Once I got there I was easily checked in and asked to fill the form of where I would like to focus on/avoid which I really appreciated. I highlighted my shoulders/traps area since that is where I carry most of my tension and pain. Upon entering the treatment room, it was quaint and perfect. My therapist started off in the areas that I experience the most pain and quickly helped me relieve the tenderness in those areas which I was so grateful for. I've been into countless other massage rooms where I spend nearly an arm and a leg and don't even provide any relief like my therapist Tina did! I was sooo so grateful, I could've cried. Throughout the whole treatment I felt really comforted and taken care of. Her touch was firm but most of all, perfect. The technique was unlike any other massage I've had in the best way possible. It felt like a lot of acupressure involved which I appreciated. The music was serene and the essential oils really help you relax! The price was reasonable, and the oil massage itself was good. They also used hot stones, which added a nice relaxing touch. Communication over the phone beforehand was a bit challenging due to a language barrier. We initially called just to check availability. Shortly after, they texted us their business card, which felt unexpected since we already had their information and that's why we called in the first place. We've never had a business text their card unless we asked for it. They then called again, which came across a little pushy rather than simply informational. The biggest downside during the massage was privacy and time. The door to our room was left open, and other workers and clients were walking past, which made it hard to fully relax. Also, my massage therapist stepped out during the session to assist someone at the front desk and did not make up for the time. Another comfort issue: they placed a paper towel over the face cradle where you rest your head. It made breathing difficult, and I actually had to poke a hole in it to breathe more comfortably. Most massage places use a breathable cover or cloth instead. One small but noticeable thing: most massage places offer water before or after the session, and that wasn't offered here. Overall, the massage itself was solid and the walk-in availability was convenient. With better privacy, a more relaxed communication approach, and a few comfort and hospitality improvements, the experience could be much better.

I chose the $50 for one hour, which included the entire body, with extra focus on the feet and a back massage with oil. I started off in a communal space, where there were other customers getting their massage. Here, I received a feet soak, along with the foot massage. At first, I was a little disappointed because it didn't feel like she was using enough force. But eventually, I was moved into a private room for the back massage and she definitely dug in there. She found my knots and really worked on them. I left mostly satisfied but I would've loved the experience more if there was the same amount of strength used for my entire body. They accept credit card but no Amex!

Extremely Uncomfortable Experience…read more I called ahead to book a massage for two people, and during the confirmation process, the woman on the phone started yelling at me. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue, but regardless, the yelling was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a strong musty smell, which suggested poor ventilation. After paying, I asked to use the restroom and was rushed to the back where I was shown what can barely be called a bathroom: a toilet and sink in an open space with no door. Instead, there was a thin sheer cloth (about the length of my arm) hanging from the ceiling offering zero privacy. After that, I was quickly ushered into another room and rushed to lay down for the massage. When it was time to leave, one lady aggressively demanded a tip while another woman physically blocked the exit door until we tipped. When we asked if there was an extra $2.00 charge for using a card, the staff member told us, "$2.00 is not too much for you," which was extremely rude and inappropriate -- you should never tell customers what they can or cannot afford. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

When we arrived, we were immediately told to pay before the massage, which felt insulting -- as if they assumed we were going to steal the service. It made no sense and set a really uncomfortable tone from the start. I was then rushed into a room and told to get on the table with no real exvplanation. The massage itself was decent but definitely not worth $45 for just 30 minutes. When it was time to leave, it got even worse. One woman stood blocking the door, asking repeatedly for a tip. As I kept trying to move toward the door, she refused to step aside and just stood there waiting until we tipped. On top of that, when we asked if there would be an additional $2 fee charge for using the card again she said "yes, two dollars is not too much" which is incredibly disrespectful. The entire experience felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and high-pressure. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone
