Fleur was fabulous. She got out my knots and helped my sciatica. I love this place. They are all so wonderful.

I had a great experience here! The prices were very affordable, and I really liked that they offer different package options, including cupping and aromatherapy. I chose the aromatherapy package, and it was so relaxing. Nicole was my massage therapist, and she was amazing. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience comfortable from start to finish. The facility was also very clean, which made me feel even more at ease. The only small thing I would mention is that I personally wished the aromatherapy scent was a little different, but that's completely based on my own preference and didn't take away from the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality massage at a great value. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

Thank you for taking the time to respond. I appreciate that you reviewed the situation and shared your perspective. However, your response does not change the reason for my original review. First, I understand that your gratuity guide is a recommendation, not a requirement. That is exactly my point. If tipping is voluntary, then customers should never be approached after payment and asked to increase their gratuity. Once a customer has decided what they wish to tip, that transaction should be considered complete. My mother is foreign and speaks very limited English. She gave what she had in her purse because she genuinely appreciated the massage. She was not trying to underpay anyone. As I explained to your front desk, my wife was also going through an extremely stressful period in our lives. We were dealing with significant personal hardships at the time. While I understand your receptionist may have remained polite in tone, what was missing was empathy. Customer service is about more than simply being polite--it is about recognizing when a situation calls for compassion. To be clear, I never contacted your business asking for a refund or compensation. I simply called to explain why the interaction left my wife feeling uncomfortable. Unfortunately, instead of acknowledging our concerns, I felt that your response focused on defending the policy rather than understanding how your staff's actions affected your customer. Regardless of whether your receptionist "asked" instead of "demanded," asking a customer to increase a tip after they have already paid is, in my opinion, unprofessional. A comparable example would be dining at a restaurant, leaving an 18% tip, and having the server come back to ask if you could leave more. Most people would find that inappropriate, regardless of how politely it was phrased. This was never about the amount of money. It was about professionalism and how the situation was handled. I respect your right to explain your side, just as I have the right to share my experience. Unfortunately, your response has not changed my opinion. I remain disappointed with how the interaction was handled, and because of that, I will not be returning to your business. I wish your therapists the best, as they did provide a quality massage. My concern has always been with the front desk interaction--not the therapists themselves. read more

Overall, my experience was good. The place was clean, calm, and had a nice setup. There was a little noise at times, but it didn't ruin the massage. The massage itself was good, and the therapist was polite. I do wish water had been offered more, but when I asked, she brought some right away. The only awkward part was the tipping policy. They have a sign showing suggested tips, and after I tipped, she pointed at the sign. I said "no thank you," and she smiled and said thank you, so it wasn't rude.. just a little uncomfortable. Overall, it was okay, and I would come back. read more

To book was very easy! My family and I went in today and they were able to take us in same day! (Highly recommend calling ahead to make sure they have availability) The prices are also very affordable and they offer a lot of different types of massage and oil options. Parking is a bit tricky and I recommend coming 5-10 min earlier than expected to try and get a spot in the parking lot (spots are small and limited). Certifications of massage therapist are also displayed at the front behind the desk which is very nice! They also have a lot of helpful signage in the front to help guide you through your experience. The space was also very clean. The massage itself was everything I needed! I got a sports massage with Annie and she was a professional!!! Her pressure was amazing her techniques were perfect and she checked in with me to make sure I was happy with the pressure and that she got all the spots I needed worked on. I will definitely be coming back and rebooking with Annie!!! read more

Best massage! Go here if you like deep tissue. Targeted spots that I didn't know I was tight in. Thank you, will be back!

Idk if it was the masseuse I had but she just seemed like she didn't know what she was doing at all. I didn't want to leave a $20 tip but I just always feel bad and respect service providers so I did but I'm just unsatisfied. I told her specifically my shoulders needed just a little work and my lower back was really bad. My back feels no different like I'm still in so much pain, she was DIGGING in my shoulders and my armpit and my hips--like it just felt she was massaging all the wrong places, my time was cut short, everything felt rushed and no effort, she would go extremely hard on random places then go extremely soft on places that I needed work, she didn't touch my neck once and barely touched my feet. I wasn't relaxed the entire time. The rooms are only separated by a curtain so you can kinda hear everything going on & there's a lot going on so it's not very peaceful. The oils and lotions are like ridiculously cold and there's a fan blowing directly on you so I was freezing the entire time. I get massages a lot & this would probably be one of my least favorite experiences :/ I definitely wouldn't come back here. read more

I went in super tense from work and left feeling like my body got reset. The therapist really listened when I mentioned where I was sore and adjusted the pressure perfectly, not too light, not painfully deep, just right. The place itself is calm, clean, and relaxing without feeling overly fancy or intimidating. Definitely one of those spots you want to keep coming back to when your muscles start complaining again. read more
