TERRIBLE, worst massage I've ever received I made my appointment days prior, specifically asked for a female and informed them I needed a really deep tissue, gave me the name of Kaila. The lady led me into a room in which it was so hot and humid inside, a man came in, he didn't speak English nor understood, the lady said he was doing it even though I kept asking for a female and I was assured days prior. She said nobody does deep tissue but him! I asked if they had a fan, they complained, but brought one in. I told him I needed my shoulders and neck, he was massaging me without any lotion or oil for the first 10 min, I finally asked where the lotion was because it was starting to hurt. I kept asking if he can go deeper, he kept sighing out of frustration, I told the ladies no hot stone just massage. He left for 4 minutes to prepare the stones that I didn't want any, declined them, got upset, finished 7 min early. I kept my phone next to me because I was watching the time. I kept trying to communicate with him to keep working on my neck, he wasn't having it. I still paid him because I just wanted to leave; I still left him a $15.00 tip because he was an older man, I'm not that mean person, but this really we the worst massage place ever! Kim does wonderful full body massage and she can combine Chinese massage with Thai style stretching too. Linda gave me the best foot massage I've ever had! We've been getting massages here for 5+ years, and we still enjoy going every other week. It can get booked quickly, so we always try to call ahead during weeknights or weekends as there are only 3 private rooms. The staff is delightful and friendly. The rooms are private (walls & curtains separate the rooms, no doors) but there's music in the background to relax. We gave a tip of $5 to each lady. The man in the front had a bad attitude, and rudely demanded that we tip $10 for each because it was a full-body massage. Out of all the places in the valley I would definitely say this is the worst. During my home massage the employees were talking loud across the room. They also were playing a TV show very low on their phone and it was very frustrating. I got the special two with the private room it was a horrible decision. When it was time to leave I didn't give the lady her tip right away and they all got mad and told me I needed to tip her and I intended to I just need to get the money out of my purse. I do not recommend going to this place at all. I am a regular at getting massages weekly and try new places that are near by. When I arrived the place had a nice welcoming and I decided to upgrade and get a 90 min massage instead of the 1 hour the price difference was $20 so i thought it was a good deal at $60/90min. The massage was pretty decent lady was polite (at first) and she was accommodating. However, the employees were talking really loud and it was hard to relax with so much noise. Now here is where it gets bad. After my massage it was time to pay. I let them know I would be adding tip to my card and when asked how much I said $12 which I thought was reasonable for the service I received which was a 20% tip which is more than standard. The massage lady and the man charging my card said "no no no that is way to small we need at least 20%" I showed them the calculator and stated that was 20%. The man then said I should at least give $15 or $20. I let him know tip was not mandatory and a 20% tip is good for what I received. The lady started yelling no 25%. The man kept saying I should put more and I finally insisted that $12 was my final tip. The lady got upset and man told her to calm down. I let them know I would not be coming back as I thought that was very rude of them. I have been to places with the same prices who were greatful. Will not come again!!! read more

All I can say is terrible, I've had several massages at Chinese Reflexology places but never has the customer service been this terrible. The location is set up ok except for the fact that the first room is right off the entryway, you can see the strobe lights from the outside. You can hear everyone chatting in the waiting zone and you can hear all appointment calls. We tried to ignore all of that. What was terrible was that our massage therapists spoke to each other the entire time they were massaging my husband and I. That's one whole hour of listening to two women discuss in another language who know what while clawing nails into our feet. Don't let me forget to mention the cheesy saxophone music playing on the loud speakers. No one needs to hear the new years eve song in February. We'll never go back!
