My first ever massage experience and it was amazing!! I went in for a shoulder, neck, and upper body massage and was honestly a little nervous since it was my first time ever getting one. Mia made the experience really comfortable and checked in during the session, especially when placing the hot towel, which I really appreciated. She used firm pressure, which was much needed with the tension I was carrying and afterwards I could feel such a huge difference. I know one session won't magically fix everything, but I left feeling so much better and noticeably relaxed. I literally sat in my car afterwards to soak in the sun because I felt so relaxed Overall, such a great first experience and I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you! read more

I visited this place because my regular therapist was fully booked, but unfortunately, I had an extremely disappointing experience. The massage itself lacked any proper technique, provided zero relief, and I left in just as much pain as when I walked in. Beyond the poor service, the business practices were completely unprofessional: CBD Oil Add-On: I agreed to a $20 upcharge for CBD oil. The therapist returned with a bottle that was clearly running empty, scraped together only a tiny amount for my back, and admitted afterward that she had run out--yet still charged me the full $20 fee. Forced Tip: Tipping is optional. I am typically a generous tipper (normally $30-$35 for good service) and was still going to leave $25 despite the subpar session. Instead, she demanded a $30 tip and entered the amount herself without my consent. I have no issue paying for quality care, but paying premium prices for subpar technique, nearly empty add-ons, and forced gratuity is unacceptable. I will not be returning. read more

I had an amazing massage experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and very relaxing. The therapist was extremely professional and really took the time to understand where I had tension and discomfort. The massage itself was incredible -- the pressure was perfect and I felt all the stress leave my body. My back and shoulders feel so much better now. You can really tell they know what they're doing and care about their clients. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality massage! read more

They switched ownership but the new owners are not bad... I'll have to give them another try but it was mostly pleasant. It was just shocking to see so many strange faces after getting used to my other girls We'll definitely miss them. New owners kept most of the decor and way of operating (no more waters or little chocolate though). read more

Terrible. My wife was only given 45 minutes out of her hour massage. After asking multiple times for more pressure, she realized all she would be getting is oil rubbed down her lower back. Absolutely NO pressure. The masseuse never even visited her shoulders or neck area. 0/5 read more

This was by far the worst massage experience my husband and I have ever had. The person who did my massage was also working the front desk, so she kept stopping the massage every time someone walked in. She also answered multiple phone calls during my session, which completely ruined the relaxing experience. On top of that, she suddenly left without even telling me the massage was done. I had to ask the other masseuse, who was working on my husband next to me, if my session was over. For my husband's massage, the masseuse started about 10 minutes late. His session didn't begin until around 6:20 PM and ended by 7:10 PM, even though we paid for a full 60-minute massage. We brought this up, but instead of acknowledging it, they still insisted that we tip $10 each. My husband and I love going to massage places and we are good tippers when the service is good, but this experience was extremely disappointing. The service felt unprofessional, rushed, and honestly disrespectful. We left feeling frustrated instead of relaxed. read more

I had appointment and came on time, I waited 30 minutes and then left salon with no service.

There's been a change of ownership it seems and I no longer recommend this place. You pay for an hour & they try to give you 45 mins.

Great little spot. Parking can be a headache at times but the place is very clean and the massage was great. The only odd thing that occurred to me was that the receptionist also asked for a tip on top of the tip I left the masseuse. I recommend this place! read more

Awesome massage. They did make us pay at first but I was very satisfied with my end result and felt like I immediately feel better, I work in healthcare and I started getting recent back pain. I feel way better already, will definitely be back. read more

Tina was amazing! I walked in with a tension headache and walked out without one. Thank you, Tina!

I have visited Lucky Tree at least 3-4 times, and it's one of the best massage places I've ever been to. They only have female massage therapists, but all of them are very experienced and skillful. I need deep tissue/sport massage because my neck and shoulders are extremely tense and stiff, and these ladies always deliver the best treatments for me. I personally prefer female therapists so this place is a perfect fit, highly recommend! read more

I had a great experience here. My back has been suffering from knots due to wearing heavy backpack most days. So I made an appointment for an hour and cupping only for my back. The massage was not too hard on me and she was able to take out the knots . The cupping was a lot of pressure I felt and it was a little bit uncomfortable but overall it was alright . So far my back is sore but I know it's going to feel so much better. Overall I would recommend this for having a massage. read more

Great massage better than most other places would recommend it, the 60 minute massage is the best price for what you get so definitely recommend that option. read more

My 3rd visit here and they do not dissapoint. Its so refreshing and they really know how to do a proper massage. Nice vibe and very relaxing. Worth every penny and more! read more

I don't often leave reviews, but I do often use them to research a place before I go, so I feel I must return the favor. I also don't often get massages, they have felt like too much of a luxury and when does one have the time or the money to spare? Recently, my back has felt off and I was in enough pain to go see a doctor who put one hand on my upper back and said "you need to be getting massages once a month." Prior to this, I hadn't thought of massage as a part of my muscular hygiene and instead thought I could get by with an acupressure mat and some stretching. Massages are for vacations, I thought. Well, today, my back was hurting terribly and I can't get in to the PT for weeks, so I decided today was the day I took the doc's advice. I found this place via online search, read some reviews, made an appointment same day while I was at work. I read some reviews that scared me about how I might receive the service if the place was busy. I can't speak to that aspect, because it wasn't that busy today or at least didn't seem so. The walls are thin, but I kind of liked that. I don't like spa vibes, it's daunting and feels 'froo-froo' in a way that I don't vibe with. This was so low key, just straight up business. I was led to a room immediately, no awkward lockers or robe etiquette to be mindful of. The masseuse did not explicitly tell me to disrobe, but you are going to have to do that (you can keep your underwear on if you're in a thong. YMMV with different coverage). There is a blanket on the bed for modesty and for warmth. I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage with cupping. 3/4ths of the way through, I thought "surely we've gone over time. The masseuse is just going above and beyond!" But all was said and done within 60 minutes after all. I couldn't believe it. She had paid so much attention to every part that needed it, and it never felt rushed or glossed over. I am deeply impressed. She also checked in throughout to make sure I wasn't too cold, that the pressure wasn't too hard, etc. Am I healed? No, but I didn't expect years of tightness and a pinched nerve deep within my back muscles to fully resolve in an hour. Do I feel better? Absolutely I do, and I'll be coming back. Maybe I'll do 90 minutes next time! Keep in mind that paying by card incurs a $2 fee, and Amex is not accepted. I like to tip in cash, so I'm not sure if you can do that by card, but I don't see why not. read more

I have received wonderful massages at Lucky Tree massage. They get a 4 instead of 5 stars, due to no fault of their own. I blame the barber shop next door for blasting their music, with heavy bass, for interfering with a peaceful, quiet atmosphere that Lucky Tree strives to create. read more

If your looking to get your moneys worth & well executed massage come and see Nancy! I come here once a month, she literally will not stop working until she has removed the last not! Received a wonderful 60-minute Swedish and reflexology massage by Tina. I was cold, so they offered blankets and warm compresses. Tina did an incredible job checking in with me throughout the massage about the level of pressure and my comfortability. I finished my massage and immediately wanted to write a glowing review. read more

My first time here and it was so worth it!! I was utterly and completely exhausted from an outing in Disneyland the other day. So much so that my feet were painfully sore from all the walking and waiting in line. I came here because of the good reviews, they were open early and walk-ins were available. They took me in right away. I chose the COMBO MASSAGE (30 MIN BODY + 30 MIN FEET). NANA was my masseuse and she did a wonderful job working out the knots and tension specifically in my neck, shoulders, and of course my aching feet! They had very soothing relaxing music so that helped me more relaxed and get my deep breathing in. Afterwards I was given a full bottle of water (not just a cup of water like some other places) to release the toxins. Added plus for the ample amount of parking spaces in the lot in front. Thank you Nana for the massage!! I'll definitely come back when I need to unwind and de-stress! read more

I've been coming here once every 3-or-so months whenever I really felt like I needed it. I've had very good experiences so far, especially considering I've not booked appointments for any of my visits. I prefer deep tissue massages, and decided to try cupping here for the first time today. I spend all of work on my feet, and most of my time at the gym powerlifting, so I end up needing a strong massage in general. Thankfully, Misha has been able to to knead through my knots with great strength and skill. If you need a stronger massage I would suggest asking if she's available. The price isn't bad either, and I get home ready for a big nap. read more

Perfect. Got a last-minute couples massage appointment and we were accommodated. We were greeted immediately and escorted to our rooms. Ambience was quiet, no loud phone calls from the receptionist being answered. No chitchat in the living room. Music was peaceful, the place smelled nice. I got a full 90 minute massage and felt healed. read more

Went here yesterday and Incompletely regret it because of the reverse result. Instead of getting to relax, my whole back is now sore. The lady who is the front receptionist as well did a very hard massage which resulted to complete body ache and soreness. I went to my doctor today in Kaiser and he said my muscles were totally sore due to a very hard massage. I dont get it why she doesn't know how to determine what will cause pain to their clients. Now I'm in pain! I paid $70 to get body aches. read more

My husband & I just had a 90 minute Tibetan Massage & I had the hot stone massage as well. It's our 2nd time coming here & we will definitely come back! I came to this place for the first time today. I got the 60 min package and it was 60 min of a waste. To begin with, next door was playing laud music, it was not relaxing whatsoever. Then, the phone would ring and while the lady giving me a massage would answer the phone (I've never seen that before) she was literally the receptionist and greeting walking at the same time. it suppose to be quiet and relaxing . Then she kept stepping out of the room.. IT WAS NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I wanted for my time to be over so bad! I didn't say anything because I didn't want to be rude. Well, at the end and it was time to leave, first of all I was not going to tip because she honestly didn't deserve. But I saw her by the door so I was going to tip anyways, I pulled a $5 dollar bill (I was still going to give her 5 more) but before I I was even done taking the money out she said- we usually expect $10 tip, so I said what? She said it again, we usually expect $10 tip, so I said I'm not tipping you then. And she goes you can add it in the receipt and I said NO I'm not tipping YOU anymore. First of all, Don't expect. If I give you 20 or if I give you 5 be thankful! Us as customer We expect a good experience and they wasn't able to deliver. Expectations goes both ways.! Do better next time, maybe one day she will meet her expectations!!! My first time here and never again! My friend had a better experience with the other lady but she wouldn't go back again because of this greedy lady. On top of everything she had the nerve to tell my friend that I didn't tip her! How unprofessional and embarrassing. FIRST OF ALL, this was NOT my first massage LMAO I really don't know where this came from I had no conversation with this crazy lady (the owner) I literally been having a membership at a real Spa for years LMAO she's probably confused since she was all over the place. You clearly said to me WE EXPECT $10 dollar tip and I said- I'm not tipping you. You said it twice. You EXPECT a $10 dollar tip for you hard work and customer EXPECT a good experience and good customer service. It goes both ways. You work hard for your tips, we (customer ) work hard for our money as well, is not all about your poor customer service place that you own. You said is not about the tip please lady that is literally the whole point of this review. I felt bad for you and that's the reason why I was going to tip you but the job was TRASH , my 11 years old son does a better job! But that's besides the point. You said is not about the tip, but you guys EXPECT $10 ?! What is it? Lady please go get a course online for customer service or something and then open up a business. I HOPE YOU ENJOY THE $60.00 tip. Because that all I went for. ********PEOPLE please read the other bad reviews as well so you guys can see and compare the bad experiences and how this so call owner replies to the customer she clearly can't handle the truth !! They are all similar to my experience at the terrible place! ********************* And on top of everything, my friend who invited me to the place also put a review about getting harassed by the owner who gave me the massage. She literally asked my friend to pay her for my tip! LMAO But she claims is not about the tip.... Ok lady At the end her review got removed. read more

Amazing job! The massages are so relaxing and soothing. I would recommend coming here all the time!
