I've been coming here…read morefor over a year for deep tissue massages to handle real knots in my back, and what I experienced today was completely unacceptable. First off--this was NOT a deep tissue massage. None of my knots were worked out, and my back actually hurts more leaving than it did walking in. That alone is a failure of the service. But it gets worse. The therapist kept walking out of the room like it didn't matter if I was even there, completely breaking the experience. At one point, he literally had his elbow pressed into my back while texting on his phone. Let that sink in. I'm paying for a professional service, and he's on his phone mid-"massage"? That's beyond disrespectful. I came in trying to take care of my body before my birthday tomorrow, just wanting to feel relaxed for once--and instead I left irritated, uncomfortable, and honestly pissed off. Whatever management change happened here needs to be addressed immediately. The quality, professionalism, and care are gone. The people who originally made this place worth coming to need to come back, because this is a completely different and much worse experience. Walking out, the whole vibe felt off--like nobody actually cares about the service anymore. I won't be back unless something drastically changes.

I asked for deep tissue on my neck and back only. She is ridiculously strong and she worked out all of the issues in my neck and back. I feel completely renewed. On the rest of the body, she did a Swedish massage and it was beyond relaxing. I chose to add on the CBD oil- incredible. Enhanced my relaxation and made me feel like I was levitating off of the table. The staff is incredibly nice. They ask you what areas you want to work on and they listen to what you've told them. The pricing is beyond reasonable. Everything is super clean and organized. The music is fantastic and enhances the massage experience. This is a 10/10 massage spa. I am so excited to go back! She asked if I liked stretching (I do) and the next thing I knew I was folded up like a pretzel -- it was amazing. I have serious medical conditions with my spine that give me grief. So massage is not just for relaxation for me- it's for pain management. Because I refuse to take any pharmaceutical medications. This was my 3rd visit over the past 3 months. I've had 3 different therapists. I can't remember the name of the 1st therapist I had. The second time I came I had Jenny and she gave wonderful hip stretches as a part of her massage that I really enjoyed and needed. She was good!
