Extremely Uncomfortable Experience I called ahead to book a massage for two people, and during the confirmation process, the woman on the phone started yelling at me. I'm not sure if it was a language barrier issue, but regardless, the yelling was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. Upon entering, we were immediately hit with a strong musty smell, which suggested poor ventilation. After paying, I asked to use the restroom and was rushed to the back where I was shown what can barely be called a bathroom: a toilet and sink in an open space with no door. Instead, there was a thin sheer cloth (about the length of my arm) hanging from the ceiling offering zero privacy. After that, I was quickly ushered into another room and rushed to lay down for the massage. When it was time to leave, one lady aggressively demanded a tip while another woman physically blocked the exit door until we tipped. When we asked if there was an extra $2.00 charge for using a card, the staff member told us, "$2.00 is not too much for you," which was extremely rude and inappropriate -- you should never tell customers what they can or cannot afford. Overall, the entire experience was uncomfortable, unprofessional, and felt unsafe. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

One Star -- Very Disappointing Experience From start to finish, this place was a letdown. I called ahead to schedule a couples massage, and the woman who answered the phone started raising her voice at me while confirming the appointment. It came off aggressive and completely unnecessary. The massage itself was decent but definitely not worth $45 for just 30 minutes. When it was time to leave, it got even worse. One woman stood blocking the door, asking repeatedly for a tip. As I kept trying to move toward the door, she refused to step aside and just stood there waiting until we tipped. On top of that, when we asked if there would be an additional $2 fee charge for using the card again she said "yes, two dollars is not too much" which is incredibly disrespectful. The entire experience felt unprofessional, uncomfortable, and high-pressure. I would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone read more

I agree with some of the other comments here. The experience was weird and not relaxing. The lobby is small and has a strange mildewy smell. The woman at the front desk, who also happened to do my massage, was very rude about paying up front. I was already expecting to pay upfront because I had read the other reviews, but something about the way she says it is so abrasive and accusatory. I also called prior to coming to make sure they could take me and at the end of the call she said a bunch of numbers "30, 45, 60, 65" and then hung up. I was confused and thought maybe she was talking to someone else there in the store. When I arrived there she said "What do you want, 60, 65?" And I said "I'd like a 60 minute massage." She responded "65." Again, confused, I said "....65 minutes?" And then she yells "I TOLD YOU ON THE PHONE!! 60 minutes for 65!!!" Like, ok, damn, lady. So I confirm that $65 is fine and she just stares at me....then snaps "PAY NOW!!" The actual massage was also strange. I could hear the toilet flushing throughout the whole thing and the music was super random (John Legend, Adele, etc.). The pressure of the massage was very inconsistent and alternated between her barely touching me to EXTREMELY hard and deep tissue. She also made a comment about my body being too muscular. Direct quote "You have too much muscles. Too strong." Which, like...wtf? I added on the hot stone supplement (+$20) during the massage and when I got out of the room she immediately jumped in front of me and blocked my way to the lobby to get me to pay for the hot stones and tip standing in the hallway. I guess they have had problems with people running out and not paying in the past, but it creates a really poor experience for paying customers when they treat you like a criminal. Idk, I only went because I was in the area waiting for my car to be serviced. I wouldn't go back again. read more

One of the oddest massages I have ever gotten. It had an odd smell when I walked in. The lobby is small and has lots of plants. I'm not sure what the smell was but it was Not pleasant. The massage room looks nothing like the pictures posted. I have taken a picture and posted for you all to see. The music was terrible. The hour I was there I heard Elvis, Britney Spears (no lyrics), Michael Buble, and then some oriental music. I could not relax because the music was just so odd. Some songs that played were live versions of the song that included clapping at the end. The actual massage was odd too. The lady only used her feet. She didn't use oil either and she only walked on my back the whole entire 55 minutes. She got off and said it was over. I was surprised because I have never ever had a massage on only one side of my body. My back does feel less tense but I will not return for the reasons mentioned above. Also the tip is cash only. I gave her money and asked for change back. She took my cash and I had to ask her again for my change lol. I think she was hoping I wouldn't ask for it. Green tree massage offers good services at a reasonable price in spite of its underwhelming ambiance. I get a lot of massages and the therapist I had here was very skilled. I was experiencing some acute back and neck strain and the treatment really helped. That said, the room was meagerly appointed and the sound of the washing machine was loud and close. I was not bothered by any of this because I was looking for therapeutic relief. So, if you are seeking a "spa like" atmosphere then this place may disappoint, but if you need good strong bodywork on short notice, you will get what you came in for. read more

Great location for us travel nurses who like to stay to the freeway. I'm on my feet 8-12hrs per shift often require foot, leg and back treatment to prevent break down & maintain my current mobility. Let me start by saying that i get a lot of massages. And i rate them by value for the money. So a $20 place has different standards than a $100 place (Burke willians for example). This place is $60/hour. And when you go in on a hot day, it's hot inside. It's also dirty and run down. So I didn't let them Massage me for $60/hour. I left. From Green Tree to Brown Weeds, and not the good smoke-able kind. 1 out of my last 4 visits has been ok and that one was rushed.....In the last four visits i have had one lazy feel nothing massage that ended with me trying to tip on General Principal and being told there is a $20 minimum on tips, one massage where the lady put a scalding hot towel on my back and when I reacted she said "Why do black guys always say the Towel is too hot, one message where the girl baled out in mid massage and another had to take over then was interrupted every 5 min by another employee and when I said forget it I will come back later, they accused me of not paying then realized the girl that bailed had taken the money with her I had to wait 20 min just to get a refund.........The one visit that was good was the lady that's been there for a while she recognized me gave me a good deep tissue and apologized for all the interruptions on the "Ran with my money visit"........I am pretty done with this place after Kiki tells me there is a $20 dollar tip min on a massage I paid $60 for and she was massaging me like she was doing her shopping list in here head.
