'd recommend one of the male therapists, but for me today's session was just right. I left feeling relaxed and recharged. The location is super convenient right on Ventura Blvd in a plaza with easy parking. They take both appointments and walk-ins, which is great for my schedule. The pricing is reasonable and fair, especially for the quality of service. I make it a point to come at least once a month to pamper myself. Highly recommend if you need a reliable massage spot in the Valley!

I paid $120 for 90 minutes and tipped $20 (~17%), a fair, generous gratuity. Despite that, I was asked for "just $5 more." There's also a posted "suggested tip" of $30 for 90 minutes--25%, well above industry norms. And for perspective: $30 on a 60-minute session ( $80 service based on their 90-min rate) would be ~37.5%. Tipping should be voluntary, not forced. Don't shake down clients after a relaxing session. Good bodywork; entitled, aggressive tipping expectations killed the vibe.
