The atmosphere is very clean, relaxing, and serenity. The workers are very knowledgeable and accommodating to your needs for a massage. The price is very good for the service. I do recommend calling for an appointment. They do get busy. read more

Blue Moon Massage - Ask for Apple! I stopped by Blue Moon Massage today expecting to see someone else, but I met Apple -- and I'm really glad I did. From the moment she greeted me, her calm attitude and professionalism made me feel comfortable. The way she talked and handled everything convinced me to give her a try, and honestly, I couldn't have made a better choice. I'm a hard-working guy with long hours on my feet, and Apple gave me exactly what I needed. She truly knows how to find every tight spot and apply just the right pressure. It wasn't just a massage -- it was full recovery. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, and ready to take on another busy week. If you're looking for a place that actually understands what your body needs, come to Blue Moon Massage and ask for Apple. I believe she's there Sundays and Mondays -- trust me, you'll walk out feeling brand new. thank you Apple read more

I don't get massages too often but as I'm getting older I'm definitely going to start investing into my body a little more. I've been to a few massages places and this is by far the best massage I've gotten. Great prices, great location, very clean tidy environment, quality products used and of course great masuses. They definitely know what they're doing and are very professional. Will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you! read more

I have been visiting Blue Moon spa for 2 years, My favorite, Very sexy girls here, not shy about expressing their sexuality.

My rating is solely based on Monica one of the best massages I had in my life. She's very nice and while being gentle she had helped remove lots of knots that I had without it hurting. It was very relaxing I even took a nap. Wonderful staff ! read more

Really clean place and professional masseuse! The massage was very relaxing and the masseuse was very good at pressure points. Definitely recommend this place! read more

Don't go here. It's a super sketchy place. I just went because it was nearby and I thought I could get a good decent massage. The massage itself was terrible. The masseuse basically just patted my back from back to legs down. It felt like she literally was not putting any effort into the massage or wasn't a trained professional. I asked her to give more pressure and she still didn't do much. It probably ranks as one of the worst massage places I've been to. At the end, I realized this is a place isn't a normal massage parlor. It's for men exclusively. I'm sure you all know what I'm talking about. I don't recommend this place if you're looking for a good massage. If you want something more and not a massage, this place is for you; read more

I had the opportunity to visit your spa for the first time this past Sunday. It was a great experience. Lulu was a wonderful therapist, and I look forward to coming back soon. I definitely recommend that one ask for her. read more

great place in Pasadena to get a good massage except a little noise from the neighbor's construction .

Alice was my technician and skillfully eased the soreness and pain. I had accumulated a lot of discomfort from a 25 hour plane trip. It

Great massage and very friendly service at a very reasonable price. Clean and nice environment.

Been here a few times, massage is decent depending on which masseuse you get. My problem is that when I pay the $45.00 for the 1 hour massage and offered a 15% tip, they scoffed and said this is not a restaurant. we usually get 20.00 per massage. I was speechless. I have been a waitress and never in my life would I ask for a tip --EVER! especially not ask for more than what was offered to me. I don't know if it is a cultural thing or what but it is very distasteful. never going back. read more

My visit was So problematic! First off I waited for an attendant forever. When she finally arrived the obviously empty establishment (the parking lot gave me a clue) she placed me in a room on the side of the business that shares a paper thin wall with a very lively karate studio... It was poppin in the karate studio that day. Then there were 4 that's right count them four!! Knocks on the door from the other employee. To top it all off (you know I couldn't leave y'all without a cherry) there were kids running and laughing up an down the hall way of the establishment. My experience was not as relaxing as I would have hoped. Good luck read more

This has become my go to place. I have always had great service and most of all a great massage. I just finished my 4th straight massage with Yoyo. She is a great therapist. Each time I fall a sleep during her massage. Turn over the head, neck and shoulder massage I am asleep again. I wish I could go daily! I have to settle for weekly! Thanks to Tina she has a wonderful group of technicians. read more

This spa has a good roomy parking lot. It is located in a small strip mall. When I have been there (two times) the place is very clean. They probably just remodeled or at least did work on the inside. By the restroom is a small utility closet with some paint cans and painting tools and supplies. There has been at least two ladies working, and they quickly show you to a very clean room. The massage was a full hour with good skills. No interuptions, there is even a hot towel holder in the room. Massage was very good, by a very attractive lady who spoke good English. (We talked a bit about where to buy BEBE shirts, hers was from a store now closed.) Anyhow I would go back, nice quiet relaxing hour on my days off. Just what I needed before taking on the trip back home. I know how this business is run, and I have no problem tipping when I get an hour of good massage. This is a good place for legitimate massage, does not seem to be an unsavory or unethical massage store. read more

Had a great massage today. Went in feeling very tight and stressed now feeling refreshed. Will definitely be back

What a fantastic place! I've been getting massages for years and Blue Moon Spa is a great place. Very affordable, great service. I recommend Kasey, she studied Chinese medicine and acupuncture and her massage technique is amazing. You won't be disappointed. Everyone there is excellent as well. Call ahead of time to make sure somone is free, but they also welcome walk ins. Enjoy! read more

10/5/2015 My first time there and Lisa provided the massage. It was an hour in heaven! I could have fallen asleep! Was very relaxing and I felt much more relaxed. It is a very honest, clean, and worth every dollar. I will be back there! Most likely the best place in Pasadena read more

I'm frequently in the area and I noticed this shop when it opened late last year (2013). I found their page here on yelp but noticed there were not any reviews. So I decided to make an appointment and I'm glad I did. Blue Moon does foot and body massage. The spa or shop is brand new and very clean if a little spartan. There are massage chairs in a curtained off semi public area for foot massage and 3 or 4 rooms for body massage. The rooms have those parallel bars over the massage tables for back walking. There is also a bathroom with an enormous shower (looks wheelchair accessible). The bathroom was very clean. When I arrived I was met by the manager (I didn't get her name) who turned out to be my masseuse. There is not a regular receptionist since each technician works the front counter in turn. The manager showed me to my room and asked if I wanted to use the shower before or after my massage. I accepted the offer since it was late in the day and very hot outside. There are clean robes in the room and a pair of flip flops (I used my own). The shower was nice and spotless with; soap, shampoo, conditioner and a stack of fresh towels. After showering I returned to the room and waited just a few minutes before the manager knocked on the door. I was ready and covered with the provided sheet when she came in. For the first few minutes she asked if I had any problems or areas that needed attention. I do have a shoulder problem and of course I was in general need since I had not had a full body massage in some time. She also asked if I wanted hard or medium pressure and I told her I always prefer a hard back massage. The manager mentioned she recently learned a new back walking technique using oil. I've had back walking before at other parlors and since she is very small I agreed to try it. I have to say that this oil back walking was amazing. The entire hour was fantastic and was over before I knew it, she really knows what she is doing. There are always 3 girls working. I got the full rundown from the manager and what services they offer; foot, body and combo massage, 30, 60 and 90 minute appointments, waxing, men, woman and couples, open all week, 10:00am to 10:00pm. She seems very customer service oriented and she speaks very good English a big plus for me. I'm kicking myself for not remembering her name, someone as good as her deserves the credit. I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Moon Spa, but call ahead apparently they do get busy. My 1hour body massage was $45.00 and I left a $20.00 tip. A little more that I would usually give for an hour session but a great massage and excellent service count a lot with me. I hope to be able to come back real soon. read more

I came in because I had a sore neck from sleeping in an awkward position. I received a decent massage but the masseuse had to leave once because someone entered the business and her phone also rang and she answered it and started to talk while administering the massage. It bothered me a little bit but she was apologetic so I just let it slide. But when it was time for me to leave she asked for a tip, I was in the process of giving it but when she asked for it upfront I was taken aback. So I offered her a $5 for a $35 dollar half hour massage, that's a 14% tip for a massage that was interrupted multiple times. But she insisted that I give her a $10 dollar tip, the nerve. I'm never going there again. read more

they will bug you for tips. I had an hour massage for 60$ and gave 15$ tips and the lady still says it's not enough? Demanded me to give more. Never going back. The massage was just mehh... told the lady to give more pressure and for 3 min she will press really really really hard!!! And went back to the same soft massage.. I gave up. Never going again read more

Excellent service. I am a long term customer here. The owner is a very nice lady. The environment is super calm and relax. I always get a full massage. Unlike the other few places I have tried, the pressure on my body is just right. Not too hard not too soft. The mango flavor candy they give out to customer is also very tasty hehe. I've had pain in my back for a few years. The owner Samantha introduced me a supplement product called bromelain. My pain has gone. Great service ! read more

I made an appointment at 8 pm and I was helped right away upon my arrival . the lady that was my masseuse was coco and I must say she's great!! Those hands are incredible. Went 2 times. Forgot to get the masseuse's names. First time got sold on personality. Massage itself was decent. She definitely adapts to client (within reason.) A quality shared in second visit. 60 seems to be the new going rate for 1 hr. Something that I feel fairly cuts into tip. I think it's safe to question qualifications as far as time and /or skill from a Management perspective. Overall pretty girls, new to field. Good for veterans massage goers looking to mold. read more

I went here to get body massage for 60 minutes. Their massage was excellent. I would say the best massage in Pasadena area. The customer service is also very good. The ladies are very nice.
