They had bars up top for her to hold onto and she was beating me down (in a good way) and stretching me all types of ways with her feet! It was so good that I thought she switched to her hands but it still was her feet! The bed had a small hole for me to breathe through but my body kept shifting everywhere, it was hard for me to breathe. The massage wasn't relaxing but it was highly entertaining. The facial was amazing too, and the combination of products and the facial/neck/head massage was dreamy. I felt like a clean, 100% refreshed lady afterward. The massage concluded, and she left for a hot towel & guess what? No hot towels. Typically wouldn't be a big deal but was just the icing on the cake. When I went to check out, I explained to the receptionist that I did not enjoy my massage and I had told her I booked for a 90 minute. All she responded with was "I wrote down 60". The compassion and customer service was also not in the room with us. From what I've gathered, they wanted to leave early.
