I spoke to Lynn yesterday, and she promptly scheduled me for the following day. She scheduled me with Christina. Upon entering, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and offered me water and or tea while explaining the process. Christina approached me immediately, and it was evident that she genuinely enjoys her work and attentively listens to her clients. I shared my concerns and past experiences, and she responded with expertise and thoroughness. Her explanations were clear, and her touch was incredibly gentle. I didn't experience any pain or bruising afterward. I'm definitely planning to return for more treatments. Thank you so much, Christina, for providing me with such an amazing experience.

I called and they said they'd cancel it. Then later they sent me a reminder for my appointment so I texted the text line (it was after hours at that point) to make sure they actually canceled it, they didn't. Short story, they harassed me at work the next day MULTIPLE times, about not having it on file that I canceled, had the nerve to ask me for screen shots of my call log to prove I called etc, I said sure! Then they went silent for several hours, then emailed me saying they were going to "wave the cancelation fee" WHAT CANCELLATION FEE?! I literally canceled more than 24 hours in advance therefor there was no cancellation fee to wave?? They have the worst customer service, so glad I didn't give my money to a place with such horrible organization and customer service! Don't let them scam you!

The next morning I called and made an appointment for that afternoon for my daughter and I. Right before we left the house my daughter felt sick and was not able to come with me. As soon I arrived I informed them on what was happening with her and I apologize for the last mint cancelation. The place was empty and I was the only client. When I went to pay for my service I was told there was a cancellation fee for my daughter. I explained the situation to whom I think was the owner, but she really didn't care. I paid the cancellation fee and left. As a new customer this was very disappointing. Before this, I was planning to go back with my daughter since the lady that did my message was nice and knowledgeable, but I'm back to searching for another place. A bit of advice for the owner, you lost 2 new clients for $25. You should really take a course on customer service.

I feel so strongly about THIS Oh Happy Nails that I am writing again. This establishment needs a visit from a licensing agency. My face is burned in 2 areas from their waxing person, Kathy. I asked for a lip and UNDER the chin waxing. what followed is burn marks that are still visible after 3 days applying burn medicine. When confronted by manager, told "you have sensitive skin". I have been waxing areas on my body for awhile and have NEVER had after effects like this. in addition their gel mani/pedis are horrible with chipping by 3rd day. Based on preponderance of previous customer reviews, Management needs to rethink if this right business for them. Ps. Kathy didn't even wax the one under chin hair I wanted gone.smh
