The massage concluded, and she left for a hot towel & guess what? No hot towels. Typically wouldn't be a big deal but was just the icing on the cake. When I went to check out, I explained to the receptionist that I did not enjoy my massage and I had told her I booked for a 90 minute. All she responded with was "I wrote down 60".
