I was referred to Mike by a close friend who had used him in the past. I had been super sore from working out for days and literally nothing was helping. I had stretched, rolled, done everything you can think of and I literally could not move for the life of me. Lol. I had been looking and my friend suggested I contact Mike. I did. As an athlete, it is so important to find someone who can give you the quality massage therapy needed to continue to support what I do. Some of the things I like best: 1. He has his own intake protocol on his website. It asked all the questions pertaining to my health. No massage therapist has ever asked that many details about my health and I can absolutely appreciate that. 2. Confirmation emails: so many times I have worked with different massage therapist who did not have a confirmation protocol. And has caused a lot of confusion in appointments and scheduling. Because I'm on such a strict schedule, he is very clear and very precise. 3. At home service: i'm not a really big fan of going to different places, a lot of the times the massage therapist don't get paid for their worth in the first place. But the nice thing is he comes straight to my home and I don't have to do anything but provide sheets. 4. His professionalism: above and beyond. He wears a mask the whole time during the session, and is very Covid conscious. Hygiene, cleanliness, and attention to detail is so important during this time. 5. Before the session: he makes a detailed assessment that is about 5-15 mins about how the massage will go. He ask all the questions about how I am feeling, what needs attention, and observes my movement patterns. 6. The massage: hands down amazing. Again, professional and completely attentive to the spots that need his intuition. 7. After care: he always walks through the steps to ensure that I am also doing my part on taking care of my body (because it's also my responsibility).
