Had a session with Patty and you could instantly feel the relief when she'd hit the right stretch point. Add in the back walking and I had pain-free full mobility.

I called the following day multiple times to get a hold of someone to make an appointment for a massage plus hot stone. The initial interaction was very normal with the front desk staff. I can't say it was super clean spa since the previous spa I have been to give you shoes to change into at the front door. The hot stone was completely forgotten about, the front desk lady front to even tell the masseuse about it. The massage was okay nothing amazing. However, when I went to pay at the end the lady at the front desk expected a minimum of 30% "suggested" tip. And she was giving me the stank eye and asking if I'm sure about what I want to tip. I left her know I'm tipping based off service. She then proceeded to ask in a condescending voice, "then tell what your service experience then". If you paid your staff living wage you wouldn't be forcing people to pay 30%+ tip. Why don't you increase the prices because this seems like you're forcing and cornering customers to pay this. At this point it's not a "guideline" or a "suggestion". Tip is based off the service and the amount you're asking for is paid when you go above and beyond. One star for the masseuse being nice and a second star for taking a note of your previous injuries on a form. Edit: added to the interaction with the front desk and response to the owner. If you believe tipping is what makes your staff "fairly compensated" your wages are low. Not trying to be rude but that's just a fact. Let's do better, fair compensation is not on the customer.

Parking is a bit tricky and I recommend coming 5-10 min earlier than expected to try and get a spot in the parking lot (spots are small and limited). Certifications of massage therapist are also displayed at the front behind the desk which is very nice! They also have a lot of helpful signage in the front to help guide you through your experience. The space was also very clean. The massage itself was everything I needed! I got a sports massage with Annie and she was a professional!!! Her pressure was amazing her techniques were perfect and she checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the pressure and that she got all the spots I needed worked on. I guess you get what you pay for. My massage therapist during my massage, kept speaking to me and letting me know that her hands hurt and her job is hard on her body.... I don't know how this place runs but maybe they should give their staff a break?? I felt like a jerk for hiring them to massage me like I should not have come in tonight... My fiancé on the other hand had two different people massage him, as every time the phone rang they would step out answer the phone swap out people and then swap out again. No consistency. Lastly, when we were leaving ... again can't argue with how affordable 2 (1) hour massages were $100, 50 bucks each. Can't be beat... When we went to tip them as we did 20%... The massage therapist looked at the 20% tip and told us can you give us more our hands hurt. Wow - unfortunately I only plan for a 20% tip and didn't have more money to give. This poor staff that clearly is overworked and must be under paid or if anything not trained on how to treat client/customers because they left us feeling so weird that I will never be back.
